Sorry man, but not a chance. Ignoring the fact that its 1.5GBs, its a full length feature film. Not worth it, go to the store and copy it off their SD card. If you own the Vibrant, they should let you. You can copy it to internal sd using any file manager, and copy it back to your external SD.
It's drm protected anyways, so it probably wouldn't work if you copied it from another device. After I flashed a rom on vibrant mine stopped playing :-(

I'm running on Eugene's Vibrant4 and I copied the file to a different memory card too and it still works on my phone just fine. You sure there isn't something wrong with the file?
Not sure what happened for me then. I think I'm just going to torrent it later for a non drm protected copy lol

I thought if you flashed the original firmware with odin. You will get the movie back. That's what I did.

I thought the file was on the sd card, so flashing is Irrelevant.

Is the Irrelevant a new Samsung phone? JK
also, if you havent written anything to the SD card, you can recover it with the many data recovery tools available online.
Go to Wal-Mart, buy the DVD. Download DVDFab and Handbrake.

Help me to solve this please. in the list of Music player there are a lot of sound files from the cache of gameloft(asphalt).how to do that there wouldn't be any files like these in the list?
Even i had this problem ....
This happened when i put those data file in internal sd and installed the game via a 3mb .apk
To avoid this i directly downloaded a 77mb .apk and installed it.
This is not a solution but one method to avoid them
Put a
".nomedia"
file in all those folders for wic u dnt wan the media files to b detectd.
There's r many apps for tis in the market for tis.
I personally use Gallery Excluder of MrFloppyCoding. Ntn special bt gets d job done!

I think he's talking about the plant versus zombie. that is only game into my know have direct 77 mb.
If u have low memory problem just put that app or game in system app folder then Os will auto locate resources to it.

I know that we can set a ringtone to be used by Aurora for calls, but is there a way to add new ringtones to the "Notifications" list?
Convert the file to ogg format and put it to /system/media/notifications.

Thanks, Jule131

I'm not 100% sure, as mp3 ringtones work. But i know this method works, and that's why i posted it.

Hey, actually I am developing an TOEFL Test app for my college.
This app have a Listening section that can play an audio.
Can anybody tell me how to use an audio file on SD Card?
Because placing audios on raw (on project directory) will make the apk size bigger

Great.
I know some of you wants to change the flowery image background of the music player
It sucks right?
So i will teach you how to do it
(Before we start, make sure you close the music player)
1. Choose the photo you want to use
2. Create a new folder via my files and put all the mp3 files you have
3. Now put the chosen image in the folder you created together with the mp3 files
4.Close the "My Files" and check music player
5. If it doesnt work, restart device
6. Click That thanks button if it works
Works on all devices try it

As this doesn't have any kind of development this thread must be in general section.
And most of the people know about this trick.
