Universal Activsync issues

Hello, I have a problem with my Universal.
I synchronise with my corporate exchange server without a problem.
I have it set up to synchronise every 15 minutes during the day. It does this without a problem, until I use the telephone at the same time it tries to sync.
If I am on the phone talking, and the device tries its normal every 15 minute sync then the sync fails (as it should do because you cant talk and use gprs at the same time) however it then fails to sync again unless I reboot the device.
If I dont reboot then its normal every 15 minute sync fails. You can see it is trying to sync, and the GPRS is active but then comes back with a server problem error.
This is a real pain in the backside, as I am missing email.
Once I reboot then I can sync like normal.
Can someone please help me?
Thanks
Fatzzz

Auto disconnect does not work when a new mail is received

Hi, i got a small problem with my xperia (currently running itje's 5.01 touch it, but had the same problem on the original firmware)
I set the device to check for email every half an hour (my live.com email address) and to disconnect the data connection after being idle for 2 minutes. Sometimes this works, however when i receive a new email message, it does not auto-disconnect at all. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?
Many thanks

Exchange on updating via ActiveSync

Hi all,
We have 2 HD2s which I have cofigured to connect to our exchange server via wireless activesync. Both are running the same ROM (T-Mobile, I know...) and have identical settings appart from the user name and password.
Mine works fine with 'As items arrive' set for the sync schedule yet my bosses simply won't update. It is showing as 'connected' but no updates ever arrive. If I set the schedule to every 5 mins it appears to work.
I know 5 mins isn't a long time to wait but you know bosses!!!!!!
Any ideas would be fantastic!
Thanks, Tom.
Update
It now appears that both handsets keep losing and cannot reestablish their connection. ActiveSync keeps reporting various errors including 0x80830002 and 0x85010018. The only way to establish a connection again is by syncing via USB. After disconnecting the connection stays live for a few mins then drop.
This had all been working fine until a few days ago.
Don't know your errors, but:
Have you activated Microsoft Direct Push in your Phone?
Maybe its a Server-Setting for the User? Or the Authentication SSL/NONSSL.
Do you have to install a private/self generated Certificate?
I would first Check the following:
can your connect via OWA?
Export the Cert (dont forget Root/Intermediate Certificate) install it on your Phone.

HD2 Issues

My Hd2 stopped recieving emails and couldnt sync with outlook, so I deleted the email accounts and reinstalled them. Same problem. So I did a factory reset and BEHOLD I received emails. While now I am able to receive emails, I cannot connect to wifi, youtube, or facebook. I still cant sync with outlook. Any ideas on how I can get this phone to work correctly. I almost want to sell it and go back to a blackberry. Extremely Dissapointed and frustrated. any help would be grateful.
I had issues getting those apps to work over wifi, but if I turned wifi off, everything would sync just fine.

Out;ook activesynce email not working with Lollipop OTA

After the OTA Lollipop update on my SM-9005 my activesync connection to the outlook email server no longer works
Same exact problem as this guy: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1283881
(there was no solution to his thread)
So my activesync on the stock email app works, but ONLY when I am on mobile data.
If I disable mobile data and rely just on WIFI, it no longer works
I've spent the last 2 weeks going over threads about LOLLIPOP problems and tried all the "fixes"
Clear the partition cache.
Do a system reset.
even tried the Microsoft Outlook app (didn't work)
etc
While the system reset has fixed the issue of the battery draining out in less than 8hours from 100% down to 15% (all while just sitting there and not being used). My wifi connection still does not work with the stock Email app activesync to the company outlook which I depend on for alerts.
Has anyone fixed an issue like for?
Any suggestions?
I'm seriously thinking of trying to downgrade the phone back to Kitkat.
Or possibly trying a custom Lollipop ROM
thanks all
fyi: I also deleted my Outlook Exchange account and tried to re-set it up
but I get the error message:
"Unable to setup account. Unable to connect to server."
