[Q] boot fails at the SE logo and the phone restarts

Hey guys!
I installed JiT to my phone (x8) and it doesn't boot up now. I keeps restarting after the Sony Ericsson text. How could I solve this ? Neither PCC or SUSE helps either one them says that my phone is UP-TO-DATE :X.

in seus, when it says that your phone is up to date, there should be a button "repair", click it

You can try the update.zip of disabling jir from xrecovery, maybe it fix the problem, propable no.

Oops, ive flashed phone now its boot-looped

Hey people, can anyone please help? i flashed my X8 with [ROM] MiniCM6-1.0.0 *Released*, Froyo Cyanogen 6.1.3 port for the X8, all was working fine 'til i tried to install busybox, it failed so i rebooted my phone to try again but all it does now is reboots past the SE logo, then past the Cyanogen mod screen and onto the phone lock screen. after that i try to unlock the screen by swiping right then it comes up with a load of crap saying "force close" this and "force close" that, needless to say i get no home screen or nothing. I've tried rebooting and tapping beft button to boot into xrecovery but nothing happens, it just reboots as if its not installed. Can anyone please help me at least get back onto 2.1, I cant even mount via usb as the drag down bar wont come up to mount. have i buggered my phone?

i do a factory reset on xrecovery and reflash with the boot looping rom and normally it then works try that before restoring
1. Factory reset
2. Reflash
if u can delete the system and cache

After I flash with customr zip via x recovery my X10 always reboot and cannot enter into menu...

Hey, your gonna have to repair your phone using SEUS.

Get the right baseband before flashing a ROM. Comon buddy, have you searched before asking?

C'mon mods..move to proper forum....
As for the problem.
Connect your phone to pc and run either SEUS or PC Companion.
(If you donty have these, google them and download them)
Then follow the instructions.

I have tried to enter safe mode by pressing right n left button + power button but I can enter n there's notification to do force close... please any ather solution..

To resolve issue, you might want to try flashing it using SEUS and make sure to delete the db file/folder of SEUS

Which custom zip (ROM I assume) are u trying to flash w/ xRecovery?
I remember I had problems w/ CM7.0.3 when battery is ~20%. The phone would reboot like crazy. If this is the issue, try flashing the custom kernel v3.51. After flashing custom kernel, that solved my problem.
If nothing else work, flash w/ original firmware, wipe SD card, root, install xRecovery, load custom ROM file(s), and try again.

[Q] Preparing the x8 for cooked roms

Hi everyone
First post here. I've been reading a lot in xda forums about rooting, installing cooked roms and stuff.
I've managed to root my x8, installed xrecovery (this saved my *** a few times).
As you guys know, to install the newest roms you gotta have the 015 baseband, and i got the old one (006).
I got all the tools i need, superoneclick, flashtool, correct baseband file and the original one just in case.
But somehow i can't get into flash mode. I unplug the cable, turn off the phone, hold the back button, plug the cable again while holding the back butto. The green light turns on for a minute, then.....nothing. The phone wont turn on unless i release this button, and if i release it i get out of flash mode :/
Has this happened to any of you guys?
ps: i noticed this baseband thing since i installed a cooked rom and got an infinite reboot loop. But i had the xrecovery installed, i just restored to my original firmware (it's 2.1 btw) and works great.
EDIT: I forgot to say that i can't use pcc recovery or seus because of this flash mode problem (they both work, but i get stuck at the flashing step)

Why dont u get update baseband from pcc first?so u can freely installing any custom rom,

I can't do any upgrade/update through pcc because when i get to those 4 steps (unplug, turn off, press and hold back and plug in) i get stuck in a black screen. I can never get to the flash mode screen, so neither pcc nor seus or flashtool can do the trick since they ask me to follow the same steps.
So far the only things i've succesfully done were
*root
*installed io file manager
*installed root explorer
*installed xrecovery
*installed a ROM without knowing about the "baseband thing" and messed the phone (but ran a restore with xrecovery and it worked great)
Any other ideas?

Could it be that when i overwrote chargemon in system/bin during the xrecovery install the flash menu got disabled? In that case i would need an original chargemon mmm....

That was it, the xrecovery version i was using was very old. I installed a newer version with flashtool. Problem SOLVED

phone died

I was playing the best friend game. then after closing it was updating the ola cabs app.
while doing so the phone go slow and reboot. after the rebbot it showed andorid upgrading. the ola app was upgrading again but phone was slw. then it turned off. after that its stuck with boot loot.
I am using stock android and boot loader isnt ulocked not rooted.
plz help guys..

Ok long press volume down +power button for like 3 min then release it you will se fastboot mode then connect your phone to pc and flash stock rom

can i flash stock rom with bootloader locked ?

plz help guys...

ok erasing the data using mfastboot kit v.2 flasher fixed it..
