T-Mobile USA is looking for Developers in the PA, MD, NJ, NY and surrounding areas to partner with us during our events and in our stores. These events are big, like sporting events, etc. I'm looking for small or big developer(s) to showcase their apps with us.
If you are at all slightly interested, please PM and I can give you more details!
New information.

Are there any other 8125 or Wizard/Kjam users in Oregon, or Southern WA? Wouldn't mind getting together some time to compare notes, talk in person, help each other out, etc.
PM me.
I want to purchase a TyTN and have been checking around on the Internet. I haven't done business with any of the USA companies that sell them, nor can I find many reviews about companies selling them. I was wondering if any of you might pretty please let me know where you bought yours, and perhaps what you paid....there seems to be a wide margin. Everything from low 700's to high 800's. We are in Florida and there are no companies around that have them so I'll have to get one through the Internet. We currantly have Cingular cell service. Are all sold "Unlocked"? Thanks a lot for any input you can give me either on this list or privately.

Tried http://www.dynamism.com ? They supply a wide range of mobile devices (a lot of them imports, so they get the good stuff early) at what I considered to be fair prices... They supplied a Sony Vaio UX50 (one of the models from Sony's new TINY range of proper PCs which sit in a little dock on your desk or can be carried about!) which was reviewed by JK of jkOnTheRun.com (and he sang Dynamism's praises, so I guess I'd recommend them too)...
Sony Ericsson has yet to make this public, but we've learned that the flagging handset maker has caved once more to the pressures of the modern phone market place. If you'll recall, 450 employees were nixed from the company's payrolls in September of last year, and now the entire Research Triangle Park facility is being shuttered. In an internal announcement made this morning, SE is fixing to close four total sites: RTP in North Carolina, a smaller Miami facility and operations in Kista (Sweden) and Chennai. All told, 2,000 employees will be trimmed, with severance packages being offered to those who qualify. As of now, the departing individuals have yet to be chosen, with employees in RTP given the opportunity to apply for jobs elsewhere (likely in Atlanta or California). We're told that the cuts will happen "in stages," with project teams being assembled as we speak to work out the logistics. Frankly, we aren't as shocked as we are saddened to hear the news -- SE has refused to keep pace with the other handset makers, and its decision to wait until next year to ship an Android device is indicative of the choices that have kept it in the shadows these past few years. Here's hoping this restructuring effort actually gets things headed in the right direction.

I think T-Mobile might be doing a few of these too from what I've seen around on the web.
So did anyone else get an invite or is attending? If you live in the Atlanta area and would like to attend this one, send me a PM and I will send you the registration link. The link is generic and isn't tied to me in any way.
Free (I hope) cocktails and geeking out over a bad ass phone, what could be better?
Short of the thing is I have been asked to review a product for the Galaxy S III worth about $80. I do not have said phone, but most of the review is about the construction and durability of said product and a dummy phone can be used to test, but not shoot pictures for the review.
After the review is done, product is mine, but pretty useless to me as I don't have an S III. So, if anyone's in Nashville and wants something worth about $80 for their S III for a roughly 10 minute long photoshoot, let me know. I'm in the metrocenter area during the daytime and south Nashville in the night.
I've been asking on twitter for nearly a month and nobody I know knows anyone with an S III near Nashville, which seems a tad absurd with how many local android peeps I know.
I'm also not planning on stabbing anyone to death for a phone and as long as the lighting is decent enough (not government building fluorescent lighting) I can do a shoot in a public place.
You can see what I generally write about at http://www.pocketables.com/author/paul-e-king and contact me there if you're interested, or DM me here.
Well you might only get a handful of ppl in this forum section in America as this is the forum section for the international version of galaxy s3. For the US version you'll need the American networks(sprint, Verizon etc) galaxy s3 forums just below this one in the main forum list.
Might get a better response there
