So, whoever it was on this site claiming to work for Sprint is likely full of it.
He assured people over and over that if your upgrade was before April 1st that you would NOT lose it.
I had an upgrade in March (save 150$). I lost it. All I have now is save 75$ or save 150$ in 273 more days.
Now that T-Mobile is going away, Sprint will likely do more stuff like this.
I bought my evo last year the day it was releqsed (i think june 4th)on contract and it shows Im eligible for the full $150

Don't worry buddy all these wireless providers are starting to do shady sh!t like that its pretty sad. When I start my own wireless company called "diggler mobile" ill let you switch your numbers over; My slogan will be "come to the darkside, we have LTE"
On topic though, why would you listen to someone over a forum(not bashing dirtyshroomz ^_^) but wouldn't it have been smarter to call care, or chat with a Rep in store?; people sometimes carry different info man so you really can't point the finger at anyone.

I got some bad information from someone in a forum. It is obviously a lesson learned. Dirtyshrooms claimed to be a rep and I believed him.. so what. I won't make that mistake again.
So, why are you *****ing about me *****ing anyway?
I was looking at the HTC 3d, but definitely not now. It may be all the better since HTC is locking that crap down anyway =\
T-Mobile is soon to be AT&T so I highly doubt there will be anything there for me... although I am checking into it right now.
lost mine too, I only 120 days out from my contract being done anyways. I bought evo full price and plan to do so with the nexus s, and sell my evo for +150 plus should be like upgrade price anyways.
On a side note I remember reading that android would lower the prices of phones since OEM's would not have to hire software engineers to make their own or license from MS. So when is that going to happen
This statement is no intention of *****ing or trolling

Because it's a bull****, underhanded, bait and switch move. Yeah Sprint is within their contractual "right" to rescind the incentive they offered so many thousands of people, but it's dirty pool man. In retrospect I do believe this was a calculated move to maximize new subscriptions with the EVO then turn around and sell more EVOs before the next big **** comes out.
A csr said to me "but sir, none of our competitors offer yearly upgrades".. Ma'am, none of your competitors offered yearly upgrades WHEN YOU OFFERED IT TO ME IN 2009!!
They have absolutely sent the message to this consumer "We know we're the best deal in town, if you want to go to Big Red or Hell (at&t) please BE OUR GUEST!, and fvck off while you're at it"
Of course I'm not leaving Sprint. IMO they have the best phone (just one, the evo, but I only need one phone) and I admit all this apparent collusion between Sprint and Google is very exciting.
In summary: Sprint, imo you're the best wireless service provide but why you gotta go **** blocking us loyal customers right before the hottest ***** in history hits the street??
That hurts my feelings, and I feel some serious e-blue-balls coming in a few months..
Ultimately I'll probably end up selling plasma (kidding) so I can buy the 3D at full price, but dammit you can't make me be happy about it!!

I had a webchat with a sprint csr last week, and he said I had a full upgrade eligibility as of 7/1/11. I got my phone on 7/30/10.
On April 1st, i texted upgrade to '1311" and it said the same thing...$150 upgrade on 7/1/11.
Well I just logged onto the Sprint website and now they are saying 5/1/12. I guess no EVO 3D for me. Sprint's ETF are pretty small, so I imagine I'll just break contract and go somewhere else this summer.
Rule of thumb: Don't take the word of a guy who calls himself "DirtyShroomz" as gospel.

DirtyShroomz does work for Sprint, he's been around for a long time on these forums and he's helped a lot of people out.
Instead of your wild claims about how Dirty ruined your life, why don't you either:
a) PM him and work it out, or
b) at the very least, post a link or at least quote the "bad" information he gave you.
Starting a thread to specifically bash another user (especially one who goes out of his way to use his unique position and experience to help others, OFF the clock for free).... well that's just a low blow, man.
I'm not saying he didn't give you bad info, but I am saying you need to either post the specifics or keep your mouth shut.

Sprint is great, I was 6 months into a 2 year contract and had 1 upgrade for my Airave line. I used that on the HTC Evo. I got on the phone with Sprint and asked them about my upgrade status for the 5 phone lines and was told that it was due in Oct 2012. I asked for early upgrades, they gave it to me! I picked up 3 heros and thinking of 2 other phones to get.
GO SPRINT!!!!!
oh but my contract was renewed for another 2 years but its ok!
Yeeaaa I have a hard time believing this one. First, airave upgrades dont exist. Second, upgrades are every 22 months besides your premier line (if you have a plan that gives you premier status) meaning by what you wrote 4 of your lines were upgraded on Dec 2010 and I don't think we are there yet
gg what do I have to gain by lying? Oh and I meant Oct 2011 hehe.
And btw Airave upgrades do exist. It might not be necessarily upgrading the Airave unit but there is still an upgrade credit. I used that to get my Evo and the Sprint rep simply swapped it out to my true phone line.

Actually its fully legit to do it. We do it at best buy constantly. I upgraded my sisters line with her airave and Im using my airave upgrade for the next android. All your doing is using the airaves upgrade and not activating it and swapping it to your main line. This puts your airave on a 2 year contract.
Nobody gets fired, its a screw up in sprints system that theyre too lazy to fix.

Best part...one of your coworkers told me how and what to do. Before that "fool" opened his mouth we refused to do it. Then that "fool" told us it was completely ok to do and until you guys changed the system it wouldnt be an issue.
Next time I'd refrain on pointing fingers at us "fools" before checking what your "fools" are doing. Ive had far more f-ups from Sprint reps like yourself than I have from Best Buy account reps. Your the "fools" who had to halt the samsung moment cl14 upgrades because your techs couldnt figure out how to run the file. We were loading them the minute they hit the site.
Btw, in regards to your "Airave upgrades dont exist"
Yea... The system shows it, you can't use it and yes best buy/radioshack **** up all accounts from opening lines when customers were wanting to upgrade to using airave lines as upgrades. The airave, though it is now seen in the system as a line can not be used as a line to upgrade. Also please stop telling customers activation is free and tell them if they switch the phone to another line within 30 days they lose the rebate.
But of course one retard opens his mouth, the rest follow. If I show u a glitch in the system to give free evos will u use it too? Cause I know one. Just cause u can do something doesnt mean its allowed and then retention has to fix all ur **** ups. No update was evrr halted either, find a new source.
We have 6 lines and they all got upgraded 5 months ago at the same time, last night 3 of them could be upgraded so we upgraded 2 of them to the EVO for $199

I think it's safe to say we can ALL forget about upgrading a Hero to an Epic4g even a single day before October 10, and the only way we can even fantasize about an Evo a couple of weeks early is if Sprint ordered a staggeringly HUGE quantity of them only to have demand for it completely collapse once the Epic4g arrives. I really don't see that happening, either.(*)
(*)In fact, I personally think that's why there's an Evo shortage right now. Sprint knows demand for the Evo is at least partly driven by the fact that right now, it's their ONLY 4G android phone. They almost certainly have an agreement with HTC to promote the Evo exclusively for some minimum number of days, shortage or not. Thus, they're being extremely conservative about replenishing their Evo inventory only to levels they know can be sustained by ongoing new sales once the Epic4g is out as well. They don't want to end up in a situation where stores have a mountain of Evos piled floor to ceiling and a 6-week backlog for Epic4g.
From a PR standpoint, Sprint's ideal scenario would be to have every Sprint store be sold out of one or the other for at least a couple of days each week... but have enough in stock at SOME Sprint store within 50 miles to ensure that anyone (with a car) who walks through the door and is determined to have one *today* can go to bed happy that night, but will also tell everyone that they're so popular, they're sold out *almost* (but not quite) everywhere.
If you have any line that is elgib. for an upgrade and you upgrade on that line and switch it to your line then you lose your rebate.
If you were going to do this then you would have to wait until the rebate has been processed and then switch the lines so...
So, Based on what I'm noticing, people were expecting a dual core evo 2 for sprints big announcement and instead of was a dual screen kyocera. So whats all this crap about jumping ship to verizon?
You must have not read. Ask yourself this:

Why Kyocera?
Why is the phone ugly?
Why are they releasing an already outdated phone when dual cores and other sick hardware is coming out?

Maybe if the echo was the only phone to be released in 2011, id be looking at other carriers.
I think the fact that Sprint called this an "industry first" and generated a huge event/hype has caused many to lose faith in Sprint's choices.
Is it worth leaving over..of course not, but many of us feel embarrassed for a company we have been avidly supporting.
If they had just released this device without claiming it is the "latest and greatest" it would have been different.

If I'm not mistaken, we have the right to have an opinion and a choice to choose what carrier we want to be with. If another company has better service/phones/etc. I think most of us would want to have the best. Big fail for Sprint.

I'm not saying that. I'm saying it was a big let down for many of us. I am not going to be switching just because of that or for any reason. Just saying everyone has a right to their opinion and its nuts when people start bashing. And just because people are leaving for Verizon doesn't mean they are going for the iPhone.
The evo is the best phone on the market right now and Sprint did the best thing they could do when they dropped the everything plan. Now all these other carriers want to bite off there plate. That is my opinion Sprint want come out with a evo2 until around summer they know what they are doing.
Sent from my PC36100 using XDA App
The Echo hasn't made me want to switch.. yet; but it's preparing me to.
The EVO is a well featured phone but the CPU/GPU is severely lacking. As a tech head there's no way I can make it through another year with this phone. Right now I can see 1-2 high end WP7 phones and probably another WebOS phone being released in the Spring/Summer. With the amount of hype that Sprint put into this phone I wouldn't be surprised that Sprint thought this was their next EVO. Part of me doesn't want to believe that a major company could be this out of touch, but claiming an industry first and bringing out David Blane leaves me with no other explanation: Sprint is retarded.
So you have at least the Touch Pro 7 (which admittedly looks awesome but it's too early for me to adopt WP7), the Echo (Hell no), and maybe a new WebOS phone (hmm.. maybe, but I depend on Google Apps too heavily) coming out. How many very high end smartphones ($199+) does Sprint come out with a year? Seems to me like Sprint could be more than meeting their usual first half quota with those phones.
I'll wait until June and if nothing interesting comes out, the lack of great Android phones, absolutely horrendous 3G speeds, and decreasing of benefits will probably push me to Verizon. I'd just roam the F out of my phone while downloading Ubuntu over and over again. I carry a iPhone (personal) and Android (business) phones anyway, might as well family up at Verizon.
Bottom line is, I'll follow the development community's lead. That will be my next phone.

or could it be many people are getting frustrated with sprint, ok now every phone is going to have 10 dollar add on, yearly upgrades are now gone for alot of people(its the only reason why me and my girl have a joint plan with sprint) the 4g we have well its not that great coverage wise, also to point their handling of what the 10 dollar add on at first was needed for is a face palm.
Then to not show nothing off at CES but have their name as a sponsor everywhere their only to hold an event as industry first, to show off entry level smart phone.
Im not leaving sprint for this I am however this summer when my contract is up this spring

Just FYI, if you haven't heard or been living under a rock.....Just go look at what the other carriers are making you do that is far worse than grabbing your ankles. They are just trying to mask it by throwing a few nice phones out there, but that in no way covers up the fact they are continiously raising prices, getting rid of upgrades altogether and now even charging for things that are free on sprint. So its not like sprint is actually doing anything that isn't already being done.

Yeah, I was a bit disappointed at the announcement. But, to be honest, Sprint did state whatever they were going to announce would be an "industry first" - and it was. Would I have booked David Blaine to do it? Hell no.
The HYPE, though, was actually generated by all the media coverage speculating as to what the announcement would be and ALL OF US here and on other forums starting ENDLESS threads about Sprint's announcement, hoping that Sprint would have a killer nuke to kill all the hoopla from the Verizon IPhone and Verizon 4G launch. And this obviously wasn't it.
We do still have CTIA coming up and Sprint has said that they plan to release more 4G devices this year. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they have something more.
As for the Echo, I'm going to reserve my comments as to what it is or isn't until I get my hands on one.
I do hope that Sprint pulls through and makes some better choices.

I think if the Echo had a dual core, top line graphics chip, plenty of ram, and mention of getting 2.4 on it peeps would be very positive about the announcement. For me it was not the design or manufacturer, but the hardware specs that make it weak. I for sure can think of ways that having 2 screens would be beneficial.
I'm not leaving Sprint over it but I was pretty disappointed by the announcement. There is no tech geek alive that is looking forward to that abomination of a phone. I don't know WHO sprint is marketing this phone for. Business people won't want it, tech geeks won't want it, teens won't want it, and I think the only people who WOULD get it are the people dumb enough to get suckered into it by a Sprint CSR or store rep.
I am a Sprint customer for the awesome value, not because they don't live up to my expectations for a phone on a specific announcement date. People who are considering jumping ship because of this debacle really need to reevaluate their priorities in life.
I called Sprint yesterday and asked about the new upgrade policy and told the guy I got my Evo in August. I asked if I would still be eligible to upgrade to the 3d in august after the policy change. To my surprise he said yes. I knew that I wasn't supposed to after the policy changes so I asked him to make a note on my account that he said I would get the upgrade this year and the policy change will not affect me until my next upgrade is due. He did it ( at least he said he did). So since I have this noted on my account do you think Sprint will go against his word and say that I can't get my upgrade. I think they are going to just have to eat it and give me the phone at new contract price. I hope I am right. I would like to hear everyones opinion ( especially sprint employees) . If they do not honor this could I just cancel my contract and pay my $120 etf and sign a new contract to get it at the discounted price? Thanks.
Just call again and see if they can locate that note. Make sure they gibe you the interaction number. If the note is present then they have to honor it

Speaking from experience, I HIGHLY doubt he actually created the note. 99% of the time they will just tell you that to get you off the phone. For future things like this, ALWAYS get it in writing. Tell them to email it to you, and DONT hang up until you get the email. I bet you 20 bucks, that if you call back, and rep wont be able to find this note.
Besides it doesn't make one bit of difference what that guy writes in his notes. Just because he typed it in doesn't mean it HAS to happen. I actually think this post is kind of stupid but I guess there will be a lot of these. You sound like a teenager. You are either eligible or you aren't. They aren't going to change it the day before the phone comes out just to screw you over.
A good way to do that is via the live chat. After the session ends, you get a transcript of your typed conversation, which includes the time, date, and everything both you typed. I have a copy of my last chat with them I'm saving, just in case. But I also agree with zone23, I don't know if they'll actually do whatever they said they would, they might tell you to go pound sand.

Actually the phrase is salt go pound salt you know because it would burn your pecker... i'm just saying thats the phrase.. you probably know that.
Ya I doubt any of those chats are going to be binding in any way. I mean the one you have saved for example who's to say you didn't alter it?
Glad everyone is excited about this phone I know I am.

Never heard of pounding salt, but both are accurate. http://www.phrases.org.uk/meanings/go-pound-sand.html
Did you clarify it was the current full discount and not the new half discount? I'm sure they'll let you upgrade in august at a $75 discount.

right, i'm thinking he's talking about the $100 subsidy and not the $200. for me, its not worth it to raise my plan $30 a month to save another $100 on the phone.

There is no new upgrade policy other then if you are premier or not.

Hope, definitely not a teenager, I wish I still was. Im just somebody that doesn't care too much for being screwed over. I have given sprint my money on time every month for a year (in August) even though I use less than 500 minutes, 700 text, and 1Gb of data per month. I think with the money they make off me the least they can do is hold to their word and give me my upgrade.
Also as I had seen others mention he said that I would be eligible for the full $150 upgrade, not the $75 half upgrade.
I know that when I was working for [email protected] CS, if you noted something and told the customer they would get it, even if it was the wring thing to do. If they deny you if there is actually a note, ask to talk to a super visor, I can't even count how many times I've waived their upgrade due to similar situations like this.
Hopefully that was some useful input...

Actually, if it's notated it must be honored, period. If he notated he would get his upgrade in August, Sprint will honor it, unless it's some crazy off the wall impossible thing like "customer will get credit of 10,000 (where the comma should have been a period and it should have read 100.00)

Oh yeah I definitely know what you mean. I had a situation alot like that with Directtv. Now I have dish network and will never look back. I would be pissed. If I were you I would try doing what I did and call before April 1st and have them note it if they say you can get the upgrade. Worse case scenario is you wont get it and you will just be in the same boat as if you didn't call. Good luck. Hope you can get it worked out.
I just got off the phone with a rep from ATT who followed up with a complaint I filed with the BBB.
This guy was a lot nicer then past CSR's that I've talked to in the past. He informed me that ATT is aware of all the problems that people have had with the Atrix and the Inspire, and that an update coming up Late April and EARLY MAY will directly address our upload speeds.
So looks like we'll probably get our update at the end of MAY. I should have known that ATT couldn't commit to a whole MONTH to get an update out. Ridiculous. Oh well, the longer I wait, the easier it will be for me to get out of this ETF if I decide to switch.
I don't want to believe it but I think its true.

You say end of April and early May, then say end of May........................which is it? Early May could be May 1st!
We also have applications out already for testing the next update with Motorola, and that will more than likely start this weekend, with the update going live next week sometime if the last update test was anything to go by. That update is rumoured to address upload speeds by turning on HSUPA.
Personally, I wouldn't trust anything coming from a rep. They are there to make you feel good, especially when it relates to a complaint.

Sorry guys, I should have clarified... The rep said beginning of May, but when I said end of May, I was inferring that ATT wasn't going to get us this update by the new timeline of early May, and that we would actually get it at the end of May because ATT would *probably* keep pushing back the update.
It's AT&T... the masters of stringing their customers along while they drag their feet.
I don't expect anything from them in April.
The SOAK tests haven't even been released yet, so there is no time for that testing to be completed and still make an end of April release date.
Considering the likely launch of the beta test of the upgrade, if there are no deal breaking new bugs introduced, they can release the update for everyone before end of April. But when implementing new stuff you never know if you introduced new bugs until you start testing it, so I guess that's why AT&T gave you a two week window for release.
This is of course assuming the update beta testers will get is related to the HSUPA.
I was just at our local corporate store on an unrelated issue. When I mentioned the HSUPA cap and my X10 has 4+ times the upload speed of the Atrix, he was completely thrown and didn't look like he even believed me. I didn't bother asking about the upgrade after that.

you have to remember that:
A- he probably uses an Iphone
B- he is a salesperson
C- 90% of AT&T salespeople are cashiers, not salesman. Meaning, if someone wants an iphone its "cash or charge?." they wont bother trying to get to know Android

Well said. Sadly enough he carries the Inspire and I would think he would be aware of the data cap.
they can still make it by end of april..when they BETA tested 1.5.7 they still had less than a week release to general public..and this time it isnt a beta it's a pre-release so it would be a shorter turn-around
I have found the average ATT rep, whether store, corporate, or janitor, to be quite uninformed when it comes to "release dates" or "technical knowledge"...regardless of what phone they carry.
I wish people would stop believing **** until it actually happens. When the updates comes out, it comes out. I wish people would stop guessing and speculating on when it's going to be released. ATT sales reps generally don't know when the updates are coming out, the one guy I talked to didn't even know what rooting meant.
Patience is not taught at a young age anymore it seems.

I think they just need something to whine and cry about once we got speed they'll fall back on bootloader issue..Im not a att or motorola fanboy but I know crying in a unconnected forum wont change anything we ALL elected to stick with the phone despite having the chance to return it..and if you filed a BBB complaint they would have taken phone back after the 30days...so basically we all signed off on the treatment and agreed to endure by keeping the device
Amazing how someone will actually believe what a CSR on the phone says. They stick to the script, or make things up as they go based on the same rumors we all hear.

Haha, quoted for truth! I was messing with a rep the one day at a local AT&T store asking him when Android 2.2* would be available for the Atrix, and he said later this year, most definitely, then I asked him when 4G will activated and he said 4G is already enabled, which obviously he is wrong on both counts.
I left the store after telling him that the Atrix already ships with 2.2 and he should read up on the products they sell. I don't know how the guy was able to keep his job.. I can take a **** that knows more about phones than that guy. Haha.
**For the hard headed... I KNOW WE HAVE ANDROID 2.2, I WAS OBVIOUSLY ****ING WITH THE SALES REP!

So I think you're directing this towards me, let me just explain my stance here..
Yeah I decided to keep the phone after my 30 day policy expired, my choice to do so or not.
My BBB complaint wasn't about "when I'm getting HSUPA" it was more on the constant lies, shadiness, and deceptive marketing practices that ATT employees were running by me. Most of them were uninformed, and a lot of them were very rude. The CSR that called me today was the nicest person I talked too on the phone. Other CSR's would say I'm lying, or I'm wrong when I accused of ATT crippling their phone (when in all actually ATT did, and admitted to it, not in those words). And almost every CSR rep would say I had the "wrong data plan" and that I would have to discontinue my unlimited data plan for a 4G tiered data plan to access higher download and upload speeds. Some even said I needed a new "sim" when I did have the new 4G sim already.
So the way I saw it, ATT was trying to pull more money out of me and crippling my data by making false claims.
And that was my BBB complaint in a nutshell. Sorry, when I deal with a business I'm paying $100 a month for, I'd expect their employees to be educated in their companies products and offerings. And if they don't know, then I'd expect them to find someone that does know, instead of pushing me towards other, more expensive services.
okay end /rant.
Can't wait till this bootloader is unlocked!

"There has been overwhelmingly customer feedback that people want access to open bootloaders on HTC phones. I want you to know that we've listened. The homebrew community may mourn HTC's Thunderbolt, Incredible S, Sensation and EVO 3D, but the company's controversial policy of locking bootloaders is no more. Following a tease yesterday, HTC CEO Peter Chou has decreed from on high -- namely, HTC's Facebook page -- that future devices will be open.
We're holding out hope that this policy will also be retroactive, but this is very welcome news regardless. Ball's in your court, Motorola.

Holy **** thats amazing! I will never buy a different manufacturer. That was fast, and impressive. You got a link on that evo 3d confirmed?
I got an email back from Peter Chuo, unlocked 3D, I'll upload it later. I wonder how they'll do it? Release the key, our OTA, that is the question...
Here's the email
"Reduce the potential quality problem that might occur when users upgrade their phone"..... what a crock. I appreciate that they unlocked them but wheres the honesty? They didn't want home brew devs dipping into their sauce anymore. Same reason they won't release drivers. Makes me wonder if the 3d drivers will be opened or not, if so then we'll be in the same situation with s0bes kernel now. The whole reason I want that phone is the 3d cam duh. Guess we'll see right?
®patience is a virtue©
they will probably alwasy have proprietary drivers because sense is there baby and will never be open source.

If you're interested in trying to get an early upgrade, check out a thread in the EVO 3D General forums titled "Absolutely fantastic customer service from Sprint". It seems Sprint is offering a one time manual override of your upgrade date. I've been sitting on an upgrade for 6 months so I can't personally confirm, but the 25+ replies to the thread all confirm the op's results.

I can confirm the above.
I initially called Sprint because I wanted to prepare for the release of the EVO 3D. I did not want to pay anything more than New Customer Pricing. I was prepared to cancel the contracts of each of the two lines on my account. The Contracts for the account expire in Oct 2011, so the ETF for each line would be $50. The beautiful part is at a certain point before the contract expires, the ETF flat lines at $50 and you have bargaining power if you can accept the fee.
I called Sprint and advised what I was trying to do. I told them that I wanted new customer pricing and I was willing to cancel my account and go elsewhere if I needed to. I really didn't want to leave Sprint, but you got to play hardball. I was transferred to the Retention department to handle my case after I mentioned the Hot Button word "Cancel", but I wasn't actually ready to cancel, just asking questions. I guess they don't mess around when you say this. After the rep clairified what it was that I was trying to do and after clairifying that I was doing this for a phone that was comming soon, she flagged my account for new customer picing which to my surprise, is virtually the same pricing someone within the upgrade period is given. I was not aware Sprint was doing this as it hadn't always been this way. The rep advised that it would take a few days to take effect. I asked her to ensure it was set for both lines. The rep advised that she would send the request to her supervisor and that I should receive a confirmation email within a few days. I asked the rep "If it's approved, does this mean that I can go anywhere (ex: Best Buy, Radio Shack, Sprint Store, etc.)?". The rep replied "It's not a matter of IF, it WILL be approved, and yes you can go anywhere just like a new Customer.". I excitedly thanked the rep and advised her that I love Sprint and would be happy to be a customer for life with such a high level of Customer service.
A few days had passed and I hadnt recieved an email with confirmation. I was a little disappointed, but not surprised as these things happen. I called in again and asked the first rep to verify that both phones qualified for Upgrade/New Customer pricing. The rep confirmed that it was all set. I felt a little hesitant, I wanted to be sure. Nothing worse than waiting till launch day to be dissapointed. I ran across an article on Engadget that showed Best Buy started doing upgrade checks on their Best Buy Mobile site. I dont know if this is new or something that's been possible for awhile. I felt that checking upgrade eligibility via a 3rd Party on not through Sprint directly was the best way to Validate. I went to http://www.bestbuymobile.com/upgradechecker, typed in my details and voila, I'm good to go and ready to fly on launch day. Now, to figure out when EXACTLY that will be.
i dont understand why everyone still hates on sprint customer service yall have no idea how good they are compared to tmobile trust me i know it was the worst experience ever when i tried to cancel my contract with them they just did not care at all even though i had service with them for 4 years and had a mytouch with them for a year with unlimited everything. so i switch to sprint and it was life changeing i actually had 3g at my house lol.
sorry for starting to ramble but yall have no idea how much i despise tmo.
I'm going to attempt this rebate reset tomorrow potentially.. will post results..i have always had good fortune with Sprint anyway so hopefully it will pay off here..

Yeah, I know what you mean.. I had an issue with them in 05 with a hurricane that hit my area. There was no tmo cel service here for over a month and they refused to credit me. So did the supervisors. I straight out said, just cancel me. It was because principle more than anything.
