Hi @ all
I have a problem with the Kinoma FreePlayer.
I will use it to listen to the shoutcast radio stations.
But on my HTC HD2 it doesnt work correctly.
When i choose a radio station for example TechnoBase.FM, it always says
Buffering... but it doesnt happen anything.
Sometimes it happen something than it says "Unsupported MIME"
But it never plays the music.
I have a fast 3g HDPA network here.
Youtube work correctly.

I dont know what i should do.

Shoutcast works great by using WIFI
but when i use 3G it stuck on buffering.
i use Orange CDMA israel Network..
the youtube and other services work perfect.
someone may know what is the problem?

May be something simmilar?
Http://www.orb.com worked fine back in the days with my Kaiser, never tried with the HD2 but would believe it works just as well or even better.

i use VLC to stream live TV and other stuff to my HD2, works just fine.
It's a bit of a hassle to find something that really works fine. Ended up getting CorePlayer for my phone and it works great.

I am trying to connect my old Touch Pro 2 up to some computer speakers and just use it as an internet radio at my desk. Does anyone know a good WM app for that?

pandora
pandora is a fantastic music device..and thanks to all the awesome developers at xda we are able to have it...here it should be if i did it right.but if i didnt just search for pandora on the site.
+1 Pandora
I second Pandora radio. It is great! I use it pretty much everywhere, on my Tilt2, ipod touch, on work and home computers, blue ray player. Now if I could somehow get it on my car stereo!
Its got a couple limits, like only being able to listen for 40 hours a month (which you can use more if you purchase), but I've only reached that limit twice in the 8 months I've been using it, just remember to pause when not listening .

Pandora is Good , I even upgraded and got PANDORA one, then i found Slacker Radio and now use it more and upograded to Slacker Pro very very nice and you can make your stations or choose from many others.
So, i use my kindle to listen to some online streams in the mornings, recently in the last build of Gede's rom and in eye candy i can no long listen to the streams, they startup perfect like they are running but no audio comes out. Audio works in everything else.. This is in dolphin/firefox/built in browser..
Mainly its the o&a stream at yourmuze.fm.. The only thing i see in common in those new builds is the beats audio crapola.. (anyone else think its just hype/marketing bs? ) anyway to remove beats to find out if thats the issue?

That's actually one of its few purposes , so far. Upload your music to Google music, then when you have a Q selected the sound comes from the Q instead of your phones speaker. Same thing with play movies and YouTube. Optical out, HDMI out, or a 25 watt amp if you don't have a system.
But strictly from your sdcard , no. You'd have to have it uploaded to work. You might be happier with a Bluetooth reciever module.

Thank friend your reply. Oh! that means this device useless for me. My country Google play music not available. I try to purchase Nexus Q from eBay and play my phone SD file via this device.

You can sign up by using a proxy to look like you're in the US. Look for a tutorial on using Netflix from abroad, it's the same deal. You only need to be 'in' the US to register, then you can upload and play music without the proxy after that.
