none of my apps work over wifi, except browser. Need help

I only have wifi for a few weeks now. And I'm realizing that GV, market, all of them, don't work over wifi. Browser works fine. I've had wifi and cell signal since january, only now am I without a cell signal.
I think there must be something I'm missing. Any help?

Is it just me or can the Epic not download market apps...

while attached to WiFi? With my Moment, I could stay connected to my wireless and download/install just fine. With my Epic, I've noticed that it will not download anything from the market until I turn WiFi off and get on 3G.
I thought I may have been misremembering, but I tried again with my old Moment as well as my daughters' and they all can DL just fine on WiFi.
I don't have 4G to test with so I don't know how that behaves with the market.
Any commiseration or thoughts?
Mine downloads apps over wi-fi... it's pretty much the only way I've installed anything. (I just installed a couple things right now that way.)
Hrm. Odd. Perhaps it's because of an app I have installed. I tried through AppBrain and Market apps and they both do nothing until I turn off wifi.
Thanks. This will help. At least I can tell it may be application related.
I have problems where the phone doesn't start downloading right away - 3G or WiFi. Sometimes, restarting the market app and/or the phone will help. However, this occurrence seems to be completely at random.

Cannot download apps from play store....

Can anyone help.....I'm having this weird issue with my new GS7 Edge. I cannot download google play apps over Wifi but I can over my network. I thought this may just be a home network issue but I am able to browse the web over Wifi on my new phone.
Any ideas?
Edit:
I'm able to download apps fine from my old phone over Wifi

Wi-Fi problems some aplications.

My phone connects fine, has full WiFi service, everything else in my house that uses WiFi works perfectly fine. However, when I connect my phone to my WiFi network it get very poor performance and lose many connections to things such as Twitter and Netflix, gmail. When I turn the WiFi off and use 4G, the phone works great.

Download on playstore with WIFI is slow

Hi i've got a issue with downloading apps or games from playstore but ONLY on wifi..
I've got a 125mbps/10mpbs home network. I've tested my wifi on my phone with speedtest app and i'm getting about 70-80mbps/10mbps which is ok
but when i'm downloading apps or games from playstore it's reallllly slow.. like 1-2mpbs.. and this is only happening with Playstore.. Because when i try to download a file with chrome browser it's fast as it should be..
This is happenning only on 2.4ghz wifi for playstore downloads.
When i use 5ghz wifi it's a bit better but not the fast as it should too..
And when i use mobile data (which is not unlimited for me.. 4gb data plan) it's REALLY fast like it should !
I've tried the basic things to do as update playstore using apk from apkmirror .. Tried also clearing cache and even tried other kernel.. I'm back using stock now
Am i the only one with the issue here ?
