[Q] difference between the lg g2 Korean version vs the international one

Apart from the removable battery and SD card slot, what are the other differences between the 2? Will custom ROMs work on both models? Is one more 'hackable' than the other?
Does the Korean version have official kitkat update?

Limitations having the G900T model?

I have the G900T model.
It is missing the 900Mhz freq. for UMTS which is a bit of a problem in my country.
Other than that, I see many roms are dedicated for only part of the models, what is the reason for the difference? modem?
kernel is different too?

I guess the hole thing is different. Bootloader, modem, baseband...

It says that it is compatible with SM-G950F but I have SM-G90FD. Does it really make a difference? I'm not even sure what the difference between both versions are, probably the dual-sim capability? Not too sure.

Can anyone post radio or kernel from ZE552KL USA/Brazil version?

I am using ZE520KL Taiwan version. However, my it cannot support my Canadian carrier (Koodo) LTE network. Knowing the two model pretty much have the same spec (excepting screen size and ram), I am guessing if I can manage to flash the kernel from USA/Brazil/Canada ZE520KL, then the LTE maybe work somehow?
Suggestion？ Help？

That'll just brick the phone, I'd think. That's what happened when I tried flashing the Canadian modem on my Canadian ZE552KL after flashing the WW ROM from ASUS' website.

It won't work even it was possible to make it boot with this kernel.

Custom ROM for Snapdraon model

I have a Canadian model SM-G950W which is a Snapdragon one.I have noticed there is a root available although not straightforward.
Even if i successfully root my phone,i am not sure if there are any custom roms that i can flash.
Can anyone advise if there are any roms available i can flash ?

No there aren't any roms because your variant has a locked bootloader.

There will never be a custom Rom for the snapdragon phones. At least not the north American phones anyway.

There will only be custom systems, which debloated systems. Nothing else, we can't get a new kernel, just new system.
