Please Help me !!! m Desperate !!!!

Hello to all. My name is Kushal.
I own a Cingular 8125.
ROM Version :: 1.8.11.1 WWE
ROM Date :: 11/24/2005
Radio Version :: 01.16.11
Protocol Version :: 4.0.13.21
IPL 1.xx
SPL 1.xx
I want to upgrade my ROM ... I even tried to flash it but it was giving me an error with error number 266, something like that ... I even tried lokiwiz.bat and EnableRapi.cab and then again tried to flash the ROM but again failed ...
Anyone please tell me step by step what should be done in order to successfully flash the ROM and upgrade it to WM6.
I was using Kaiser ROM for upgradation ...

also when i am trying to upgrade the ROM with KAISER ROM
on my PDA it is showing

ok,First,is your phone in working condition,does it load up OS or its stuck on Bootloaders (Multi Color Screen) ? Did you perform CID unlock before upgrading to wm6 ? coz without CID unlock,it won't upgrade at all.
If its working,then download WST_4.2.2 tool and verify the CID Lock/unlock status of the phone,if its still CID unlock,then get it unlocked either through 'lokiwiz 02b' or WST_4.2.2,only then flash any wm6 rom.
Secondly,if its not working and gets into Bootloaders,then download the official cingular rom and flash it in Bootloaders to recover back to its default working status and then proceed further as described above.

Buddy, my PDA is very well in working condition, and it loads the OS and doesnt stop at bootloaders ... i am able to make calls and do what ever ...
Next, my CID is unlocked ...
And now i cant figure out how to flash a ROM ...
may be i am confused or i am not able to understand the steps involved in doing so ... And can you please suggest me a gud ROM image to upgrade ...

can't update

If i wan't to update my phone he says the image file is corrupted
he says that by 3 %

maybe the file you downloaded is corrupt or not completely downloaded..try to download again..

I had same problem, your device is CID locked you need to unlock it then flash your ROM.
It worked for me!!

Yup, error 270 states that your phone is still CID Locked!

ok but how can i get cid unlocked maybe ay tool for that ?

Its available at the elf upgrading forum
Check whether your device is a Elf / Elfin and download accordingly.
Its called SPL and IPL, you should be getting 3.10.

stuck on bootloader screen

Hi,
I have tried to flash a wiza200 that was already flashed with a manila rom, I checked that it is a G4. I used TNT.20273 Professional Wizard HTC Home FREE ROM, it seems to work , romupdate utility indicated that the device was flashed successfully but it reboots on bootloader screen. I tried to reflash it it gave the same result, I tried another rom but impossible to flash it with other roms. So I downloaded the official one from the operator O2 but I got "invalid vendor" message. I searched all the possible solutions but none of them worked( wizard love also). Is there a savior here ? someone who can give me the right procedure to follow.
initially the IPL was 2.21.0001 and spl 2.21 Olipr
now the IPL is 2.21.0001 and spl 2.21

You must replace the Update.exe with a MaUpgradeUT_NoID.exe . Found here in Forum . Look in "Blue Angel" for it. Be sure that you flash the right ROM with it . It will no ask...

no sim

hello
i put 2 diffrent sim but my phone does not recognized them
i tried the official and a cooked rom but nothing happens
when i put the sim in sim slot or take it out my phone shut down
any idea?

How can we give you any advice if you don't specify if your phone worked before, if it's stolen, if you tried to flash without proper knowledge etc...?

the problem is that first i used an original rom and having this problem, then i flash it with cooked rom and nothing happens. i have put the original rom 2.20.405b and the problem continues

First you should erase the last 3 lines.
2nd before flashing a cooked rom your device should be cid unlocked and its not. You read this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=372152 and cid unlock then Hspl 3.10 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=445666. Now you can flash any rom without any risk.

yes i know that
the problem is the sim
the details is from original rom
i used softspl for flashing cooked rom ( i used this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=535879) but the problem with sim continues
if i cid unlock my devise it will fix or because i already flash it with softspl it's the same thing and the problem doesn't fix ?
i tried with your way with onother rom
no sim says again
maybe it's hardware problem

HTC Elf P3450 CID locked

hello ,
i have HTC Elf P3450 i unlock CID for it and install new room
after new room i got the CID still locked
i try to find shipped room but not found
now my device not work only boot loader
only get stuck with a 270 Error at 3%
