htc magic startup problem after updating

hi, i have a htc magic/sapphire phone, after downloading and updating from sd card (update.zip) my phone cant turn on when i'm press the power on key. and i cant recognize it on my compuiter via usb, so my computer is't connet to my htc magic from usb.
all of i can know about short keys (home+end, back+end) not responding correctly
when i'm press trackball+end a have a BLUE LED(not green) on top of my phone
what can i do
please. tell me what can do for turning on my phone, thanks

Same problem me too... I tried splhard1_update_signed.zip
But when I restart... nothing!!! The magic doesn't start up... I have only a bad uggly black screen...
Tried : HOME+POWER, HOME+POWER+BACK; POWER+VOLDOWN
But nothing... ideas??

Maybe unmodified Magic cannot run updates? Have a look at the "Sapphire android development" forum for the "daldroid" custom rom or others

From reading the procedure of successfully flashing another ROM, it looks like you need a recovery image first.

Bricked Phone

So I didn't install Raphael_VZW_HSPL_035 properly and now my phone will not turn on... I am sure it's "bricked."
Is there anything I can do to recover the phone? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Pull battery, then reinstall. Hold down the volume Down button and the end button until it trys to turn on and it should go into bootloader. If it does you can flash from there.

What if that does nothing? It just does not power on...

My name is carlos and im new in the forum.
I have an HTC Imagio and the same problem. I tryied to update it but i fail because my phone wont turn on again. I dont know what can i do because I new in the htc world and I dont know how can I start.

Hello all good people. My screen suddenly stoped working.. hardware buttons works fine but thats not enough on this phone.
I still have guaranty fortunately But with hardspl, CWM and a android nandrom installed i dont dear to send it in.. is there a way to remove everything? I mean so it will pass the most strickted serviceguy..
Hope anybody can help me and yes.. i've searched a lot for this solution with no luck :/

Download the stock Windows Mobile ROM for your particular device (TMOUS, Telestra, etc.) and rename the ruu_signed.nbh to LEO_IMG.nbh and put it on an sd card of 4gb or less. Put the sd card in your HD2 and power it on while holding the volume down (vol -) button the entire time it's starting until you enter into bootloader (tri-color screen). The leo_img.nbh should be detected shortly and then you will be prompted to press a certain button to flash the new ROM. Once it's done, you will have stock WM 6.5 and the stock bootloader back on your phone, ready to ship off for repairs.
Just make sure and find the correct stock ROM for your device, or you will be sorry. If you flash a EU ROM to a TMOUS HD2 for example, it will brick the device. Look in the HD2 Windows Mobile 6.5 stickies and you will surely find a link to stock ROMs to download.

hey guys can u help me. ive got "error code 800705B4" (cant update). ive found solution on ms website, its a "windows phone support tool", i need just install this with their instructions, ok. its sayin that i have to press and hold camera button just after boot. camera button is a hard green button on my HD2 (ive got MAGDLR 1.13 and WP7 from DFT) and have to wait for "connect to PC" screen , but its not working. anyone know how to do it? thanks in advance

Your HD2 cannot be updated through Zune. You have to flash an already updated ROM.

htc p3600 broken rom need help

Hi guys,
some time ago i tried to upgrade my htc p3600 and as it was upgrading flash, it stoped.
from then, nothing is working in the phone.
i have made hard reset but it is not loading.(i guess there is no rom to load)
do you have any idea what i can do to restore my phone to work and install a better rom?(i have read about kitchens but i don't know what is it)
i have read many threads but i am confused about this.
could you give me a step by step guide what i can do?

it does not work for me. this program is for updating rom and it needs to have the phone conected to the pc with activesync.
my phone does not open at all, so i can't establish an activesync connection and run the update.
any ideas?

a light or lights on the charger
1. Press on/off button + camera button + reset (using the stylus)
2. You should now be in tricolor screen.
3. Connect the usb cable.
4. Make sure you have activesync runing.
5. Install the rom provided in the link.
