Hi guys, i've been looking for app that could change the incomming and outgoing screen to some animation or video.... Any ideas? I used to download some apps on my previous omnia where this caveman come running around when there is a call or when i'm making one... but i guess android is different plus i forgotten the website....
Can anyone recommend me what app have this function?

- Voice scrambler or voice changer when phoning somebody
- local voicemail ; instead of recording voicemail on the server of your provider, wich when you call, costs you mony. Have an app wich awnsers records voicemail messages for you.

What I miss the most in Android is a lock screen like S2U2 for windows mobile. If someone could copy it for android it would be awesome. I know for sure I'm not alone in this one...

are you using the default sms app? I had this when i got my first android phone. Way round it was to disable the notification within the default app & then go into prefs of the new sms app.
Hope this helps.... if you already know this then i'm out of ideas :S

This. You have to disable the first app or you'll get either two notifications or just the standard SMS one.

Hey everyone, anyone know if there is an app that wakes the screen on incoming text? I'm always on silent mode at work and need a way to know when I get a text.
I looked and couldn't find anything that looked like it.
I'm using paranoidandroid 1.9.7 rom if that makes a difference.
Any suggestions?

I believe go sms has that option your looking for
Also, MIUI defaults this way. You may not want to change ROMs, but I thought I'd throw it out there.
I will check out go sms. I had handcent before which did it too but there are too many features built into it that I don't want, but I like the native app because it's simple and looks nice.

I prefer to use the native app on my phone, and I often have my phone on silent as well, so I use Tasker + the Secure Settings plugin to wake my device when I receive an SMS.

I am using JB 4.2.2 stock Unrooted.
When I receive a call, photo of the contact comes in the Half screen only. Is there any way to make it full? I dont want to root my phone and don't want to use 3rd party crap Full Screen Caller like app.
Is there any mods available?

I've been using Facebook Sync Hack since like ICS, let's you choose size of contact pic and resolution works awesome, some names don't sync automatically depending how you have them in your contacts vs what their FB name is though, but you manually link them once and its done forever.

Does anyone know what controls call logging and where it is?
All of a sudden it won't log anything!
If I miss one call I'm fine as it displays on the lock screen ... but 2 or more and I have no clue who called

Ok stand alone dialer apps like go dialer or rocket dial won't show call logs either .....
Never seen this before on any phone .... tried a restore and its the same problem
Making me more mad that I can't find the problem more than the actual problem
