It's sync with zune and that's it.
It say's when i run chevronwp7 it is not sync with zune but it is.
The version before, this version DFT_LEO70_RELEASE there was no problems.

His rom is already unlocked ;-) Just reset your phone and start all over. Set time manually and then run htc connection app. It works for me anyhow.

For all of you trying to instal WP7 and getting stuck at the dreaded chevron unlocker "Uh-OH" that will not let you pass, look no further. There are a lots of ifs and buts but no definite answer to it. Below method worked 100%.
I tried it multiple times. I in no way encourage you to use WP7 and unlocking procedures but heres simply what you do if you want to do
Instal Zune
Connect WP7-HD2
Click on the sync relationship below the picture of your LEO70
key in any name...i used HD7
Once connected, create a zune id...You can use your windows live id though
Goto settings ---date and time and uncheck automatic date VERY IMPORTANT
sync your phone...Check if port 443 is free that means no SKYPE or anything. Instal registry key in windows
Put chevron installer on root of C
Stop any antivirus & anti spyware IMPORTANT
Run chevron with administrative controls
Make sure before running chevron that Wp7 is Screen on and not keypad locked. Make sure the white screen on zune is there clearly showing your phone model and name that you made.
I do NOT have the developers kit or tools installed.
I am on windows 7 64 bit
So this kills all speculations.
Hope you guys can get it to work.
I needed to disable my web proxy (Privoxy, in my case) for ChevronWP7 to work.
Note that you may need to reboot for proxy changes to be picked up by the Zune *service* (not the app).

I have got WinXP SP3 and it's not working on that ever after using your method.
DID you disable the auto time settings?
did you add the registry key?
Mind restarting the phone and the PC?

Do you see your phone in the Zune window or is it a shadow?
Uninstal zune....restart....instal zune...restart.
plug phone into a dufferent USB

I'm on XP to and i can't make chevron running. what do you mean about registry key? I have to add it on my computer?
Ok..some noob questions because every day i see new things here and to much info just confuse me... This guide will help me unlock (jailbreak) my phone without Activation from Microsoft?????
Or do i need to follow these instructions first following by the MS Activation:

There doesn't seem to be a cure-all for this issue.
I was able to get mine successfully unlocked yesterday almost by chance.
I had to keep going into Command Prompt (administrator mode), keying in c:/windows/system32/drivers/etc, and then executing "notepad hosts" and deleting the host file that the phone kept creating everytime I ran Chevron.
I also had my phone in airplane mode.
Today, I decided to blow up the phone with Task29 and reflash WP7 to see if it helped my battery performance. Much to my chagrin, I was unable to duplicate whatever worked for me yesterday.
I'm back on Android until this is fixed with a known, proven solution for multiple users.
i just install the windows phone drivres and it woks , i just unlock my hd2 but the market dosent work on the phone

I accidentally relocked the device but It wont unlock againn???? What kind of justification is that. Now I cant go back to unlcoked mode now.!!! Please help. Tried all of the above.

how did you install the windows phone drivers because when I plug my phone on my computer ( windows Vista 32bit) it just say it just say installing that's it. Also i can't see the phone in Zune no matter what USB port i use or computer. Help would be greatly appreciated.
So to get this straight...to sync my images,music (ONLY!!!) I have to Activate my Phone with Microsoft??

Nothing I did would get it working with WinXP, I finally gave up and installed Win7 on a spare drive and it worked on the second or third go.

I am gonna use HD2_Updatable_XBmod_Yuki_v2_native rom but before it could anyone can tell me if this rom can install the soft after it is flashed?I mean if I want to install any soft should I do any other step?And can this rom charging when the sreen is off?
They say you should be able to sideloade XAP files with TOM's XAP explorer.
You should be able to get marked working to, so can't see why you shouldn't be able to install your software.
Yes the phone charges when the screen is of.

the answer as of now is NO !!
because MAGLDR doesnt allow this...hopefully we will have a magldr version soon which fixes this problem !

Sync Issues
Im using the HD2_Updatable_XBmod_Yuki_v2_native, after I connect my HD2 to my computer Zune will only sync it as Guest, Ive tried re-syncing but it wont change sync relations. Any helpful tips?

Have you tried in Zune settings/phone/sync options and look under device options, there should be a third option.
after installing XBmod-Yuki back to the future rom am at 7004 and now am not able to connect with pc my phone is not detecting by zune software....what to do need help for further steps to proceed

Did you download the latest Zune? (settings/software/general/about zune, should be 4.8.2345.0)

-Enable 24MB extra memory in Magldr services
-Delete MBR of SDcard in Magldr services
-Flash the rom with DWI (as administrator)& Set a correct time & date.
I am having ongoing problems with Zune. It connects and synchronises only after the first run, right after the install. Any subsequent runs will show no phone connected and nothing will work. So I uninstall Zune, then run the set up again. Got my music collection synched, then gave up on anything else until something important needs to be done.

I doubt that. You're not connected to internet while trying this, are you?
I just tested using my 1.3 Focus: you need Zune 4.7 AND internet connection. Otherwise, Chevron fails (can't connect to the phone error).
My phone is unlocked, but I am unable to install applications on my device, I'm running HD2O latest rom v1.26 fully unlocked?
Though I am connected to Zune and the phone is syncing, but the TOM XAP installer says:
'Please make sure your phone was unlocked'
'Please make sure you connected device to PC and Zune launched.'
Anyone with solution?

Yeah, I know, my screen is unlocked, the ROM is fully unlocked too, but I keeps getting this error and cannot send XAP files, I was using WP7 for may be 6 months and this is the first time that I have a problem.....

Doesn't work, it says Device not found, but my phone is connected and synced in Zune......... this is really bad situation
