can we get a sticky psx games

ok ps1 fans this is a list of games that i have seen folks post as working on
the pxs4android ps1 emulator. please do not post links to rom sites.
This is what i have seen as working,please pm me with any roms that work so i can update this list, It would be better then me going threw every thread. thank you.
please include the format Iso,PBP,BIN,IMG,Z,ZNX, or EBOOT COMPRESS
please let me know what phone you are using and what format, or custum rom.

Silent Hill? Of all games you want to replay Silent Hill? That game was too damn scary for me back than and I was maybe 16 or 17.
A friend of mine recently gave me his busted xbox 360 and it came with a few games as well as Silent Hill: Homecoming. I thought I could handle it now. Nope, I was wrong. I turned out all the lights and played on my 56in with 5.1 sound system in the living room. It was too damn scary for me again. I heard every little noise in front and behind me. 10 minutes into it I took it out and was done with that evil ass game.

that's the first game i tried .
and sadly, its hardly playable.. there is a white box that appears around the characters and sometimes they just disappear in the mist..
i'll upload a screencap and a list of games i have tried..
btw.. pm me if anyone has trouble finding a good site for the roms (although google still is your best friend for that )
edit: Screencaps added.
well, now that i tried it again.. the game isn't too unplayable.. I'll try finding a ripped rom.. maybe that works better.

Can someone see if metal gear solid works?

ugh guys i ran into an issue i forgot about. if youre using the on screen keyboard, the nexus one multitouch screen is the issue. i was playing RE1 and i forgot that i had to hold the R+L button to use the weapon n sadly, we cant do that on our devices
**EDIT: FF7 seems to work fine. FF8 works fine except for the video at the very beginning of the game. i will test out MG Solid later on in the day**

I tried MG solid.. the game loads but i cant get past the menu screen..

just downloaded and i would love a list as well. i'm just searching for the bios

Tried Tekken3, the game runs without any error but the fps is crap, somewhere about 13fps. Im on N1.

ah i was just about to try it. good thing im not now lol i tried mortal kombat trilogy n its a no go. gets stuck on the screen that says Mortal Kombat Trilogy and the dragon logo

Hahaha, that's the point. The sound of static was never the same afterward. I love love love this series (at least, up to SH3). It's probably going to be a lot less scary on a 3.7 in screen anyway.

Oh. Well, at least it loads and runs. Weird glitch, though.

DONT JUDGE ME!!!!......but Rugrats Search for Reptar works fine lol i was searching through roms and i saw this and loved it as a child so i wanted to give it a try for the hell of it n it brought back a lot of memories

Downloaded Tomba to try. Graphics were glitchy and it ran extremely slow. Gonna search for some more ROMs

Where did you get a working copy of tekken? Ive tried so many different ones that the emulator wont read....and also someone mentioned resident evil i would love to try and get that one as well.....If you dont want to post link pm me please
also if anyone has a link for how its possible to rip ps1 games, i will have a HUGE list

RE runs good but the multitouch screen issue is a problem. if youre using a bluetooth control then it should work fine

Where did you get RE from tho? and what is everyone setting their fps to? default or something else?

Hey XDA,
I pre-ordered my g2 yesterday, waiting impatiently now. Ive seen one video of a guy quickly playing Yoshi's island and Chrono cross.
I was wondering if anyone who has their phone already, that plays roms/emulators could post a video of the phone running a few different games?? One of my main reasons for buying this phone is the physical keyboard for gaming, cheers.
Super Mario All Stars, Xmen vs. Streetfighter, Megaman, N64 games if thats out yet too, anything really i just want to see how the phone runs some games.

I got my G2 yesterday, and here's a little video of FIFA10 on it, sorry for the little video and kinda sucked cuz is hard to play with only one hand the only bad part is that the game cost me $4.99 oh well I do love soccer so I'm happy.

With those of you having trouble getting/running GTA 3 on your Note, I also had trouble running it.....Until now...
Like many others the game is no longer available in the market place & even when attempting to purchase it online I get the message ''no devices/your device is not supported''
I had to do things the hard way by manually looking for and installing the GTA 3 apk file.
When this was complete things got worse. When attempting to install the game data via wifi I got the following message ''Data download authorization error. Is the time on your device set correctly?"
Regardless of what I tried to do the message would continue.
Once again I had to mess about looking for the data files for GTA 3 to manually run the game without the need to download it via wifi.
I then downloaded the game data & copied it to my android/data folder.
When launching the game you will still be prompted to update. If you decline it the game closes, if you accept you get the above error about the time zone.
What I had to do was to press the back button on the note. The screen would then go black and stay black.
Lastly I pushed the home button, I did not close the game but went to my home screen (game was still running in the taskbar) I then open my task bar and press GTA 3. Bam, it now works!
Anyone have any questions?

I have a fixed APK though... deleted all my files and am trying to download and reinstall, will let you know if it works at this time

What a releif I had no problem installing GTA3..
It may be of interest to some that it plays completely smoothly when clocked at 800MHz, and very slightly choppy but totally playable at 500MHz.
Also, the only games I think anybody needs are GTA3, and Zelda OoT and Majora's mask - both run smoothly with N64oid, though the latter is more demanding. I found that MM was not playable until I bought setCPU (rooted etc.), but interestingly I can play it completely smoothly when clocked at 1000MHz.
But PLEASE has anyone had success with PS1 or NDS emulators? I find that when starting an emulation, both just show the controls but fail to load a game :/

Want to upgrade from galaxy nexus

Guys i want to upgrade from my galaxy nexus.i have some questions. How is build quality? It will break in just one drop? Does it scratch easily?i mean both back and display..does it get very hot during games? Are there any problems with this device?i am afraid of this nexus being LG( i am not sure about device quality..the main reason i am switching from galaxy nexus is display problem.it got burn in problem on bottom of navbar....please help me. thanks in advance:thumbup:

It slipped out of my (very dry) hands three times yesterday, nothing happened! Very proud of her actually. Simple case on it.
It might scratch, yes. Need to be careful. Small scratch at the front, had one on the gn too.
Best phone I ever owned, go for it!

There's nothing the phone can't handle mate. Temple Run 2 on max quality, no problem. Haven't heard of any issues for others either. Which games do you mean? I can try one.
Battery is also great compared to the gn, even the gsm gn that I had.

On stock kernel probably yes. But I only stayed on it for about 4 minutes so I wouldn't know..

It would get warm, but not too warm because the thermal throttling prevents the heat from getting too ridiculous by ramping down CPU speed which in turn shows up as stutter in intensive games.
Run custom kernels to get through this problem. =)

On stock it'll get hot. However, with custom kernel I lowered the GPU's clock, lowered max freq and lowered the voltaged via faux clock and now it rarely exceeds the 30-40C range. Also some of the games I listed are very basic(rayman, temple run, etc) and don't require much power, heck you can play a lot of these on a galaxy S1.

Of course, it's just that some games get very boring/repetitive. Dead Trigger for instance doesn't have a large variation in levels, which is also an issue with contact killer.

I would like to know experiences of people playing with remote play.
I would like to play to nba 2k14 and far cry but I think that is very difficult with these size screen

Have played Far Cry 4, Fifa 15, Infamous and Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare
All working very well no lags

yep, i think it works fine. you just have to make sure you have a very good connection

Well maybe I'm doing something wrong but I don't have the same seamless experience as you guys.
I can use Remote play but I have often "lag","loss of connection","really bad quality image" etc... knowing that my PS4 is connected through ethernet and my Z3C was connected through wifi (and I was just next to my router).
I'll try to fiddle with some parameters and whatnot but for now my experience with remote play is not really satisfying :crying:

Well it's on private nework so I'd say 50mbit/s ps4<->router and roughly the same for z3c <-> router on wifi.
I don't think it's due to some problem in my network because I tried "share play" with a friends who took control of my console (remotely) and everything was working properly.
But maybe there's something I did not configured properly because others seem to have it working properly.
