[Q] DK28 to stock DI18 on a mac - Epic 4G General

Hello, I jumped the theoretical gun and installed DK28 thinking it was the official build and I'm now trying to get back to stock DI18 but am running into the issue that I absolutely do not have access to a windows machine or license to use ODIN. Does anyone know a way I can get back to stock on my Mac or should I just start asking strangers to use their machines? Thank you!

How to restore back to original Stock ROM for i9000M (Bell Vibrant)?

My i9000M was working fine on the stock 2.1 then I decided to upgrade it to 2.2, so I followed AllGamer's thread. It worked great, and I had Froyo, except it didn't handle 3G band well. So I decided to further patch it by following another thread that says it will fix this issue but I ended up bricking the phone, and Bell Vibrant cannot use the 3-key combo to enter the download mode. This happened when I downloaded one of the ROM images from samsungfirmware.com (or something like that).
I had to build the microUSB dongle to get myself back to the download mode, so now I am able to get back again. But while all of this was happening, Bell released the official Froyo ROM!
So now my question is, what is the easiest way for me to go from my corrupt stage to official Bell's Froyo ROM?
Appreciate some directions.
i think the best way is to use odin to flash back to I9000UGJK3
So is I9000UGJK3 the stock ROM that came with Bell Vibrant?
Thanks!

Going back to stock from Nero v4

I just had a quick question, I done a search and couldn't find the answer.
With the official 2.2 update coming soon, I was wanting to go back to a the stock rom once the 2.2 update hits, due to the fact that I need to warranty out the phone (really bad static connection problems).
My question is since I am currently running Nero v4.1 touchwiz, would I be able to simply update to the official 2.2 once the 2.2 update drops, without any problems? I'm still a little new to the flashing roms and such. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

[Q] need help updating to EB13. Currently running on DK28

iam new to android and i previously updated to froyo dk28. now i need help getting the newer update to eb13. can anyone help me pleaseee
Look at some of the threads in Development and you will find what you need very fast.
The gist I'm getting is the update.zip and the Samsung update .exe file both from the Samsung site can update stock Dk28 to EB13, but I'm not certain.

help me pleas

Hi, I need your help, I have a samsung vibrant and install CyanogenMod 7, but I regresaral state when it had 2.2 or eclair with froyo and then update it, but I did not endorsement of anything, wanted to know if you could help as I am new about that. I'm from panama hope you can help me ... thanks
I'm not 100% sure what you are trying to say, but I think you are trying to revert from CM7. You need to Odin back to JFD. Here is a link with everything you will need. It will take you back to Eclair 2.1.
Just install the drivers and download the Odin goodies then follow the steps.

Agreed ODIN is the way to go if you want to revert back. Good luck!
sammy should just give an odin disk when a gs is purchased with a manual how to flash back to stock hahahah

It probably was a bad flash sounds like some of your system files did'nt compile correctly. Odin back to stockand reflash. I always have flash problems when going past 2.2.1 almost always have to odin back thats why I stick with Froyo a bit mre stable when hopping roms.
