Hi to enter bootloader mode power phone off and then hold the up button on the dpad and then power button untill the bootloader menu appears.
Thank you I'm in the game again
all the instruction are same.
1. press and hold the power button + volume down button at the same time.
2. when see the lg logo release them.
3. then push them again and hold (or hold only volume down button)
4. then I will enter in the recovery mod on lg g 2
but unfortunately this instruction did not working for my lg g2!
how will i do now?
i have put wrong knock code and then i need to put the backup code but unfortunately i have forgotten the code. there is no internet connection on the phone so Google recovery doesn't working. what can i do now?
still i am not able to enter recovery mod, so i am not able to hard reset
The key combinations are different for every bootloader.
If you are rooted and you installed custom recovery menu then you have JB bootloader and the key combination specified by you should work.
But if you are on stock firmware (with stock recovery menu) then you have KK bootloader and the key combination is different:

Do the instructions you said, but don't release volume, just release power button at LG logo and then press it again right away.

Thx bro for answer !!!
When i try pressing just Volume + and Power
My phone restart and black screen and restart and black screen TT
Flash a stock ROM through Odin. That should get you back to a running state. From there you can customize as needed. None of the key combinations need the home button to work, so you shouldn't have issues. But, you should repair that home button anyway.
if you still have a recovery then you need to let go of the buttons as soon as you see blue text at the top of the screen. if you continue holding the buttons it will try to boot the rom...
With broken home you can not enter recovery mode or download mode. Recommend replace a new home button or sell it to buy a new phone.
I dont think you need the home button. Press and hold volume up. Then press power button and release it after a few sec but keep holding volume up.
Same method applies for download mode only then with volume down.
@DSA: Next thing you know, he will have a way to reset the Knox flag.
I tried to post this in the frenzied 6.0 thread, but I can't follow all the cross talk. If I have an unrooted, stock phone, can I flash the update .zip and upgrade? Can anyone point to the update.zip? I don't want to "sideload" or any of that, we're too close to the real release for me to jack with all that, just wanted to know if I could simply update from stock recovery and move on with life.
Thanks
I found the update zip... But I can't get commands to show in recovery... Do you know the button press to show the commands?

I dont know which method you used but you need to flash a custom kernel after the rom afair. Did you flash the one?
Press and hold volume down, home button and the power key until you get to the Download mode screen.
Press volume down to restart.
Immediately press and hold volume up, home button and power button.
You will see a message about "Installing system update..." which will then change to a Recovery Mode screen.
Use the volume keys to select the factory reset option.
Press power key to confirm that choice.
Once the wipe is complete, use the volume up/down keys to select "Reboot device now" and press the power key.
