I have a rather annoying problem. I have a hungarian general firmware ( carrier debranded ) and the lgdmp2 updater... i install everything, but the tool said "motitor port is not found"... i set the correct COM port...
i dont have any clues... heeeelp...
the ysystem is a win7 x64.

you have to press start and AFTER plug in the phone.
Did you enalbed the USB driver on the phone as QUALCOMM from MFG?

I can't update firmware using odin ,it keep saying not recognized ,any other ways can i flash firmware without using usb port? Hope anyone can help me
Did you try on another pc? Test it, maybe your pc is the one with the problem.
you can flash with out pc, sadly there are none rom at the moment to flash trough recovery.

i have try many cable, computer but its still same. its just charging on the phone and not recognized on pc. im stuck on unofficial miui with a lot of bugs, please give me someways to stock my firmware back without using odin or anything that use usb port because my usb port its just for charging only, not working for odin.
Rith click on computer and click on comlutef propeeties then ect device manager u will use warning icon in the list something name i am forget right click on it u will use option update driver click on it then select specific driver path where your driver are installed then search then Huh Huh xD restert your pc then connect your phone:good:
I think problem is with drivers you need reinstall device drivers, first uninstall ur device drivers from device manager then install samsung usb driver software from here ,now drivers will be installed automatically installed on connecting your phone

Hi
I have Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime SM-G530/H/DV model (G530HXXU1ANIA) . I did factory Reset . Then TouchWiz stopped problem arose. I disabled TouchWiz and installed APUS Launcher. That worked fine. Then I want to give cell to another person. I did Factory Reset again. After this the following problems arose.
1- A pop up massage during booting arose. “Unfortunately Process com. Android. systemUI has been stopped”
2- Above mentioned message hang the cell on Main Screen, I can not operate any function.
3- IMEI No. INVALID.
4- Mobile cannot be accepted connection with PC, ODIN, Kies etc.
Kindly guide me in this regard as I am a beginner in the matter of programming etc.

I doubt it is a driver issue because I have tried multiple systems and these systems recognize other phones instantly
its the same from my phone sadly i didnt find any firmware for this its a clone i think
I finde what is wrong with my phone and why he wan't to connect on PC, but i still need your help
When i dial *#0808# and enter in USBSettings whn i set to MTP+ADB computer recognize the device, but when i need to start odin and put in donwload mode i need DM+MODEM+ADB for flash firmware but when i check this PC don't recognize my phone.I finde on internet that problem is for QualcomUSB settings but i don't know how to fix this

Are you sure that you have downloaded Samsung USB drivers? If not then that's is what causing the problem and here is the solution:
1.download and install kies
2. Open kies
3. There must be an option to download the USB drivers
And here you go , you have fixed the issue

Drivers is not problem
I tryed with Kies drivers with other version of SamsungUSB driver, try to change computer with different operation system but problem still here :/
Problem is i think in modem.A problem occurred when i update my i9505 from android 4.4.2 to Lolipop and i searching on internet for this problem, but can't fix
Try using a different USB port on your computer. Odin sometimes gets very picky about the port it uses. Also, make sure you're using the original cable and not a hub. The symptoms you describe do not appear to be related to the modem settings, but to the PC itself.
Aahh i tryed different usb cable, port i tryed many computers and i think all win (Xp,Vista,Win7,Win8.1,Win10) :'(
One people here said that is problem in my hardware usb i bought new one and change but problem still here i don't have idea how to fix that

Dear all, I'm new here and just got my yotaphone 2 today, bought it locally from UAE, i beleive that the build ME refers to Middle East, got an android version of 4.4.3 YD201 model.
I thought that YD201 models are OTA updatable versions but seems not
Please can you guide me in a simple way how to update to lollipop? Noting that I've never flashed or done this before

You can follow this guide fully but you don't need to flash HK first, so you just flash RU 5.0.0 firmware directly.

Thank you so much.. Totally appreciate that.. But I don't know if it really matters as the tools relates to YD206 while I have YD201.. Should I proceed ?
By the tools do you mean YotaphoneFlasher? It works on both 201 and 206 since it's from official.
Thank you again.. OK I'm all set everything is ready but the only thing that's keeping me is drivers installation... Somehow the Google drive coming with the flasher is not being installed. I tried all ways possible, I.e. right click on the INF file and install but I get error message, and also tried to install it from device manager but couldn't. Can you please help with this? Thanks again

my dear friend, i managed to update the driver, thanks to you, but it seems that when i power off the phone and enter the "downloading " mode on the phone screen then connect it to the computer it seems the phone is not being connected.. i used the flasher chosed option 1 "flash the cellphone" then i get the message "waiting for device" on the flasher..
i had a screenshot just to show that i have done everything i should (i guess) .. i.e. copied the firmware.. etc,,,
mindyou, i think the problem is that when i conncet the phone to usb it goes under other devices/Android which is not being recognized..

Weird. Do you've already install both drivers and restart your computer?
If yes, how about try to plug another usb port?
I got both ADB and Qualm drivers installed.. but nothing happening! I tried the 3 usb ports already..

Your driver not properly install. Try reboot pc, enable usb debugging at phone, plug in usb. See if there is any changes at device manager.
There is yellow triangle. So it mean.. Oh.. Oo..
If stilk not ok. Plug out usb from pc. At device manager, unsinstall both yellow triangle. Plug in back usb. So it will detect device and windows trying to install it.
If you have Windows 10 you have to disable signature driver verification, entering in the advanced boot menu of windows. After that the .inf driver will install.
I got the update at last and it's working beautifully smooth I downloaded universal driver from adbdriver.com and it worked perfectly. Thank you all guys for your help and efforts
help i have lg-324t stock on firmware upgrade mode only..i want to upgrade its firmware from lg tool but the device detected as mtp device when i try to reconnect at first the pc detect it as mtk preloader then follows as modem then i see a blink of lge usb port but suddenly it ends up as mtp device with a warning that this device cant start normally how can i flash this on flashtool knowing that this devices will not be recognized in pc..tried to flash the lg-l-07c in flashtool without any problem..pls help me i think i have a driver issue...i have install latest LG drivers

i have installed latest LG Suit and all drivers where finally goes as it is and flashed the phone successfully...thank you for viewing
Hello! First, sorry for my bad english. In December after I install Android Nougat with Odin my pc doesn't recognized my phone. I tried different method but no one resolve my problem. I tried to :
1. Install drivers manually
2. Activate USB debugging from developers option
3. Connect my phone to different PC (Win 7/8/10 and Mac)
4. Factory reset
5. Change cable.
At device mannager appear Unknown USB Device and I install Samsung drivers manually.
My phone is not rooted.
PLEASE HELP ME!
does your phone charge when the cable is plugged into your computer ?
Prior to upgrade what type of connection did you have MTP or something else ?
My phone is charging when i plug in computer and is selected mtp connection .
