Do i ignore this?

Please have a look at the below message and advise me on what to do:

Due to the anonymous registration of our account which is causing congestion to our service, so we are shutting down some account and your account was amoung those to be deleted,so the purpose of this email is for you to verify that you are the owner of this account and you are still using it by filling the information below after clicking on the reply button:

I know this is not the right place to post the above, but i have no place to go. please do not be angry with me! The questions asked above could lead to a bigger problem as you can see. Is this a scam or what?

the first mail that you got after any registration means
"do never tell anyone your password"
this seems like a phishingmail
you can write a mail to M$-Support, an show them the mail you've got

nobody genuine will ever ever ever email you for that info.

just remember
banks, email providers and so on will never provide you with your account details like date of birth and password. they have them already. if they want you to change something they will ask you to go to their site and logon and provide the details.
If you are in doubt never click a link an a mail but just type the name of the site in your browser yourself and login that way.

sometimes your posts are so much random, off-topic, and apparently staged that I suspect you're just trolling

Facebook Contact Link

Hi, I have searched alot and i cant find if its possible to link contacts to their facebook even if you do not have them as a friend on your FB account!
I ask this because i don't JUST LET ANYONE see my facebook i only let real and true friends see it and I dont add random class mates even though i got the contact details etc.
so my question is
is it possible to link contacts to their facebook even if you do not have them as a friend on your FB account!

I doubt it as it would be part of the security that Facebook runs, nothing to do with the device.

Facebook also allows people to set the privacy options! If the person allows EVERYONE to see the profile pic then it should download to my phone init!

Not sure if it works, but if you can it would be a manual process.
If you go to the outlook contact of someone you HAVE linked, you'll see something like this:

<HTCData><!-- Please do not modify -->
<Facebook>id:(numbers)/friendof:(mynum)</Facebook>
</HTCData><sn>id:(numbers)/friendof:(mynum)</sn>
You would copy that, paste it into your other friend's outlook contact, and edit the (numbers) portion to be that person.
AKA, a complete waste of time, but it might work.

Hey everyone! i had to delete my gmail, that i used for all my sites (including XDA)
So i had to make a new email, and new screen name. o if you see a Senior Member ( ;] ) that is davidevan, that is also coffeehandle. My new screen name. So if you neeed anything PM coffeehandle, get davidevan outta your mind, cause i cant access it.

You must not know you can keep your account and either 1)change the linked email account, or 2)change your screen name - both keep your account info, PMs, post count, etc. The forum admin is "mikechannon" - send him a PM and let him know what you wanna do.

Noticed you are quite an old member here, but you disregarded most of the rules of the forum in one single post...
That aside, you have to reset your phone in the settings to change the ID. If you have already made purchases, you will have to buy them all again as they are linked to the Gamertag/Zunetag - which are both the same thing btw - and not to the email address or the phone.
If you don't like it, phone Microsoft - it is all clearly there if you would have read some information before rushing ahead with setting the phone up.

[Q] help for new chat project

i am a new developer [Student] i need to submit my app for my project at school
so what i want to ask is
i want to develop a app that allows a person to chat like is i give one coustmer a no. [say 678567] and he shares it with other person so they can chat share files
its same as how i think whats app works
can someone please guide me to the right direction i am keen to develope this app and get good grades ^_^

If i get you, you want something like whatsapp...
As far as i know, you will need different things:
A backend Server to manage and store users and manage files sended.
A client side with is the chat. If you doing it in Android, Java the process could be like this:
client get a list of friends, then stores in local files. To send a message, firstly can use push messages like GCM to send a message, if receiver is online with the conversation openned, it tries to stablish a socket connection to send messages each other. If no, then it uses the push GCM.
More or less like that....of course there are much more things to do and take care of.

ya!! thats what i want , seems tougher for a amature android programmer
so here what i have
i have a server at school which we are allowed to use
i have created a basic layout of the app(on a white board )
since i do not have that much expirence with apps ( till now i have made calculator and simple sudoku ) the problem is i don't know how can i make the app to contact with the servver complete noob in this thing
and

You can use backends like Google Cloud Messaging or Parse, they're well documented and easy to use, just go through their documentation,

thanks for the reply actually i researched a little and found the GCM is not a good choice for IM as sometimes messages are not delivered so as for parse i have no experience with that and i found something that i need to have some connection between my android app to server (running php and mysql database)
the point where i am stuck is that
How to connect the app to server ??
and how to give a user his personal pin or username so he can share with others to chat ??

And just make that every user have an unique nickname and use it has a primary key.
