Cloud storage - Galaxy Tab 10.1 General

Do you use cloud storage?
If yes, which one?
I know DropBox, does it has Honeycomb optimized app?
Wonder which others are using and if it has optimized Honeycomb app.

FWIW I read something the other day, mentioning that Samsung are soon to announce their own cloud service. That explains the lack of MicroSD slots.

I'm using DropBox & SugarSync. So far no issues.

Im using Google music beta

Uhm..
Search the Market.
This is a pointless thread.
i think a more relevant thread would be "are all these music download apps safe?"
i've used Music Downloader Pro a few times but i'm nervous that i'll get a virus or something.
Google for music junk...

RSS reader

I am a huge feed reader and having trouble finding the best one available. I like feedr pro bec it has great widgets and seamless sync with Google reader but actually reading articles in app just sucks.
Any insight?
Thanks

I like minimal reader, the dev is also active here on xda.

I use google's native reader app. Has an unread count widget too. Works well for me, you have to manually update more often than I'd like, but not a big deal. Google Reader v0.9.3 right now.
I also use Google reader. It does everything I want it to and looks nice.

I love D7 Google Reader for my subscriptions and PULSE is awesome for quickly browsing cool new stuff that I might be interested in.

Newsrob. Auto syncs, and all functionality I need.
I've used quite a few RSS reader programs, but as with most google services, their native app seems to be the one that works the best. Simple, fast, free, and it Just Works(R).
I'll throw another one in here. I use gReader Pro. The developer is responsive to support and feature requests. There is also a free version.

I feel you. This is the other one I liked. The dev is a very cool dude I just cang seem to correct all the syncing problems with greader

Mobileme

Hi all. Been a long time since I've been on the forum, had an iPhone for a few years but now I'm back with an atrix. Question I have is does Google or anybody for that matter offer anything something like mobileme that apple has?
Sent from my MB860 using XDA Premium App
what portions of mobileme are you looking for? you'll find that android does 90% of mobileme for free, and is already integrated.
If you already have a MobileMe subscription, you can use the email in Android, but the contacts and calendar do not like the ecosystem. If you're looking for Find my iPhone, there are numerous options in the Market. Otherwise, Android is tied into Google's services, which perform most of MobileMe for you.
As stated above there are numerous "find my phone" apps for Android.
For contacts: sync MobileMe contacts with Gmail via itunes.
Basically looking cloud storage. Any ideas?

Google Music Beta for Android Help

I just received an invite 4 Google Music Beta. I live in India. I was able to do the download in my PC. But I'm not able to get it installed and linked to my Google account in android.
The problem is
1) the region I'm in is outside US ie India.
2) Market Enabler doesn't work for my handset bcoz its not rooted. Is there any Enabler for non rooted devices.
3) I installed the Google music.apk from a site but was not able to link the Google music to my account. How can I do that.
Please help!

I guess the only way is purchasing USA's SIM-card(prepaid for example), moving to America, or rooting phone. I tried also sign up to music beta, but because I life in Finland, I can't get it...

Conversley just follow the instructions here which should work just fine, but Google music is flawed in that it doesn't support OGG so I have uploaded my entire .mp3 collection of 25 tracks!
Ghostofcain, I guess that link is for rooted user. Do u know a way to get it installed for non rooted devices.

I don't have an unrooted device to test on but I would be surprised if the googlemusic.apk provided doesn't install as per the official one, and the rest involves using vpn's which I did from my pc not the phone

I use the app very much and have never had a noticeable drain in neither use nor for non-use. Greenify looks wonderful. But everyone as he wants, so no one is forced to use the app. Personally I do 1000 times better than the FB garbage
I think the new design is very interesting.. I'm excited to see how the other GApps are going to look like. For me it's very interesting that they removed the navigation drawer..

Now if only Google will get some consistency on a UI standard across their Google products. Every damn app has a different ui lol. What is the Google design team smoking over there? Lol.
Hehe yes, it's true but on the other side it's good to see they update the apps and the most updates are good updates
Hangouts , G+ are fine now , Gmail i don't use but looks ok. Maybe in the future we see a package of the apps that visually harmonize

I wish. One thing I love is consistency. The one thing that Google lacks. I think each app has its own team. They need to collaborate for a collective ui.
