Hi all im new on this great site and i dont know if here is the RIGHT PLACE but please understand.. i just installed rafdroid 4.0.2 had 3 with 1.11 rom. it was working nice but i wanted to upgrade took me almost 8 hours to figure out...(new) thing is rafdroid 4.0.2 is running fine a lil problems on the start but it can be fixed maybe i messed up something my issue is the BOOT WHENEVER I START THE PHONE i doesnt AUTOBOOT it takes me to the "aMAGLD V1.13 where all the options are.. so i have to manually hit OPTION #3 (BOOT AD NAND) to boot the android, is there anyway i can fix that? ...
adittional option i was messing with the phone because i didnt knew what to do so maybe i changed something

in mgldr menu there is 'services-boot options-boot ad nand' choose it then reboot. next time you will not go to mgldr menu unless you long-press the power button.
TY had to go there and cancel the always show menu at start, u were helpful thanx alot

Hey Guys I Recently tried to flash Clockwork mod so i could get this rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1036948&page=4
Did everything right but now my phone is stuck on the magldr boot screen and my old android rom wont load:[ and now my phone wont turn on unless its connected to the usb:[ please help it wont let me boot ad sd It says SD Kernel Open Failed and whenever i go down to AD Recovery it loads up but my phone turns off after Load Done! 123456, How can i get this working please Help!

ok, 1. theres a quetions sub thread for you to post questions in, this is not it.
2. thers a magldr and clokwork thread you could post in, why dont you?
3. your battery doesnt have any juice, so you can either get a standalone battery charger to charge it, or do like i did and cut a usb cable, attach the +5 and negative terminals to teh battery for 5 minutes so it has juice.
and 4. it sounds like you didnt resize your partitions when you flashed the new rom, i cant believe how many newbes overlook that step. specifically it sounds like your boot partition is to small, but thats just a guess.
i can guarantee you this thread will get moved to the questions & answers thread, so dont be suprised when you dont see it here anymore.
Sorry Bro Im A Newb lol But Yeah i guess I skipped that step and i tried to reflash my old Nand Rom and it gets stuck on the DFT Screen And turns off :/ My Hd2 still wont turn on unless its connected to usb
Okay so i managed to get my old rom back up but all my apps and settings were erased:[ how can i get my clockwork mod back up to work?

You have to boot into MAGLDR by holding the power button down while your HD2 powers on. Scroll down to option #8 AD Recovery and press send thos will boot CWM.

Oh and i just tried that but it said theres no boot sources? so im guessing when i flashed my old rom back on it ****ed it up? so do i have to reflash CWM? And if so how do i do the partition so i can get that rom up there? :3 thanks
I would like to piggy back on this problem. When I press option 8 my HD2 does not go into CWM. It hangs at "Load done1 E1 Fatal hit" Has anyone else come across this and knows the fix so I can get into CWM? Thanks

My htc hd2 won't start anymore.
When I press the on button it first goes to the Green HTC HD2 letter screen, then the NAND bootingscreen with this text:

GO GO GO
And at the end an Android logo with HTC HD2 underneath it.
and then it's starts all over again.
How can I fix this? or restore everything back to the basics of android?
I dont know anymore specs from the Nand build
only it has the CyanogenMod on it and it's Gingerbread.
Plz can anyone help me, I'm gonna fly tomorrow to the States for holydays so I very appreciate it if anyone can help me before I'm gone.

constantly rebooting a few seconds into the sequence is sometimes down to a bent battery pin. check them carefully. Failing that id suspect a fresh flash is in order.

Before fresh flash .. what has made your Android fall into a bootloop? have you flashed anything via cwm recently? that could be it.
nope did nothing. only thing i did was putting my sd card in my comp, and after that first some apps didn't work correctly, but that happens me all the time. so i reboot and so it all started ...

Ok,
You didn't turn off your device, you removed the sd card immediately (or unmounted it from settings), right?
You have data2sd enabled on your build, or apps2sd?
Try to remove sd-card and then boot...
If above ddn't work, try to reflash your build through cwm (without wiping data, which will only restore your system to original state) ..

@Marvlesz; yes i unmounted it from settings, and im using apps2sd
without sdcard he still wont start normally...
could you explain how i do the reflash?
with the volume button down and then start it up it also stays on the colored screen...
I'm sorry but I'm very newbie @ this stuff.
It depends on how you flashed this ROM in the beginning .. ( I assume you did it through cwm)
So get to the website of this rom and download it again (or pass if you have it on your pc)
bootup your phone while holing nothing but the power button, phone will remain on aMAGLDR and won't boot into Android.
Go to option 8. AD Recovery (using volume rockers) and press Green button (dial) ..
A black screen with orange text will appear, remove your sd and put it into your pc, copy your ROM's Zip file and return sd to phone.
Go to "install zip from sd" .. choose second option, and choose the rom.. then hit yes. After it's done, hit on reboot.
Report back ..

lol, Im sorry to hear that you lost your information ... I recommend doing NANDROID backups from time to time (from orange menu) as well as apps backups with (titanuim backups) .. even if you messed up with the system files, you still can get it back ..

im having pretty much the same problem..everytime i try to turn it on it loads up all the way to the occupy together screen then it just starts back over again. so i left it on the charger and let it charge for a whole night and its still doing the same thing. i've tried to do a hard reset but my volume down button doesnt work =/ is there something i can download or is there an update that i need for it to work again?! SOMEONE HEEELP!

After a while we succeed to boot SD Android
Then we even succed to Boot android from Nand.
I boot 1,5 year Android from nand perfectly. But since yesterday i got te follow problems.
I can't turn my phone on lockscreen (have to wait to autolock..) But i can awake my phone normally :S
I cant go in to Bootloader by pressing volume - + Pwr Button
Can't install a new rom cuz when i choose option 8. AD RECOVERY it hangs after "go go go"
And booting in normal androids it hangs for a really long time, takes about 30minutes to boot!
pls help me, im desprate! Tormorrow it's Q-day here, cant go witouth mobile one guys

I bought HD2 a few days ago, have an wildfire too ,and its rooted and i know to put new roms in it but in HD2 its different. I bought it used , it came with a NAND ROM HD2ICS V2.4 installed.. I would love to put in a new rom ( like sense 3.5 or miui) but i dont know really how to do in order to not ruin everything, so i would love if someone of you guys could explain to me the procces of flashing a new rom, the best wold be on msn, skype or facebook, because its easy and fast , or on email, you choose.

Power off the phone, then press and hold the power button until the MAGLDR screen appears. If it doesn't appear, you have cLK and I can't help you. If you do indeed have MAGLDR, just follow the instructions here to flash the correct CWM recovery partition size and a ROM. You should already have the prerequisites.
When i do so it gets a black screen and on top says : magldr v1.13 and then boots again so should i follow now the instructions off the link you gave me?

but when i hold down the power button, it appears this screen ,a few lines appear and then it boots, i dont get any menu?
Literally don't let go of the power button until a menu with options on it comes up. You scroll through these with the volume buttons.
