Can you get in to the bootloader?
If you do then you can put an original rom back. If you don't then send it to the service.
An unlocked device is out of warranty so be prepared to pay for the service.
Go to wiki of Artemis there you can find the method to get in to the bootloader.

Noobs beware!
As a number have been flashing their devices with various roms not from their own carrier or country or cooked roms and bricking their device - I put up this sticky. Your device must be cid unlocked first before you do this. This applies to the coming wm6 roms to - if the rom is not specific to your device - i.e. if you try to flash the upcoming htc 3300 wm6 rom on O2 orbit - you must cid unlock first - with imei check or you will end up with a BRICK!
This does not apply if you are only updating the os http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=299154 or radio.
cid = country id i.e. locked to that country/language/vendor
cid unlock for the artemis is here with USPL http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=311403 (thanks pof)

Bricked devices
If you have flashed your device and not cid unlocked it, your device maybe salvagable if you can get it into bootloader mode.
Hold down the voice speed dial button and soft reset - you should then enter bootloader mode 'multicolored' screen'
If you do, attach device to pc via usb cable (a small usb will appear bottom left of screen) and flash factory rom. (run rom executable or RUU updater from pc) You do not need to be activesynced to do this.

i had the same problem and took me 3 days to fix it. so maybe this will work for you too !
first take out the battery for 30 min then push the reset button and put the battery back and turn on the device. if this not working. try to start bootloader by pressing and holding the record button and on/off button and push the reset butoon in the same time but keep pressing the record button and on/off button till a colored screen shows up??? sometimes it doesn't appear at the first time so just keep trying .
if you have bootloader you can reflash a rom. but you need to format your memorystick first to fat on your pc then put the image rom (nbh file) and rename it to Arteimg.nbh !! i used OrbitO2UK image.

i tried once lokiwiz03a and it unlocked the simlock. very fine. i got a tmobile card and tried a A1 simcard. worked!
now, i got drei simcard. i swapped the cards, turned on my charmer but the display tells me "simcard missing".
ok so i try lokiwiz03a again. and i see now there is still Lock Status: 0100000000000000
all right, i tried the wizard service tool, read the cid info and get this output:

so i know its a g4 dev.
after searching the forum i could not figure out if i can or cant downgrad to a spl like this.
anyone got an idea how to unlock this device properly? or is my only change to go and pay some money to get it done?

ok i think i found the answer myself.
the charmer does not support umts and my new simcard is from a umts provider. therefore the card can probably not be read...

I have Cingular 8525, today suddenly when soft reset, show NO GSM. try to fix it by following the guide from wiki, after erase with mtty and flash with CID and Sim unlocking tool, 8525 now stuck in bootloader screen with 1.04 SPL olipro.
Anyone have any idea ? Please, appreciate any replies.

To try and recover - RE-INSTALL THE STOCK, CARRIER ROM. Then HARD SPL YOUR PHONE!!!!!
Your phone ISN'T supercid by default. Hard SPL is the best way of doing this. I can't guarantee you will fix this problem as there are a hell of a lot of others with this problem. Do a search with the words "SPL 2.03 brick flashing" and you'll see, might be able to help too.

See if they have a website. It may be WM05 though. Thats OK because you can then install Hard SPl and reflash afterwards. If you can't find........

Do you know your original rom and details? Does it sya RUU in the top right in bootloader mode, and also USB in bottom left?
(I think they are the positions, I may be wrong)
