Have you flashed the hspl 2.08? If so you might want to try to flash a coustom windows mobile rom first.

Dude, please go and read some stickies as there is a abundance of info and simple guides on process.
Also please do not post in here, this is not for n00b help its the dev section. Use search/Q&A forum.

Read up about it, like I did, and many others before. All the answers to all of your questions have been asked and answered time and time again.
Two of your three posts have been asking for people to hold your hand and give you a step by step guide on ROM flashing, try using the search engine. Or better yet, go to the ROM forum and look at the stickys.
The link that Leechoonhwee posted will tell you exactly how to flash a ROM, which ROM you want to flash is up to you, flash as many as you like it takes less than 10 minutes from start to finish to flash a ROM on a HD2.
My advice is to look thoroughly and find a ROM you like the look of, EnergyROM & Artemis are some of the most popular ROMs, start by looking there.

Most roms that you choose to install if you scroll down on second or third post you will see cwm or clk installation instructions...

if you can't understand it, then it is still too early for you to port android
just use some toolkit

You need to go read the guides, If you cant follow them you should sell your HD2 and get a native Android phone.
u must understand before proceed porting otherwise it will break
to understand is by to reading it, so please READ

so i got an HD2 device i'v just recived.
its currently working with the windows rom i belive,
i really dont like this rom, it does not support my home langugage (hebrew),and it is quit complicated.
as it seems i am new to the HTC devices and i am here to ask for help as an HTC noob,
i want to change my rom to an android rom wich will support all the things i need like music,apps (whatsapp,facebook,games and any kind of application that a smartphone should be able to run), camera, videos and more,
i found lots of roms here and guids, but as an noob those guides are really not understandable and really make my head hurt, lol.
could some one explain to me step by step how to make my lame windows phone to an modern awesome android phone?

Please read the guide in my sig that says 'a guide to all of the terms for the HD2', it has everything you need to know about this sort of stuff. After that either use mengfei's guide or the second guide in my sig which explains the flashing process.
