so basically your phone wont boot after you flashed a rom? if so you can use SEUS or pc companion to get your phone back to stock

Have anybody ever experience auto shutdown on x10? Mine shutdown twice the past week.
once it shutdown while it was in my handbag, next was lagging then blank out.
it's only 5 mths old!
That's weird have you tried running a repair from the says program?
Sent from my X10i using XDA App
Mine shutdown on me a couple times the other day, but I just assumed it was the cpu low power setting I configured for when my battery was low.
Sent from my X10a using XDA App
what is a "says program"?
Oops I thought I typed SEUS program
Sent from my X10i using XDA App
mine did a few times a week.now its shutting down everytime i start an app.or the camera.that does no happen when connected to PC or when it is recharging. PC comp. finds and error when trying to repair it. solution anyone?
Factory resetor full wipe. Install a custom rom. Calibrate your battery. If all fails then you might have a defective battery or chipset.

Haha good one, whats that like 5 hours
On topic however i never get more than 72 hours b4 the phone either the market stops working or the menus lag up a bit then i restart it and then it's all fine.
My phone is rooted, with no real mods yet...
i can get up to 10 days, advanced taks killer does its job sometimes market forcecloses but it instantly comes back and works perfect. 2.1 generic with oneclick

I reboot once every 4 to 5 hours, I think I have OCD... just reboot for the hell of it.
I got like 2 weeks once...LOL
with 1.6 over 40 Days
I have one trick, name "Fast Reboot" (Android Market App) helped with menus lag and others
with 2.1 no stats for now because of: JIT, Optimiser, 2.1 Custom rom etc
just a weekend xD
use a lot of apps so they drain my battery really fast and sometimes it kinda overheat
Record is 214 hours, by that time the phone was slow as hell..
But that's on 1.6, trying to beak the record on 2.1
How you get those numbers!!! I can't even pass the 30 hours barrier I got a x10a with x10i firmware and rooted no hardcore mods
Please put more tips or how you get over 200 hours
Thanks

They're not talking about battery life.
If you're using the phone normally, there shouldn't be a reason to reboot unless you feel like cleaning out the RAM and starting fresh or there's something that can't be forced closed. With my old phone, I'd go months without turning it off. No reason to.
Oh I get it
Thanks
Btw can't remember when was the last time I reboot
Sent from my X10i using Tapatalk
Currently my uptime on 2.1 is 329 hours (not needed to reboot it since the initial upgrade to 2.1, still running prett snappily !)
Most interesting is the battery life, currently 48.5 hours and still 29% of battery life !!!! And that is with GPS, 3G, Pop email and widgets all running plus just played a 30 minute session of Angry Birds !
on 277 now.
but I reckon its.time to think about loading a custom Rom tho.
let's support the hard work.
peace

I noticed that my phone goes to flash mode when i just want to charge it, without pressing anything! (when the phone is turned off)
Today i noticed that my phone goes to flashmode too when i charge it(when my phone is turned off) and take my battery out (i forgot to unplug it first when i did that)
Does the same happen to you?

Can't really help with your problem, but aren't dev-phone IMEIs starting with 00***? I thought 0123** IMEIs were given out to customers for quite a while now?
Cheers

Isn't there a hotfix to install to be able to charge while the phone is off?
Look at the OP of Z's beta4 thread.

Same here... my IMEI is also 01237900******
But I don't have the hotfix installed. Thought it was meant for beta3.

Er could it be your screen's wet or fingers are wet? My x10 will have this problem if there's moist between your fingers and the screen.
Hmmmm ok, there is some logic in that, I'm field worker so always inside and outside speciay from 7 pm I'll try that (that i dont get it out from the pockets outside) maybe its water, hot and cold all the time from 6,7 pm tnx in advance
