Hi guys,
I did a hard reset 3 days ago, and ever since haven't been able to download/install marketplace. My internet connection is working fine and I've tried both with 3g and Wifi. It keeps giving me an error message saying "There maybe a problem with marketplace service right now. Check your connection and try again later."
Anybody knows anything about that? Is it really a problem with Marketplace or is it my phone? Any help would be appreciated
I did even download the cab file from the internet, but when trying to install that one it says "Installation as unsuccessful. The Program can#t be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions".!!

I did a hardreset too, and since then I can't get anything from Windows Marketplace either...
Keeps telling me that it can't logon to the Windows Marketplace servers, and that I should try again in a few seconds...
Also tried the regedit with no luck...
Any help would be appriciated greatly!

adjust date and time to your region and it will work ,happened to me

Worked for me once, updating the FaceBook app...
But after the reset, it didn't work anymore.
Tried applying the same changes as before, but no luck.
I then disabled the "use network ressources to adjust time/local" option, and now it works as it's supposed to.
Since when have the auto-time-update been an issue?
Hi guys. Long time lurker, first time poster.
I have just purchased the HD2 from eBay which Im using on the Vodafone network. I just tried upgrading the ROM to 1.72, but got the following error code: Error [294]: Invalid Vender ID. "Please check your update utility".
Is this because it it not a Vodafone specific handset? Is there any way to get around this or do I have to stick with my current ROM until HTC release a new one?
Also, is there anyway to revert back to the original youtube app? I stupidly downloaded the one from m.google.com and I find that it is a lot more annoying to use than the stock app.

Edit - did a quick google search and found some threads here (even though the search function didnt pull anything up) and it seems as though I need to run/use HSPL. I have done an extensive search on that and I have no idea what it is or how to use it. Any chance someone can direct me to a link. Cheers.

I need help and fast please - im just about to leave to commute to London for the the day and my HD2 doesnt want to work :/
It keeps popping up an error saying ''the file sapi cannot be opened. Either its is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. If the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file.''
And because of this it wont load HTC sense.
Ive done nothing new to the phone in past few days that i can remember. Ive no idea what sapi.exe is or what it does?!?
Forgive me if the answer is deep within a post somewhere but i couldnt find it.

try deleting your application folder on the storage card, then reset.

I have activated my Win 7 but still cannot download apps.
I get the following message when trying to install an app

Well seeing as it says it can't get the information after it says it was verifying, it does look a bit suspicious :/

yeah I am having the same problem, received my activation code today. I go on Zune and it lets me install ot, but I get it will install soon message and then it never does. Anyone, I am in the US and on t-mobile.

The wp7 ist correctly running, only the marketplace doesn't run...

When i want to install the programs with zune, zune say, that it is installed, but i can't find the program on my phone...
I have vodafone in germany...
Just downloaded and istalled the IMDb app. Downloaded and installed fine, but won't run. Loads up for about 4-5 seconds and then phone goes back to WP7 menu screen. Any ideas???
If you have JUST activated and it is saying this
have you applied the registry key to identify the device as a HD 7 ?(unless you have a ROM with this as standard)
There is coming the following message:
Access to the registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\DeviceReg is restricted.

For you guys having problems with Marketplace, just be sure you made de HD7 tweak (in Settings-About your device must appear as HTC HD7, not Leo70). After you enter the 25 digit code in Marketplace, get the Live ID.xap file (available on the forum) and edit the CustClear.provxml file in it with your code. Then deploy the LiveID.xap to device.

I would need your help in case of Market application.
I have following problem:
- I cannot start Market, because when I try it I receive a warning message: "The linked program is no longer installed on your phone". This message appeared suddenly for one day to the another. The icon and its name were changed on the screen (com.android....). I didn't modify anything, and for some days I haven't been on the Market... The system is original android 2.2, and it's not modified (ROM,etc.).
My question: What can be the reason of this problem? And how can I reinstall this application or what should I do with it?

I have no idea what possibly could be the problem. My best guess is it has attempted to update itself and got corrupted in the process. You can try reinstalling it and hopefully it will work. Search for vending.apk in this forum.
