can u download a Super CID form SD-memory on Bootloader for whom couldnt enter the WM and make "ActiveSync" On.?
discuss if it possible or not

What do you use to get the ROM to the device? - do u use custom RUU? Because it can load the ROM to your device if it is connected to the PC by USB and if it is in bootloader mode. (If your tri-color screen says USB on the bottom it should work. You do not need AS to flash a ROM.
Edit: forget it - I just noticed that Elf CID unlocker needs working AS. However you can try to flash a ROM with matching CID (from your provider - i.e. if you have Orange branded elf use Orange ROM, Tmob Elf TMob ROM...) - that should revive your device. After that you can supercid it from working WM6 environment.

well i dont know the provider CID , and i tried to download the Original WWE ROM but it keep saying ID Vnder , i think i have changed the IPL and SPL how can i know the original IPL and SPL for normal HTC toch (elf)

Where did you buy the phone? Orange? T Mobile? Directly HTC Branded?
That should give you a hint which ROM is of matching CID for the device. E.g. official HTC ROM will not work on my Orange branded Hermes - I need Orange ROM to upgrade.
If you changed the spl your device would probably be dead - you should not even be able to see the bootloader screen. Moreover there is no bootloader with your version number for Hermes. If the bootloader identifies device correctly (does it say something like Elf?). then you should be running original Elf bootloader.

What does your bootloader screen say? If you had a Hermes ROM flashed in - it should say:
HERM100
IPL-
HERM100
SPL-

I know...
But to use Pof's unlocker you need to run sspl and that thing needs AS which needs functional WM in turn...
You should be able to flash CID matching ROM - ideal case would be the ROM device came with. Are there any clueas on the device - ie is it branded somehow?

Try to look for saudi arabia shipped ROMs for Elf on the forum - that gives you better chances than tweaking the bootloader.

That is question for Elf owners/users. I can only tell you that SPL/IPL numbers you provided are not for Hermes - you can check it here and here.
As you can see the highest SPL version numbers for Hermes are 1.11 and then it jumps directly to 2.something, highest IPL version for Hermes is 1.04.
You can ask ELf users what Elf IPL/SPl number should be.
What is written above SPL number in your device?

I still think that you have a proper origianl Elf bootloader on your device. It is a pity you did not back your ROM up before flash. You can try to find some saudi arab members of this forum, they can tell you which operators are in the country so looking for your ROM may be simpler. Otherwise I can only suggest you to try all official Elf ROMs you can find until there will be a match. You can be sure that your device does not have CID of ROM you tried to flash.

Elf wiki does not have shipped ROMs part filled. Here is the link.
Ok lets try to look for your original ROM:
What was the ROM language - english, arabic...
Was the arabic enabled - i.e. could you write in arabic without added software?
Is there any brand name on your Elf (on the surface of the phone - I have Orange logo there so maybe you have some lead too)

BIG problem!

Hi!
Im new here in the HTC forum and I really love all the upgradings you can do with the Elf. But I've now bumped into a big problem.
I first fallowed all the steps about how to flash 6.1 roms on the phone. It worked great but because of the lack of special letter (for my country) I wanted to flash back to the original rom that I dumped. I used the used the ROM update utility to flash it back and it worked. But when the phone reboots it just shows the smart mobility screen for some seconds and then shuts off, so I started to think that I've bricked the phone. So I read all the recovery threads and tested the methods without success... I try to flash to different roms but still get the same result; the smart mobility text and then it shuts off. What should I do? Is this a known problem?
And I just want to att that ut dosn't say "RUU" in the top right corner of my screen when I boot into the tri color bootloader. Is this maybe the problem?
Sorry if this is a repost but I've used the search function without success. Don't really know what to look for, need a hint.

the same thing happen to me ...so i flash a 03.39.90 radio rom and fix the problem and works perfectly...but i need to install the original rom again

HTC Touch P3450 screwed!!!

hey guys being a newbie i just upgraded my HTC Touch 6.0 to 6.5 everything went all fine my cell started with 6.5 i even used it for 15 mins and and after i switched it off to insert my sim card my phone never started. it just shows me the SMART MOBILITY screen and turns off in 5 secs... wat sud i do now

You bricked the HTC... Now you must recover him...
Follow this steps and with luck you will be fine:
1º [PRJ] Unbricker ROM discovered (wildcard CID and Model ID)
2º Pick any shipped ROM from this thread:
If you have one P3450 -> here
If you have one P3452 -> here​
After this, with luck and good work you recover the phone...
3º Then you must do CID_Unlock... You can search how to do it on Wiki or if you want i got one steps how to do it right here and you can see one video with cid_unlock on my signature...
Remember, read all stuff in the thread's i point to you!!!

Ps: After you CID_Unlock your device, after and only after you can flash cooked ROM's

You need the RUU (Rom update utility), just put the ".nbh" file in the same folder of RUU and then run the RUU executable file.
RUU comes with most of the roms, but you can also download it from here http://www.mediafire.com/?bdwsdandzyd

touch not working
hi...my htc touch is showing a blank screen with two buttons at the bottom menu and delete and both not working.I tried to upgrade to windows 6.5.after booting it just hung up and restarted again and now its a blank screen.i tried to install other roms but active sync is not working so no use.can any one help me with that?thanks

Hi, i have an ELF HTC and i am a newby at this and i made my fone crash. i tried to upload a new rom, i manage to unlock it and then i updated the rom but as i am a litle stupid with this kind of things i flash anothers htc rom as i checked later. Now it starts the phone and stop at the "Smart Mobility" screen and about 4 seconds after it shows this it apears and above the "Smart Mobility" with red letters "OS 2.5.0.0"
i tried hard reset but nothing happens or to upload ne rom from sd card but as i press the camera button and then the reset it does not work.
What can i do? Please advise me so because i am lost.

i've buyed an htc p3450 with windows 6 , but i don't know the id and other codes.

this morning i tried to change original rom with onyx 5.6
i've made this things:
i've installed cert.spcs.cab and enablerapi.cab
after using ELF_USPL_2.26.0000 i made the procedure for charge rom
and all were ok.
after i used the new os and its worked good. i made an hard reset before using definitively it. but after 10 minutes the system didn't start yet.
It run the image of Tim Operator and shut down.
The boot loader work now. i tryed to reinstall the sistem, the procedure finish without problem but when the system try to initialize the new rom , display the tim logos and after shut down..
someone know what i do and why system not reboot?
i read that i need the original italian rom for retry all my operations..but i don't know hot to find the id of my precedent rom...
pls help me

yes it's surely elf because on the box the name is htc p3450/3452 Ita S
so elf isn't S i think is the xl model

Issue with my HTC Touch P3450 in Lock screen

Hi Guys,
I have this issue with my Touch P3450...while entering password for unlocking the phone...it automatically backspaces evey digit i enter to unlock the phone...due to which i am unable to use it...any body facing the same issue and any soutions for the same...have tried removing all the hardware keys to check if any thing wrong with hardware...but the same issue...have been using the phone frm last 2 yrs without any issues.... Any solutions...

Very strange, try mobiler to input from desktop... But maybe it won't connect in locked mode.

Sounds like your digitizer may be damaged to me. Try my mobiler as suggested above. But I think he it right, it may not work when locked.

i need help on HTC-3450
i have download onyx 6.0 very and try to install it. every time it just goes to 2% and then stop n says image maybe corrupted. check your update rom utility.
even from this forum i have downloaded cid patch, and hardspl still when i go to update same error comes,
so if plz can some one guide me step by step what i should really do to update this rom on my htc p-3450 n i have brought this from uae so i dnt think its sim lock or something but plz do guide me as soon thx in advance

If you tried to flash rom before you unlocked the cid, then you are in trouble. Does your device boot normally? If yes use this tool http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=418892 to let us know more about it.

CID is unlocked and am using a custom rom...will sure check the link and give it a try....thanks for the info....

ok like you gave the link i followed that link, with that i got my device info, after that now what i have to do, like you said i have to unlock my cid , in that no file is include like cid unlock or something, or do i have to run that onyx 6.0 directly

I asked you to post info so we can tell you what to do next... And obviously you're Cid locked, trying to install rom can brick your device! Can you boot normally? if not your only option is to find your original stock rom .

just one question is that i download this ELF_USPL_1.17.0000 ver as u give me the link. there are few others ver also, so which u prefer i used this one first n then in future i can upgrade others.
and one another question is that before running this patch of uspl does i have to put onyx 6.0 in the same folder of this uspl or first i have to install this verson only n it has its customer rom
then i can update to onyx 6.0

I think you should read at least 10 pages so you feel comfortable with uspl procedure, last time I did it was 2 years ago... After you get 2.28 or 3.10 you can flash hspl and only then flash onyx.

hi tito bro thanks for your guide lines i really appreciate for ur all the help you have given me, yeaterday first i install the uspl 1.17.0000 n then it went to update rom utility itself n then i could see it was showing version spl 1.17.0001 something n ipl 1.17.0002. then i see it reboot n went like the windows i had same one. then i flash the onyx n it took n install it completely. but i still want to know that can i still update to like 2.28 spl buz i have read ur comment n then i went to few pages of those n i see that most are saying to use 2.26 n then update to 2.28 spl n 2.26 ipl to get better speed and to have fast application run, so now can i do that spl 2.28 n ipl 2.26 update ?
and after i do that update does i have to flash onyx 6.0 again ?

You are running too fast mate, you have to get higher SPL then upgrade to corresponding Hspl and only then install Onyx. Read the FAQ in Onyx thread!
Ps: you can directly upgrade to 2.28 SPL

well as u said i upgrade the spl to 2.28 but i dnt know still ipl is showing 1.17.0002 only, does that i have to install in another way, buz last time when i install spl 1.17.000 after update i see the ipl was showing 1.17.0002 but now when i update it to 2.28 spl. still ipl is showing the older ver only n not showing 2.27, or does its like i have to copy that .nbh file to that rom utility n replace with the one inside have n then update it?
n another problem is that b4 doing spl first time i forgot to take the backup of my original rom, so now i am afraid that if i do anything wrong maybe phone will stop completely working.

When using ruu make sure there's only one nbh, and as for backup, well it's too late to worry, think positive
