[32A]HTC MAGIC SENSE ROM [HELP needed in flashing and rooting]

listed is my phone details. i have tried every single method found in the forum to root my phone or flash into a new rom but it just all doesnt work.
I have previously update the HTC ROM [HTC Sense] Version: 3.03.707.5 a few months back.
1. I have tried this link by using the rom1.zip copied from the temp when running the Official RUU Sapphire HTC Europe AT test signed. but it failed.. Wrong model CID i think..
*If you have ENG SPL 1.76.2007 you can simply unpack only rom.zip without new HBoot and radio and flash directly*

2. I have tried using using the rom1.zip copied from the temp when runing the RUU_Sapphire_HTC_Asia_WWE_3.03.707.5_R_SG_release_signed_NoDriver.exe but everything is same and the flashrec or fastboot method all failed..
2.1 I have tried using a flashrec and recover image to root my phone
but i received backup failed and was not able to flash the image too..

2.2 fastboot method when fastboot devices indicate the devices serial no. but when i try to fastboot recovery .. [failed : remote not allow is the error]
2.3 when i tried adb method.. it just failed too
I am lost and i hate the new sense rom i updated few months back.. before that i did flash the hero rom before i changed to the new sense rom..
i read some post saying that the new sense rom will block all ways to root or flash new room.. but some post said that with a gold card created, it will overcome that.
Please i have been reseting my phone for the whole week now.
Please guide me to the light.. Awaiting for some enlightenment~

flashing ruu htc magic 32a

Hello. I'm trying to flash a RUU for my htc magic 32a because i flashed a custom recovery months ago and it screwed my phone. I can't access to recovery or to android anymore. I flashed Sappimg.zip through hboot but it gave me wrong custom id, update fail. When i rebooted the phone to the bootloader, i found out that my phone has now the stock radio and hboot versions, which was a pain in the ass. Now i can't flash a new recovery nor a custom rom. The only solution is to flash a RUU i guess.
I looked at the Official htc sapphire RUU thread and downloaded "2.20.151.4 Vodafone Greece test-signed" one. But i believe my phone is unbranded. I didn't buy it myself, i got it from a friend. So, i flashed that RUU and got signature fail error. I just want someone to point me out which RUU i need to flash.

You have a 32A device but running a 32B radio... Not good!
Run these commands:

How come? It's under HTC Sapphire/Magic 32A.
Here's the output of those commands:

EDIT: Does this mean i should flash this one "3.05.421.3 HTC South Africa"? If i recall correctly, the guy told me he bought it from Africa.

That is correct. It should fix it

Ok. I'll try downloading it right away.

I tried flashing that same RUU, but i got an error during the system update, it gave me "fail-pu". All the other updates were successful though. At the end, it gave me an update fail error.
EDIT: It seems now my Hboot is 1.76.0009 and my Radio is 6.35.08.29. The thing i noticed when i was going to get the .zip file is that, there were two zip files, one was rom.zip and the other rom1.zip. The rom.zip contained the following files: "boot_special.img", "hboot_7200A_1.76.0009_091208.nb0" and "radio.img". Whereas, the rom1.zip contained: "boot.img", "recovery.img" , "splash1_vodacom.nb0", "system.img", "userdata.img". First i flashed the rom.zip, and i got an error when i updating the boot. Next and flashed the rom1.zip and aas ia said earlier, i got an error at the system update.

Thank you. Basically, i downloaded the RUU again and flashed the rom1.zip and everything went perfect. Now i have a working phone again. I just need to root it again.

HTC Magic recovery and downgrading FAILED

Hi, i'm new in rooting HTC (just for the record).
So, I have HTC Magic Vodafone with
SAPPITE PVT 32B SHIP S-ON G
HBOOT-1.33.0007 (SAPP100000)
CPLD-10
RADIO-2.22.19.26I
I've been using this tutorials to update my Android:

I was doing great, but after updating hboot my phone was not boot. What is more, earlier I couldn't flassh RA's recovery, so I boot it and after that my operatins system don't start and I can't flash it through RA's recovery mode.
So I did the unrooting with
RUU_Sapphire_Vodafone_GER_1.91.162.1_DRC92_signed_NoDriver
It looked normal. But then I was trying with Cyanogen, but this custom recovery wont boot. It wont boot at all.
Also I can't downgrade my SAPPIMG.nbh like this. I even made goldcard, but it still do not leting me downgrade (Older version error)
I want to flash my phone with new ROM, but geting deaper and deaper
What cen you recomend to me?

G2 stuck at G2 splash screen after unroot attempt

I tried unrooting my G2 to send back to T-Mobile,
but now i am on the stock rom, yet the cyanogen kernel etc with S-OFF
but my when my phone starts off it is stuck at the [email protected] splash screen.
when i press the menu and home buttons they make sudden vibrates as if the phone acknowledges it but i see nothing, just the G2 Splash screen.
can anyone help me fix this issue?
here is what i did to try to root:
installed Stock Pre-OTA ROM Rooted from here: http://www.addictivetips.com/mobile/how-to-unroot-t-mobile-g2-htc-desire-z-complete-guide/
via recovery -- install rom from zip file
then i tried flashing the Stock Factory Bootloader / Recovery / ROM / Kernel
from the instructions but everytime it starts reading the PC10img.zip file it loads until the blue bar is full then goes back to fastboot.
it doesnt actually flash it.
now the phone is hung at the g2 splash screen.
can anyone help please?

hm... what shows your bootloader?
hboot number and still s-off? try to enter recovery and flash a rom of your choice / or if you can´t enter recovery try to flash a recovery.img through fastboot (you need to have a eng hboot)
i used the wiki guide for unrooting, but you first need to be able to boot into a rom again...

My friend updated this phone with errors. Now I can run it only in RUU mode. PC found a phone and I can connect by fastboot and turn-off phone (by fastboot oem powerdown), but I can't load any recovery..
I tried official RUU installer, but there say that I must download other version.
I tried boot few recovery, but nothing happend when booting .
I tried also downgrade radio or SPL, but I need working device.
There is any solution to bring to life a phone or this is brick?

When you are running RUU, it will create log in c:\ruu_log

Ok. According your log info...
- Your phone has label 3.54.631.3 ROM (but probably does not have system image with this rom)
- You tried to install ROM that has lower version than 3.54.631.3 (remote: 43 main version check fail)
- It is main problem if you have not canadian rogers phone
1. You need create goldcard (search on xda for manual)
2. With goldcard you can successfully install 3.54.631.3 RUU and your phone will work.
3. After that if you want custom you can get root (use SuperOneClick), flash custom recovery (AmonRa 1.6.2 patched by cursordroid or HTC Hero recovery), then flash hboot 1.76.2007 and custom ROM via recovery...
