I tried installed Super Clean and Black Hole, but when I reboot the phone after installing....it never goes past the Samsung screen.
Help?
Try getting back into recovery first. If you can flash your original rom.
If that doesnt work do an Odin restore.
Try a Different Rom....
I was able to restore it but now the haptic feedback doesn't work...
Any suggestions?
Stupidfast kernels don't have vibration. Install Jt's kernels or voodoo.
Rockin' DJ05, Minimal Icognito, with Voodoo5
How about asking you questions where you got what you are trying to flash.

Fascinate geniuses:
Ever since I uninstalled voodoo, I can't seem to successfully flash any roms using clockwork. I believe I have properly uninstalled it,but cant really be certain.
When I flash a rom, starting from stock, I clear all the memory and data using the options in clockwork, install zip from sdcard, and fix permissions. It says it successfully installed and I reboot.
I get the following:
1. Samsung screen
2. Galaxy s
3. verizon
4. Black screen with keys lit
I let it sit for 10-20 minutes and then pull the battery when nothing happens. The only thing that seems to work is nandroid restore, but cant flash new roms.
NOTE: i had successfully install jt's clean rom v2 and can flash non-voodoo kernals.
Any suggestion, fixes, etc would be greatly appreciated!

NVM....I think I figured out what I happened. I think I lost root when I uninstalled voodoo and didn't notice it.
So I broke my market like a week ago and can't fix it. The only thing I haven't tried is recovering to a few weeks ago BUT I am unsure if it's safe to do because I am currently running on DJ05 with Nemesis's test 6 sv1100 voodoo kernel.
If I revert back to a time (using the red recovery screen) with dl01 and NO lagfix installed (without a broken market too) will I be okay? If it's okay to do, will DJ05 still end up being installed?
I am fairly new to this but I always try to figure things out myself before asking. However, I was unable to find difinitive answers and I am just unsure.
Any clear help in layman's terms would be greatly appreciated!!

If you are flashing a non voodoo kernel over a voodoo one you must first disable voodoo. Do this by creating a folder or file named disable_lagfix and putting it in the voodoo folder of your sd card.
Just to be safe, reboot fully before flashing anything. It should do the voodoo female robot voice. When you get back onto your home screen run quadrant to ensure your scores are somewhere around 800. If they are still over 1000 voodoo didn't disable properly. If it's disabled you should be all clear to flash a non voodoo kernel. Just make sure if you have a dj05 modem and kernel the rom needs to be dj05 etc. good luck
Edit: just in case I didn't read your post correctly: if you are restoring an old backup of di01 you will also need to flash the stock di01 modem through odin and a di01 kernel through cwm. Hope this helps.

Right now im running DL09 with Voodoo. I'm on a stock theme. My question is, can i flash a theme right over it, or do i have to disable voodoo, flash the theme, then re-enable voodoo?
Just flash a theme right over, no disabling of Voodoo necessary. Just make sure you do it from the red CWM recovery, not green. Only the red one works properly with Voodoo enabled.

Since im on DL09, this one will work perfectly then?
Just flash it in Red recovery?
(sorry, just being careful and trying to learn.)
Yep, that should work. Just fyi though, if you flash a theme that is for DJ05 instead of DL09, there's a theme fix you have to flash after the theme itself. That fixes it so that customizations to the power button menu will apply properly to DL09. Also, make sure you run a nandroid backup from red CWM first, so you can easily restore back if something does go haywire for some reason. Oh, and finally, first boot after applying a theme may take longer than normal, so be patient and wait a while before assuming it's frozen and doing a battery pull. Anyway, happy flashing, and enjoy your new theme!

After I odined back to stock like 2 times, I flashed bionix. At first I had to push the froyo jl5 kernel with voodoo because rom manager couldn't install cwm. The everytime I reboot my phone, settings reset. Why?
try the KA7 kernel w/Voodoo and see if you get the same result.. any reason you want to use the JL5 kernel that Supercurio stated causes some problems in the OP???
dont' use cwm just flash through recovery wipe completely first manually,

Sounds like you have some gremlins in your phone. I had a market issue that I tried everything on, and I mean everything. So, for kicks I installed the TW version of bionix and it fixed it right back up. Give it a shot. There's usually no clear answer for these things, but I always keep a version of rom manager and titanium backup on my external sd card for quick flashing. Shoot me a PM if your phone still gives you grief.
The What: phone wont boot past the boot animation
The How: I started from kaoscinate, did a Odin restore to dj05, flashed the dj05/dl09 cwm (for both cwm & root), downloaded the rom & addons & flashed it, received no errors during install but phone wouldnt boot, went back to cwm & installed dl30 rom & tried flashing blackhole 4.0.1 again and got the same results
Current Setup: Sammy fascinate running dj05 radio & dl30 rom as released by punk.kaos, I access cwm by holding down vol. buttons while turning phone on & applying update.zip
The Rub: normally I'm able to search for my answers or just plain "dumb luck" it, but to no avail, is there something I'm doing wrong or a step I'm missing somewhere, I really want to get this up & running, thank you in advance for your time & patience
ive had this problem one time on an old rom, can't remember what one though.... anyways maybe the zip file has a corrupted file in it. Try redownloading the blackhole zip or you could always try installing from rom manager since you have dl30 installed. I beleive that rom is on rom manager...
capital advice my dear zparlet, you are both a gentleman & a scholar.

Does Kaos use Voodoo? If so i didnt see you say anything about disabling Voodoo before installing Blackhole. Other than that...i have no idea : )
