Stuck on HTC Logo Screen

I just tried to flash a new ROM by putting it on SD CARD...
i pressed my volume up key and power button for 3 seconds and now my phone is stuck on the HTC logo screen...
it did even go in the HSPL screen
whatever i do it reboots and gets stuck to that screen...
pressing the red button at the back made no difference
what can i do ?

I have the same problem. The phone is stuck on HTC logo screen and is not seen by the computer so I cannot reflash. Any idea what can be done???? Mine got stuck after I installed task 29

(1) Take out the battery / Unplug the phone
(2) Put the battery back in
(3) Turn it on and keep only Vol Down pressed
You should get a tri-color screen. Connect USB. Once it says USB at bottom, you are good to go with flashing.

put phone into bootloader requires you to press volume DOWN while power resetting the phone. Make sure the ROM is named LEOIMG.nbh and is on the root of the sd card. Make sure the sd card is 8gb or smaller unless it is a class6.

you need to put your phone back into bootloader, volume down while powering on the phone. then after you see the tricolored screen, connect it to the usb.

what problem are you having exactly???? you haven't told us any details to help you.

same problem, after returning back to stock from android, it is stucked on first htc logo.

do the same thing only this time use the HTC support page for the correct stock ROM.

thank you it helped, but i had to flash the oldest rom on htc.com.. i wonder why i couldn´t flash newer...

That's weird, maybe they didn't make a 3.14 ROM for your region.

Help BRicked ! htc incredible s....
was using clockworkmod and cyanogen,decided to flash a android revolution hd rom, intsalled super wipe and flashed it ,then flashed the rom...now phone stuck at htc logo and cant go into clockworkmod recovery,the problem is i left my phone in usb while the flashing ...

so decided to format sd and place the PB13IMG.zip on root of sd to reflash rom...still not working !
computer cant detect usb when tried to connect.tried installing drivers,still cant get into recovery....i am using a s-offed htc incredible s...Please help!!!!
will sending phone to htc void warrenty?if so will they repair and how much they will charge?

Just downgrade again, I had same prob. Everything good now.

im having the same problem!i installed task29 (i had elegancia rom but i wanted to try another rom)and now im stuck on the htc logo screen that says 'stick together' in a red square.....i tried vol down+power button to go into bootloader but nothing happens, then i tried to hard reset but still nothing happens...i pushed the reset button and i did it all over again but still nothing...

HTC HD2 starting and hard reset problem

After freezing my device I tried to open but not opened then I tried to make soft reset again it didnt open then I tried hard reset but the normal menu didnt come instead the menu which is attached appear and telling something serial but not doing hard set now I dont know what I must do Please help

Thats your bootloader.....
to do a hard reset its...
hold down volume up and volume down
tap and release power
keep holding both volume buttons down....
I think whats happening is that your only holding the volume down.
Try taking your battery cover off to get a better press and making sure that up and down are held, then tap the power button.........

Thanks for explanation but it is stilll not working and in addition today for solving this problem I tried to reinstall rom using cd card this case it is waiting at the (loading ) stage I dont know how can I solve this problem

What rom were you using before it crashed?
Is it a tmous hd2 (green and red buttons?) or a "normal one"?
What happened to make it freeze crash?
Can you still get to bootloader? (the screen you posted above)
If you can then go to that screen and connect your phone via usb......
wait a few mins and let us know if the word "serial" at the bottom of the screen changes to "usb"........
If it does you should be able to flash a rom via your computer......

nothing only I have re install sprite and rim backups (whic I had before) it started normally and while working freezed I closed and not opened it is staying and wait at (HTC guietly brillant ) stage

Unfortunatelly I can not I tried everything flashing rom, radio ,and task 29 in every case it not started wait as seen picture (only hspl worked)

try uninstalling actvesync from your pc...... then reinstalling it
would you be able to try and flash on someone elses pc?
im not sure if this would help or not but im running out of ideas im afraid....

My friend, if the phone starts at all you definitely should be able to do HARD RESET.
You are probably not doing well the hard reset. You cannot destroy bootloader with backup programs.
You should :
-hold pressed volume up and volume down buttons
-tap and release power button
-keep holding both volume buttons down for several more seconds until three color screen appears and shortly after that a message will appear on lite blue screen. Then release both volume buttons. Then press volume up button, usually it is necessary to press it once again. System restoring bar will begin to raise up to 100%. After that pres again volume up and system will restart.

By the way your initial rom is 1.66 but on the pictures is 1.48. So you did pictures after you flashed it. Also noted that you have flashed HSPL.
Suggest to download your initial original rom and install it from the memory card. Not sure but may be downgrade of the rom is not possible from 1.66 to 1.44.

I solved my problem
Thanks to masters very much I reinstall active sync and then I flash rom and all my problems cancelled out )

I can get the bootloader but it keeps showing "serial" even after connecting it to to the computer.
the "usb" does not come and i cannot update the rom
currently i'm using hyperdroid GBX v11 which is working fine (just one problem that it shows blank screen after a call ends and no display till another call comes) please help

Hmmm......
Try, using another USB port or computer.
Reinstall activesync.
Have you tried flashing from SD card?

If you are 100% sure your stock rom is correct. rename the .nbh file to LEOIMG.NBH, put it on the root of your SD card, and boot into bootloader, it will flash.
IF YOU ARE UNSURE IF YOUR STOCK IS CORRECT POST HERE FIRST OR YOU MAY BRICK YOUR PHONE,
better to look noob than to brick, there are too many versions of this phone to mess around here.

My hd2 is dead, not working.
my first problem regarding HD2 was;
it was sometimes restarting while on the internet, listening to the music, watching movie..,etc.
And during restarting, the backside of it was always heating up.
I changed battery with new one, sim card and also sd card, the problem still existed.
Then, I did hard reset, no solution,
Then, I reload orginal rom (the previous was also orginal rom) and did hardreset.
Now, not working, only white htc screen appears,
Please note that I dont want to load any custom rom since my hd2 is still warrantied.
How can I solve my problem w/o warranty problem?

Witch Rom did you have (the latest one you install)
Witch Radio version do you have?
Witch device?? I mean a HTC HD2 (EU model) ore a USA 575MB (T-Mobile) model?
Do your device wakes up?? If yes what do you see on your screen?

Okay, let get test this.
first of all be sure your battery is loaded.
Shutdown your device
keep the volume down press in, and restart your device.
If everything will go perfectly you will now see the boot screen!?
If yes connect your device to your PC; from the moment you see on the bottom of your screen "USB"
Launch the "RUU_Leo_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.66.707.1" by right click on it and starting ass administrator.
This will set back your device in factory mode.
PS remove SD and Sim before starting!!
Let me know your progress.

You didn't saw the boot-louder screen? (By pressing the volume down when you restart the device?)

Maybe trying to flash over SD?

I saw the boot screen and launched to original rom by clicking as administrator.
I reloaded original rom succesfully, then the phone restarted, but no change.

hmm. STRANGE, it seams it permeate you to install a rom; but at the moment from start up your screen stays on the with HTC screen!?
need some time to investigate, I'm out of Ideas. tray a flash over SD

Is it a t-mo USA device? If so.. yes it's bricked.
When you say it wont boot do you mean you can power it on but it wont get past the splash screen? Or it just streight up wont power on?

Same as he said.. Does it power on? Power = good. Somtimes units will only power on when plugged into usb / charger. If this is the case, when it boots up go into boot rom by pressing vol down and reset in the back. When the tri color screen loads and says USB. Flash to a official rom such as the tmobile one.

man if you instaled 1.66 he is bricked i did the same with mine a big f mistake , but i fix it with cost , but is very hard to find service that will fix it , it just need a resurection ... if you still have the phone contact me. maybe i can help

Yours is totally different problem, and you should try flashing stock rom from sd.

Could you help me with that?

Take a image from the original ROM Say Vodafone, T-Mobile (your operator)
Extract the file, for me it is : "RUU_Leo_Vodafone_NL_1.72.172.0_Radio_CRC_Signed_15.32.50.07U_2.07.51.22_2_Ship"
Use Winrar to extract this file : RUU_signed.nbh maybe called different but look for the biggest file extracted.
I hope you have a MicroSD
Rename
RUU_signed.nbh to leoimg.nbh put it on the MicroSD card
Put the MicroSD in the Phone,
Press down the Volume (left side) like you want less sound out of your phone
Press same time the Power On button hold it down until you see a bootloader
Now your ready to reflash original rom from the MicroSD
use HSPL 2.08 to load the not branded roms to the divice
Hope it works,
When you have Power in the phone then it wil work for sure

I installed XDAndroid GBX0C 2.3.7Build to my HTC balckstone and everything works well, but camera tells me "camera error; Cannot connect to camera."
is there any fix for that?`
and the other thing, when i boot phone it goes to win6.1 and i have to go settings etc. and boot it from haret.exe.
so am i done something wrong or something? Solved

I had that problem too, and did a hard-reset.
Hold Volume Up + Volume Down buttons (hold hard) and press Power switch until you see the warning sign to confirm a hard reset.
The system will do a re-flash of the original Windows Mobile ROM.
Start Android by running HaRET from Windows Mobile
Yes, you have to run HaRET.
You can make it simpler by making a short-cut in Windows Mobile Start Menu.
Tap and hold on HaRET until you see the Dialog Box to Cut, Copy, etc.
Tap Copy.
Go to Device-Windows-StartMenu, paste as a shortcut
These steps are in the Touch HD Manual. If you do not have one, download it from the HTC website.

I have tried hard reset, but that didn't work, and tried to put original rom too, and nothing happened. I have 2 original roms
RUU_BlackStone_HTC_FIN_1.14.414.2_Radio_52.49a.25.26_1.09.25.14_Ship
RUU_BlackStone_HTC_FIN_1.56.414.0_Radio_52.62.25.34_1.13.25.24_Ship
but those didint work. i will try today againe. and then if it going to work i will put that haret to start menu.

flashed that 1.4 rom and waited about an hour and nothing happend... i jsut did hard reset and wait againe if it gonna boot now...
i was thinking that should i put custom rom, coz if something went wrong whit the official?
I mean if there is something wrong in phones hard drive? like something wrong whit registery or something?

GBX0C2.3.7 Build is on SD card.
You will need to boot from Windows Mobile first, then run HaRET to reboot to XDAndroid.
If XDAndroid hangs, you need to remove battery, put back battery and power on. Then you see Windows Mobile and do above step again.
Always, from XDAndroid to go back to Windows, you need to Power Off, and then Power On again.

I undestood that... but thats not the proplem anymore coz windows wont start, its stuck in "smart mobility"

now i have tried flashing original rom from CPU and Storege card... both install it correctly and says everyting is ok, but still its stuck at "smart mobility" screen.
it wont even shot in the right corner that red text of versions etc.
so what's the solution to this proplem? i would be very pleased if some one could tell me how to fix my proplem. i know there is someone who know what i should do.

You say you are flashing the original ROM. You mean the original HTC Windows Mobile 6.1 ROM? I understand you can only get this done only from HTC authorized centers.

U have to install HTC USB Sync Drivers drivers
Put the phone into bootloader by pressing volume down + power button
plug the usb cable to the computer/laptop
and then run the shipped rom executable file... when the tricolor screen displays USB at the bottom.
else extract the RUU_signed.nbh or any file with .nbh extension from the shipped file with zip viewers like 7-zip
rename the file to BLACIMG.nbh
Put into the root of memory card
put the phone into bootloader and follow the screen instructions..
And the most important thing... search the forum.. before posting..

I think that you can't reflash even a Original ROM without unlock the phone with new Hard-SPL from Olinex ,considering that you have tried a Hard Reset and nothing happened ,your last option is to unlock the phone and reflash the ship ROM ,or to flash a custom ROM ( is not a good solution if you still have warranty,but still you cand revert your stock SPL:good so ,you have nothing else to lose , all is left for you is to try what i said before . If you don't know how to do it,let me know and i will post the exact links to instructions.

Hi all,
You can try a NAND ROM like the new release of Fagyi. There is an easy step by step manual to installation. You will lose winmo, but you will have a real android.
It looks pretty and he has solved many of the issues of previous versions.

well, maybe i will try to unlock, i looked some instruction, aaand didint understood
So if there is quide to dummiest dummies, so i think that would help me!

You need to understand what you are going to do or you may end up with a phone that does not work anymore.
Do a search of the forum and read the posts. There are so many.
