This was taken from the Sprintusers.com forums. Have you ever been curious how valuable of a customer you are to Sprint? This is how you can find out. You can either sign into your Sprint account, get your browser to view the page source code, and search within it for loyaltyAccVal.
Here is a little Javascript I made to make it simpler, just paste the entire line below in its entirety in the address bar on the "My Sprint" page you land on right after logging in:
javascript:function getYesNo(s){if(s=='Y') {return 'Yes';}else{return 'No';}};alert("Your Hidden Stats:\n\nSprint Financial Value: "+loyaltyAccVal+" of 10 (higher is better)\nCredit Class: "+creditClass+"\nAccount Spending Limit: "+getYesNo(aslFlag)+"\nHotlined Account: "+getYesNo(hotlineFlag));
You'll get a box that shows your account loyalty information. (Example) Here is mine.
Your Hidden Stats:
Sprint Financial Value: 008 of 10 (higher is better)
Credit Class: G1
Account Spending Limit: No
Hotlined Account: No
(Edit)
I've been with Sprint since 9/10, 1 line and I have the $99 Simply Everything plan. I never had a late payment and I was approved for 3 lines when I signed up.
i did it and it worked i got 7 out of 10 in financial value wtf???
and in crdict class i got G7 what does that mean?
Cool find.
Sprint Financial Value: 009 of 10 (higher is better)
Credit Class: A5
Account Spending Limit: No
Hotlined Account: No
Would be nice to know what the credit class correlates to.
EDIT: Sprint's going to have to make that a 10 in a few minutes, when all the details on Carrier IQ are out...

I'm sure I'm not the most profitable.

Now when are we going to get a Sprint CSR in here to expose the credit coding?
Edit to add:
Customer since September 2010
No security deposit
No late payments, usually pay ahead (currently a credit on account)
Got the exact same as the OP. Would be nice if people also discussed how long they have been with sprint and if they have ever not paid their bills on time.
Always paid bills on time and been with sprint since September 2007.
If I had to guess, the number rating is how much revenue you have driven for Sprint, so a combination of bill amount and number of months with sprint. The credit class probably has to do with either if you have paid your bills on time or with your initial credit check at the time of the account opening. Account spending limit is self explanatory. Hotlined account I have no idea, maybe some sort of flagging?

Update:
I ran to my pc to do this. This is nuts. I can't see how sprint uses this. I spend 400 a month at sprint, auto pay the account. Purchase a phone every 6 months, often full price and pay for any overages that occur often.
6 out of 10. i'm depressed!
Interesting stuff. Here's my info....
Sprint Financial Value: 006 out of 010 (higher is better)
Credit rating: G7
Account Spending Limit: No
Hotlined Account: No
Will hit 10 year mark in October 2011.
Currently have two lines on family plan, but that just started 6 months ago.
Have made payments late before, but usually just bc I forgot. Never worry too much about Sprint bc they let you get pretty far behind before fussing much.
Sprint Financial Value: 007 of 10 (higher is better)
Credit Class: B2
Account Spending Limit: No
Hotlined Account: No
I'm thinking Sprint Financial Value might refer to how your plans break out, with higher plans having a higher SFV:
on my account I have 2 phones:
Epic 4g on the minimum minute plan: $69.99 + $10.00
Katana on the minimum plan (250): $29.99
I've been with sprint since March of 2003, and never been late or missed a payment.
Not sure what Credit class might refer to.
Just a guess at credit class...
B5 would be Best 5, B6 would be Best 6,
G3 would be Good 3, G7 would be Good 7.
Maybe a base of 10? so G1, G2, G3, ... ,G8, G9, G10, B1, B2, B3, ... , B8, B9, B10?
Again just a guess. Not sure why they would want that many levels either but who knows. I'm sure there is a level before G as well....
oops yeah nevermind now that i saw some others. didnt pay too much attention i guess.

As a AAA member for 11 years I just called them regarding this - the discount is on plan add-ons. So for my EMP plus plan it doesn't apply as insurance is my only add on and it doesn't apply to insurance. But, if you have a standard voice plan with a text and data add on it would apply to the text and data add-ons.

I'm not sure what you mean by addons but it should apply to any voice line that is on a contract. So the only restriction is that it doesn't work for Even More Plus plans =\
I just called TMO about this and they said I would have to renew my contracts for my line and my wife's line (Family plan) for two years. Not sure that's worth it for me.

Yeah - for my EMP plan it's only add-ons since the regular plan is already at a "discounted rate". For standard plans under a 2yr contract it should work assuming they aren't already at a discounted rate (as explained by t-mo).
I think I win.
It's "only" 2000 minutes, but I still think I win.

Wow...I pay $161/mo for 4 people. 1800 minutes/Unlimited Messaging/Fave 5 [no longer offered]/Two data plans/all phones have insurance. My mother and father-in-law pay me $40/mo each so my wife and myself pay around $80 for our phone service. She has a MyTouch and I have my N1.
I also might mention that I have unlimited messaging for families for $9.99/mo . This usually costs $35/mo. I got it on a promo about 4 years ago.
I just callled and got my AAA discount for my 1000 minute plan, Unlimited text, data, caller tunes, and insurance, 14% off and your bill changes to the 27th.
It can take up to sixty days for the discount to show on you bill.
I have a co-worker that ordered two droids via the Verizon website and he only paid 106 dollars after tax. He took ad vantage of a buy one get one free deal. Buts whats interesting is that they gave him an additional hundred dollars off the price for no known reason. A Total price of 106 and he got two excellent phones.
Not sure if this has been discussed before but I tried searching and nothing came up or maybe I used the wrong terms to search.
I was looking at my friends additional services on his phone in the My accounts app and saw that he had this plan called "Preferred Android Unlimited Web" for $20.00. I was curious as to how he got it and he told me they gave it to him for being a loyal customer of more than 12 months.
I been a customer for around 3 years or more and my unlimited data plan is at $29.99 so I called up 611 and asked what the deal was and I first talked to a woman and told her the situation and she said she couldn't see it. My only other option was to switch to the limited 200/mb per month plan. Then I ask to speak to a supervisor and was transferred over to a different department and talked to another woman. She looked up my records and confirmed that I was indeed a loyal customer and after explaining how I saw the preferred android unlimited web plan, she changed my plan to that without any hesitation.
The G2 is my first smart phone and I am wondering how come I wasn't informed of this data plan when I first signed up. Are any of you currently on this preferred android plan? If not, maybe you should look into it and save yourself 10 bucks a month. Just a heads up. I'm extremely pleased that my bill will be 10 bucks cheaper per month and that it took no trouble to change the service.
I'm getting the $20 a month for my data lines on my account..we had 3 but went to 2...my wife's BB is a $20 a month as well. I was told you had to have 2 or more data lines on your account to get the discounted rate. Granted I've been a customer for 10 years so they may have been doing it for me due to being a customer for so long too lol
The loyalty plan isn't something they offer you out of the blue, you usually have to get retentions to add it for you.
They can also give you myfavs for free, and unlimited family text messaging for $9.99
I pay $30 for my unlimited data plan...How many years you have to be with T-Mobile to be considered loyal?? I have been with them for 2 years now.

That should be more than enough. Just call up 611 and ask them to change you to the preferred android plan. If the rep says it doesn't show up for you, ask to be transferred to a supervisor or the retentions department.

yes the the preferred data plans work on family plans, I have it on all 4 of my lines (2 preferred mytouch, 2 preferred android)
They usually don't have a problem giving that plan out to anyone. They only ***** about the $9.99 unlimited family messaging and the free myfavs. Just call in and get to retentions to have them added. A regular csr wont have access to add those options.
I have the family time 700 plan for 59.99
my data plan says "T-mobile Android unlimited web + 400 messages"
for 24.99.

$10.."unlimited web for phones" on T-Mobile. I had it added onto my plan before I switched to my G2. They just recently updated their data plans so it no longer exists.
I recently renewed my contract and the loyalty department put me on a cheaper plan they no longer offer that includes $20/month data and my faves. I saw the promotion for adding an extra line for $5/month on their website and now can not take advantage of it without switching to one of their current plans They tell me it will cost me $10/month instead with no way around it.
When I got my G2s, the CSR at retentions told me that due to my tenure (4 years but I'm kinda spotty on making payments sometimes lol) that the best I could get was the $24.99 android data plan (and thus, I have that x2).
OTOH, they put me on the $49.99 family 500 plan to make up for it.
I think after I pay my bill I'm going to call them and ask about myfaves
If I remember correctly, you must have been a customer for 18 months with no late payments on an auto-bill account to be automatically granted loyalty status. The other way to get it apparently is to whine to retention department.

That makes sense. I was never late on my bill so I guess that's why they changed my data plan without any questions.
I just wished I knew about this preferred android plan when I got my G2.
lol, I can assure you that no whining, begging, or acting like a "I've been a customer for 4 years!! I demand the best deals!" happened.
I have no complaints My family (overall) has been with T-Mobile since 2001 (my account however has only existed 4 years), so that may.. help slightly (although I doubt it).
Sometimes, it just helps to be really nice (and get lucky!)
$25 for T-Mobile Android Unlimited Web with FlexPay. I ditched Sprint to get a Nexus One in January.
I've got a question though. Are any of you able to view how much data you've used on the T-Mobile website? Mine is always blank. Does that mean my data usage isn't being tracked?

I'm a RewardZone Premier Silver Member, and I got coupons in the mail last week, it's good 12/8-12/19, says 12% off on no-contract phones.
It says "when you use your reward zone program premier silver membership"
It also came with a 10% off one too.
Looks like a standard coupon, I've used these before and I always use my RewardZone, so I don't know if it actually is required for a Premier Silver level to use.

My advice for using best buy coupons is always be nice and courteous to the cashier, if you act like some douche they will deny it, and if you get your coupon denied just ask to talk to the manager, they usually fix things up for you. I've got them to honor prices that were misprinted in the past.
Wow awesome...I just checked BB and I'm not eligible for an upgrade until JULY so that means i have to pony up $500+ for the Nexus S. So any coupon in form is awesome!
Hopefully one is found for thursday!
I believe that all of the best buy reward coupons state that unlocked phones and contract phones are excluded. It says that no contract phones are acceptable meaning pay as you go phones. You could probably argue that having t-mobile service means that all phones would qualify but they are technically unlocked phones or contract phones. The coupon may not apply the discount but they may give you the discount anyway.

Just to let you know, the back of the coupon, in the fine print, it says its not valid on contract/ AND unlocked phones. Isnt the Nexus S an unlocked phone? Im a premiere silver member and got the coupon a few days ago as well, but saw the fine print. I will still try to use it, but they could argue it and say that it is an unlocked phone so therefore invalid
Damn, what is the differenzce between unlocked phones and no-contract phones? Seems to be the same for me. Sorry I am not from the US, so maybe this is a stupid question.
I think we should argue if they say anything.
I would like to get it for $199 on contract, but the store doesn't sell it, only off contract full price (and it happens to be unlocked), it's their fault they don't sell T-Mobile in their store, so it should qualify as a "no contract phone"

There was a thread a few months back that had directions to view your Sprint account rating/worthiness. I forgot how to view it and tried googling with no success.
Any help?
Thanks,
Anthony
I'm pretty interested in this too. Anyone have any info?
Log into your account at sprint.com
Then clear the address bar and enter the following url and hit enter:
javascript:function getYesNo(s){if(s=='Y') {return 'Yes';}else{return 'No';}};alert("Your Hidden Stats:\n\nSprint Financial Value: "+loyaltyAccVal+" of 10 (higher is better)\nCredit Class: "+creditClass+"\nAccount Spending Limit: "+getYesNo(aslFlag)+"\nHotlined Account: "+getYesNo(hotlineFlag));
My results -
Your Hidden Stats:
Sprint Financial Value: 008 of 10 (higher is better)
Credit Class: G5
Account Spending Limit: No
Hotlined Account: No
So how good is this? I have no idea how many credit classes there are, or e.g. are most people 8/10? What are the benefits?

For those who work for Sprint, we all know there is different credit classes that sprint assigned each customer.
There is the A class, which is the best credit rating, but then there is G class. From my understanding and talking to my friend, both the A & G class can potentially have up to 10 lines of service.
What is the difference between the A class and the G class?
If you know and you aren't an employee, feel free to share.
you know in the sprint system I've never seen a diffrence I wonder if G is someone that started out on a spending limit and becasue of great sprint history is now someone that is in the same class as A but credit wise isnt? Or maybe someone that is considered great customer but a risk o leaving,

7/10
class y5
i must be the worst customer ever!
I wonder what Class H1 means...
I was a 9/10 and an H1 as well
Sprint Financial Value: 007
Credit Class: S5
Account Spending Limit: Yes
Hotlined Account: No
No idea what it means, but ok.
For the record, I have horrible credit, been with Sprint for a year come July 2nd, and pay the $89.99 plan.
Starting May 8th until July 23rd Sprint is giving 300 bonus minutes to the Everything Data 450 plan making it the ED750 plan. What's even better is you don't lose the minutes ever as long as you remain on the plan. This is for new and existing customers.
Good for those that need a few more minutes.
SWAC, referral and Sero plans do no qualify.

Thanks for the info although I rarely ever come close to my 450 minutes. Is there anything we have to do or are the 300 minutes automatically added to our plans?
Never said it before but thanks for all the info you give us, it's good to have an insider.
P.S. Still working changing my upgrade to 6/1, they really don't want to change that. I'll be with them 10yrs on 10/15 so from a company perspective I don't really think it's such a big deal to change.

As far as the 300 minutes you just have to call and ask, no requirements.

I wish they had a plan with less minutes.... I am on a 1500 shared and probably couldn't use that much in 3 months...
.........at 8 am today someone poisons the coffee....do not drink the coffee. More instructions will follow.
Cordially,
Future Dwight
So, on May 8th, I have to call and change my plan, or is this automatic? Will my 25% discount still apply?

Just call and they will add a SOC code that will give you 300 more minutes. Your discount won't be touched.

All you have to do is call Customer Care or go to a Sprint store and ask for it. It literally takes 3 minutes to do so.

Will they have any advertisement for this or??? Also what about new acts signing up for the 450 plans?

I dread having to call Sprint for an extra 300 Bonus Minutes on top of the already 450 Anytime and 60 Bonus minutes I DONT USE AS IT IS...
Ive been back and forth with them for almost 4 months just trying to get them to fix my data - and now they want me to call for 300 minutes? How about just crediting me what 300 minutes would cost at $0.45 each on my bill and we call it even!?
