I have a big problem with my HD2. I tried to install the NAND Android system but following problem occured.
I updated the ROM with the MAGLDR111 and on the PC it showed me the message, that everything´s ok.
But when the phone reboots it always show a white screen with the green HTC logo. Even when I hold the "end call" button, it will always shows the same.
When I try to update the ROM again, the phone won´t by found.
PLEASE help me out of this mess!!!!!

be sure to hold the power/red button all the time. press and hold to start the phone and do not release it until you see the menu.
You do have HSPL 2.08.hspl on there, right??
best way to check is to go into bootloader mode
(take out battery, wait 10 sec. put it back in. HOLD volume down and briefly press the power/red button.)
the spl version is shown on the third or fourth line of text you see on the tricolour screen

After freezing my device I tried to open but not opened then I tried to make soft reset again it didnt open then I tried hard reset but the normal menu didnt come instead the menu which is attached appear and telling something serial but not doing hard set now I dont know what I must do Please help

Thats your bootloader.....
to do a hard reset its...
hold down volume up and volume down
tap and release power
keep holding both volume buttons down....
I think whats happening is that your only holding the volume down.
Try taking your battery cover off to get a better press and making sure that up and down are held, then tap the power button.........

Thanks for explanation but it is stilll not working and in addition today for solving this problem I tried to reinstall rom using cd card this case it is waiting at the (loading ) stage I dont know how can I solve this problem

What rom did you try to flash via sd card?
What rom were you using before it crashed?
Is it a tmous hd2 (green and red buttons?) or a "normal one"?
What happened to make it freeze crash?
Can you still get to bootloader? (the screen you posted above)
If you can then go to that screen and connect your phone via usb......
wait a few mins and let us know if the word "serial" at the bottom of the screen changes to "usb"........
If it does you should be able to flash a rom via your computer......

nothing only I have re install sprite and rim backups (whic I had before) it started normally and while working freezed I closed and not opened it is staying and wait at (HTC guietly brillant ) stage

Unfortunatelly I can not I tried everything flashing rom, radio ,and task 29 in every case it not started wait as seen picture (only hspl worked)

try uninstalling actvesync from your pc...... then reinstalling it
would you be able to try and flash on someone elses pc?

My friend, if the phone starts at all you definitely should be able to do HARD RESET.
You are probably not doing well the hard reset. You cannot destroy bootloader with backup programs.
You should :
-hold pressed volume up and volume down buttons
-tap and release power button
-keep holding both volume buttons down for several more seconds until three color screen appears and shortly after that a message will appear on lite blue screen. Then release both volume buttons. Then press volume up button, usually it is necessary to press it once again. System restoring bar will begin to raise up to 100%. After that pres again volume up and system will restart.
By the way your initial rom is 1.66 but on the pictures is 1.48. So you did pictures after you flashed it. Also noted that you have flashed HSPL.
Suggest to download your initial original rom and install it from the memory card. Not sure but may be downgrade of the rom is not possible from 1.66 to 1.44.

I can get the bootloader but it keeps showing "serial" even after connecting it to to the computer.
the "usb" does not come and i cannot update the rom
currently i'm using hyperdroid GBX v11 which is working fine (just one problem that it shows blank screen after a call ends and no display till another call comes) please help

Hmmm......
Try, using another USB port or computer.
Reinstall activesync.
Have you tried flashing from SD card?

i have the same problem, and my information on the screen is
PB81120 SSB3
SPL-2.08.0000 8G XE
MicroP(LED) 0x05
MicroP(TOUCH) 0x50
any help? im hard rebooting cause idk the pasword and i cant get on the phone:crying::crying::crying:

If you are 100% sure your stock rom is correct. rename the .nbh file to LEOIMG.NBH, put it on the root of your SD card, and boot into bootloader, it will flash.
IF YOU ARE UNSURE IF YOUR STOCK IS CORRECT POST HERE FIRST OR YOU MAY BRICK YOUR PHONE,
better to look noob than to brick, there are too many versions of this phone to mess around here.

Did you flash stock via SD?
yes i flashed via sd card its a nand rom TBD_Sensation_XL_Gen3_stock_V3.7
I was wondering if anyone out there can help me.
Im currently using Magloader Version 1.11 by cotulla 2010 and i would like to upgrade to MAGloader Version 1.12 so that i will be able to run Windows Phone 7, though i can't do this because in order to upgrade Magloader i have to be connected to Windows Mobile Device Center and i cant connect to it since im running NAND Android not windows mobile.

You install MAGDLR 1.12 the same way as you installed MAGDLR 1.1.

Hopefully a slightly more helpful response...
To place the HD2 into Bootloader mode, remove the HD2's back cover hold down the volume down key, now press in the red reset button under the back cover to the bottom left of the SIM, release the soft reset button but continue to hold the volume down key in until you are presented with the tri colour bootloader screen. To exit Soft Reset the device.

Hi, I am hoping someone can help me. I am having trouble booting back into windows mobile 7 after switching my phone off for the first time since install.
Having never done anything like this before I followed the instructions closely making sure I had the correct spl, hspl2, the correct magldr, radio etc.
7 was working perfectly. My problems only started when I realised I forgot to put my sd card in before install, following instructions I found on another thread it was suggested that I remove the battery insert sd card and turn phone back on etc. However I can’t turn the phone back on, the only thing I can do is hold down the volume key and the red button to get the red/green/blue/white – screen.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this problem? Have I bricked my phone?

Can you boot into MAGLDR and reflash? Hold down the power button from off and select option 5.
No. I can't get the MAGLDR screen to load, the only thing that happens when i hold the power button is a small vibration but nothing loads.

Probably you need to reflash magldr....And the rom....start over from the begining

Hmmm, i would start right from the beggining again.
Re-flash MAGLDR by holding down the volume button whilst pressing on.
Then, re-flash WP7.
Alternatively use the MAGLDR youve got, and hold down the on off button and go to flash on the menu (cant remember exactly what it says on menu
If I were you I'd do the following. Might seem a lot like overkill, but should work 100%.
1 - Go into bootloader (press and hold vol down button then power on as normal)
2 - Flash any WM6.5 ROM
3 - Charge the battery to 100%
4 - Perform a Task 29
5 - Flash a 2.xx.50.x radio
6 - Flash Magldr
7 - using vol down button select option 5 from magldr menu
8 - when phone says USB flash WM7 (suggest YukiXDA for the mo until a ripe MANGO released)

i installed everything but when i was installing the WP7 rom it got some error and now i start the device says go go go in magldr mode and then shows a black white picture with mobile and a lap top and stays like that 5 mins and then restarts... what should i do? It drives me crazy...

EDIT:: I got it resolved, I could not figure out the way I need to press both the vol+ & vol- button at once during the 1234 GoGo screen... It worked
what do you want? cant understand you... You want to clear data or hard reset windows 7 phone... You need MAGLDR just when you flash the windows 7 phone rom...

Pardon for not being clear to you...
I got it resolved though, I could not figure out the way I need to press both the vol+ & vol- button together during the 1234 GoGo screen... (earlier i was pressing either vol + or vol- but the requirement is both vol+ and vol-)

I was actually trying to put ICS on my device from GingerBread Nand.I connect device with USB and I was trying to Wipe using HD2 Nand Toolkit.As device reached 100%, it suppose to restart but in my case it hanged at 100% for 30 mins .Then I restart by removing the battery.Now when 3 color screen shows, it shows serial at the bottom but it change to usb when I connect to pc .The problem is now when I try to re-partition ,it says device is not connected.
So I thought I may be able to install windows by downloading actual rom from T-Mobile and place the file to sd card by renaming it to LEOIMG.nbh.I did it using a class 2 16Gb card.As I press both volume down key and power button, it goes right to the rainbow screen.Please help me!
