Hi,
I have this problem and other users have this problem too. I have Vodafone NL and for some reason I don't have internet on some Android builds. In nearly all MDJ builds it works without a problem, but in the more unknown builds and the new RAM builds it just doesn't work. I usually see the problem too when i update a kernel of a build.
I'm currently using the Revolation 1.2 build, and it doesn't have any problems. But when i try the CMYLXGOs.BlueTopia.HD-Beta3 or one of the RAM builds(want it!), it just doesn't work.
Please help me...

APN settings get changed with every build. Check/search for Vodafone APN settings and adjust as needed.

What is the solution to get the "T-Mobile My Account" app to work in any Android build for HD2? I tried to find a solution for it and I just found MarketEnabler method that it didn't work for me. Is it depends on Android build or we can setup on any build? I've tried several ROMs like FroyoStone Sense, FRG83 MCCM SE, mattc Leo, Mdeejay builds and phireMOD. I know T-Mobile My Account has been working on BlueTopia ROM but I do prefer to use in other builds as well.

BUMP. I would like to know too if that can be ported in other builds.
I would have thought it would only work on specific TMOUS listed builds, as the other ones are multiregion.
Does anyone know why MMS isn't working on my HD2 with MDJ Froyo HD Version 4.2.
The Radio Version is 2.14 and the original HTC ROM is the last 3.14.
Thank you

Use a root explorer and add you apn setting in 'systeme/build.prop' to enable data then reboot completely (winmo+android) and you should be ok
did u install the mms patch?
there is one and its the solution
nope MMS patch is only for tmous i think for blurry picture.
I am on bougues in france.
Please can you post, what kind of settings i have to add.
If i go to the settings in the main menu, there is a setting for T-Mobile MMS, and the settings are correct. But MMS isn't working already.
I'm having same problem. Tried various wm roms with various android builds and can't up or download mms. I have HD2 Leo and only finding fix for tmous. Have you had any joy finding a fix?

I beg to differ. The only part on that fix for tmous is the last 5 lines (which should be changed depending on what country or carrier you have, I even use open dns on mine) in build.prop file but the rest should work for everyone, i.e. mm_property.conf and etc.
I have darkstone SuperRAM FroYo v1 on my HD2 and it runs great with the exception of one problem. My data connection doesn't work most of the time. I usually have "H" with the up and down arrow both gray. Even if I have 5 bars of service, my data almost never works. When I'm running WinMo 6.5 however, my data connection works perfectly.
I've tried to find threads related to my problem, but I just can't seem to find an answer.
I appreciate any help from you guys!
Is it the Nand rom? I think Darkstone mentioned that it is experimental not for daily use.
just change your rom to stable one.
Well this has happened in all versions of Android that I've tried. Do you think upgrading the radio would help?
Here are some questions back at you.
Did you set up the APN with the correct settings?
Did you mess with the Kernel?
can not install the Clockwork Mod Recovery On The HD2 when i restart on the MAGLDR only on 2.Boot AD NAND what do need help!!!!!!!!!!!
I have not, is there an instructional thread that can help me do this?
I'm not sure if you can help me Life1688, but I tried installing WP7 earlier today and made another thread about a major problem I have.
This is the thread to the other problem
I reason I'm asking you is because my knowledge of all this HD2 modifying isn't great.
Response
Try the 2.15.50.14 this rocks I get a steady 3g signal with the androi-ppc-shiftpda
nand build.
@Ionowner07470
Did changing radio help you? I have the exact same problem with the same ROM
(wich besides this works perfectly so I really dont want to change ROM)
would appriciate if you could tell me what changes you made and if they helped, thanks!
Hi guys,

May be due to not being sense...
Some of the kernals do not support this, I know for a fact that the CM7 builds by charan do support this encryption of wireless networks.
A lot of the kernals never supported this, the MDJ ones I know as I am using it and cannot get on the wireless where I am.
MDJ ROM... Computer says no!
I don't understand. Where do I get the MDJ gingerbread ROM? Is seen in the HD2 NAND BIBLE (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=929324) under MDJ's CyanogenMod 7 (m-deejay) (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=877777) but I can not enter as I posted to little on threads...
PS: Oh, and did you say this ROM works with WPA2-Enterprise PEAPv0/EAP-MSCHAPv2?
Solved
This problem was solved in v2.4.1
Changelog:
v2.4.1: Updated to tytung r6 kernel. This fixes IEEE 802.1x/EAP authentication support as well as native tethering.

You mentioned that you're using cLK bootloader. When installing the 2.3 ROM, are you sure you're flashing/selecting the correct connection method? To get data on cLK, you must be using PPP protocol.
If by cellular network, you mean no signal/coverage at all (e.g. you can't even make phone calls), then I'm not sure what the cause is. You may search the ROM's thread, you might be able to find something there.

Yes, I use PPP method in installing. But phone haven't IMEI with this rom. On rom with android 4.4 IMEI and network worked. Both rom NexusHD2. Thread of NexusHD2 version 2.3 at this time closed.
Problem solved. I installed other rom - TyphooN CyanogenMod 7 android 2.3 and all work normally.
