As I already mentioned a week or two ago, there's unlock key in TA Misc after BL unlock.
This file removes the key, therefore relocks the bootloader.
Flash with FlashTool.
You still can't get DRM back. It's gone from the phone!
Download: http://www.mediafire.com/file/g1b5j712ajx4yjd/Xperia_Relock_bootloader.ftf
Feel free to donate if this helped you
Update:
If you unlocked your phone with SEtool/Omnius - any testpoint unlock solution - YOU CAN NOT RELOCK BOOTLOADER! IT'S PATCHED SO IT APPEARS LOCKED TO SE, BUT ACCEPTS UNSIGNED IMAGES VIA FASTBOOT! SO STOP ASKING ABOUT IT, AND STOP TRYING.
Enjoy

Yes, this flash just removes the newly created key which appeared after unlock. Have you tried it? If you're going to, report the result.
Not flash :

try to boot recovery, fastboot boot recovery.img
or flash rooted system.img. if it fails, then bootloader is locked.
No joy here either
and if you get it to relock the BL.. try liking a track in media player.. see if it works.. (suspect it might not, cos the DRM is still missing but worth a try..)
Download once again. This should be the final fix
So this would mean that even those with unlocked bootloaders would be able to update their firmware using SEUS. Sweet!

Uppercase "R" means your boot loader is not unlocked hence you're not able to boot that ROM because you're missing the required FXP Kernel.
Do yourself a favor and flash back to Stock ROM with Flashtool and then select another custom ROM that actually WORKS and is feature complete - and not a lousy incomplete and rotten buggy mess like the CM7 FXP Shakira ROM.
Before trying your next flash maybe gather some intel - "know what you're doing"
Now i will show people how to enter code unlock for sony Z2a ( only Au KDDI telecom ) SOL25, remember, Z2a SOL25, not Z2 Au

First: Download 3 file you need
Download flashtool : http://goo.gl/jhevmc
Download firmware Z2a( D6563 ): http://goo.gl/oIT6Aw
Download stock firmware of SOL25: http://goo.gl/p9RSwN
Second : step by step to enter code unlock
1/ unzip file flashtool, open flash tool, choose like picture 1
2/ select file [email protected], tick all except System and Kernel and reset customizations, then click flash button
3/ Wait for table instruction show up and then follow it
5/ When flashtool flash file done, unplug the cable, insert sim, power on SOL25 device, the table code will show up, enter the code you purchased, when you enter code ok, power off device, and flash stock rom SOL25
6/ Choose SOL25, tick baseband, partition, fota, and then press flash button
7/ Follow instruction of flashtool
8/ When flashtool flash file done, unplug cable, power on device, go to Setting->More->Mobile network->Network Mode->Choose the last tick, done

This guide/tool will let you unlock the bootloader of your xperia z1 compact without wipe userdata (e.g. sdcard), and TA partition. This mean that you’ll be able to flash a custom ROM like Cyanogenmod or ParanoidAndroid! You do not need root permissions!
ATTENTION: If you mess something your device will be hard bricked. This mean that you'll lose your warranty. Neither I nor the forum are leable of your actions.
1) Follow this guide on how to obtain key from Sony to unlock your bootloader.
2) Make a TA partition backup (this will let you switch from unlocked to locked bootloader, and vice-versa without consequences and without any wipe).
3) Download this simple tool that I've made: https://mega.nz/#!cZRXFTIS!PLXKhwbLfTDz7A-wJL_kBDDPiwyxzsBfu9X1321v8Gw.
It requires Java>=1.5 and it works on each desktop OS.
4) Open command prompt (terminal) and navigate to the folder of the tool.
5) Type: cust-rest-gen.jar [KEY]. Where [KEY] is the key that Sony send to you for unlock your bootloader.
Example (just an example):
Code:
On windows:
cust-rest-gen.jar 8FC42DA9D84D7CFC
On linux or mac os:
./cust-rest-gen.jar 8FC42DA9D84D7CFC
This command will generate a “cust-reset.ta” file.
6) Download the loader.sin for your firmware (here for .157: http://d-h.st/rvn)
7) Create a folder (call it “bootloader” to simplify) on your desktop and move loader.sin and cust-reset.ta inside.
8) Open Flashtool (download it here: http://www.flashtool.net/downloads.php)
9) Click on Tools->Bundles->Create and set it up in this way (Branding and Version may vary according to your firmware):
10) Click on “Create” button and Flashtool will create ftf file on folder “firmware”.
11) Turn off you phone and click on flash icon on Flashtool -> Flashmode -> OK -> Select ftf you have created before and click on “Flash”.
12) When the program tell you, press volume down button on device and connect on PC.
Special Thanks to munjeni that has found how the cust-reset.ta works.
I appreciate the effort to contribute something to the community, please note the following though:
- Unlike what you say in the OP, this will still wipe DRM keys
- You can do this via Flashtool [BLU] icon directly, without downloading an additional program and less steps

I've downloaded by xperiFirm Austria E5823_32.1.A.1.163_R5C (Android 6.0) and repacked it for Flashtool. Already testing. All is working. You can download from here https://mega.nz/#!2AsWhTSD!ueRO9mCe_NxSxcFHa0FulWLz-9704NvUjQx5YsDl3y8 this firmware have operator stuff like phone loading screen graphic and some apps but apps can be easily removed. downloading thx
The firmware has been checked for file integrity so there shouldn't be a problem anymore. Feel free to download and also share your own system dumps/ftf's such that we have a consolidated thread here if possible
Sorry for the noob question, but does it need to unlock the bootloader if the Operator doesn't match?
For example, mine is Customized BE, but I want the marshmallow. Can I flash this one on this topic? Or should I wait?
Very good news! Which kernel can I flash with fastboot to have it rooted like Lollipop before? Or is it sufficient to flash custom recovery and from there flash supersu and keep the original kernel?

Flashing as we speak, will update asap.
@yok3r, flashtool should work.
Edit: first time boot takes approximately 10-15 minutes, I've wiped everything.

Unlocked bootloader is only required for unofficial (tempered) ftfs.
Since this is an offical one, nothing needed

You should redo the process. This happened for me while flashing Z3 Compact previously. Nothing to worry about. Don't forget to hold volume down button while plugging in the USB cable.
Can anyone tell me if the Singapore-Generic uploaded by Furrydaus will work on all bands here in central europe (Germany ?) or should i use the austrian version? I can't wait till its rolled out for my country because I am from tomorrow on in holidays Thanks in advance!

I'm in the Netherlands, 4G+ is active so I can't imagine you having any issues.
You tried it dirty without wipe?
Would switch to another .200 for correctly OTA; but it seems it isnt available anymore for Customized SG
