hi, i just got a htc diamond and hava a few questions...
it came with wm 6.5 and i want to put the touchflow 3d on it. is there any way i canm do it?
what is the manila thing? i saw many topics but no explanation about whats it

Pesonally I wouldn't recommend it for diamond since wm 6.5 and touchflo 3d = lot of memory usage.

Looking at new manila 2.6 videos on topaz and HD, from duttys new rom, can anyone port this so it would be available for HTC TOUCH DIAMOND ?
i would very like to use it, but i dont want to buy new phone at this point

be patient, devs are working on it porting it. Nothing available yet.
this looks fantastic, they did great job on finger friendly thing buttons seems bigger and easy to press, i hope it'll soon release on our diamonds too...
but what about manilla 2.5?

I think the closest you can get is 2.5.

try the sunx rom manila 2.5 (!!!!!!!!!!) .. available for 6.1 and 6.5 ....
testet both and atm i think 6.1 is a bit better in speed and less bugs.. but that's just my opinion and its just a quick check^^ ....
...test it by your own ... wont be emberrasing
This is the Diamond forum, you're better off in the Diamond2 forum if you own that device.
That said 2.6 will never work with any MSM72xx devices according to conflipper. It is made for the HTC Quillin which uses a different chipset and thus a different GFX chipset.
And don't follow the suggestions of these guys, you'll probably brick your Diamond2 if you install a Diamond ROM on it.

MANILA 2.6 WILL NOT WORK WITH OUR DIAMONDS!
ok i got htc touch diamond updated to wm 6.5 but when i click on lanch htc sense it says unable where am i able to download it again?
ok I get WM 6.5 and the newer verson 6.5.1 and most other acronyms and project code words but I missed the boat on what the heck is Manila?
I am thinking it is the HTC 3D style UI vs. the simple sliding bar UI that Microsoft provides but I could be wrong!

there is a small HUGE error your making: which is
Touchflow 3D = Hardware CHIPSET on the motherboard
Touchflow 2D = Software (.cab) which can be found on the forum... someware =]
But yeah, if you can get it to work full screen and show some screen-shots.
would love to see the results!

Hi all forum members,
I found this s/w XEND Touch Flo which actually changes the touch flo theme to a red color is exiting to see as am bored with the regular pre installed blue color.
I have HTC Touch P3452 (Elf 100) and am not able to install this.
Can anyone give me a link to download the correct file and the steps to be followed to install it in my elf.
Looking forward to hear from all of you.
I hope the developers can answer this to the best.
Also is there any other way or s/w which can be used in my elf to change the look and feel of my touch flow - I guess my touch flo is a 2D version and my elf has WM 6.1 with Qvga........

I want to know of how to upgrade my WM 6.1 to WM 6.5
I want to use the 3D version of touch flo or atleast a way to change the boring looking blue theme of touch flo present in my elf 100
