Getting Update Error 262 Always (( Searched Everywhere But No Solution ))

PLZ help !!
I searched and I tried everything
disabling antivirus, and Windows Firewall , Restarting PC and PPC.
But still giving me the same error.
I update it to Diamond and it's now sticking on boot picture showing diamond with qoute under it " ITs Popa Black Diamond"
and when I press reset soft + Camera button + Power button then shows me Green and Red And Blue screen
I started the ROMUpdateUtility with Rom
after a while shows me this error
UPDATE ERROR 262

I didn't know he made Vogue ROMs......

I had a similar problem. I have wanted to update mine ROM. I have downloaded new ROM and Unlocker and used How To Unlock Your Phone And Flash A Custom Rom And Relock Your Vogue (Written by Detroit_Doug). There it is written that the first needed to start RomUpdateUtility.exe, I have made as have been written and then as I did not try I all time had an error 262. When I already used all variants and have helped nothing. Then I have found in a folder with taken Unlocker file Vogue_unlocker.bat. After its start I followed instructions on the screen and all has passed smoothly. Phone has been successfully unblocked and flashed.

P4350 stops on green windows mobile screen

Hi everybody,
I tried to free up 8MB out of 12MB of pagepool in my HTC P4350. after some months my device was hanged and I couldn't restore by hard reset. also when I tried to run the RUU via my computer by pressing camera while restarting, the boot and update process will stop on green windows mobile screen.
my ROM version is 4.17.0001
anybody can help?

are you hard spl? if you are then try flashing via the the sd card method.

I had upgraded my 4350 with HTC_P4350_WWE_4.17.405.2_4.1.13.44_02.94.90_Ship.exe by pressing camera on startup. it goes 100% complete, then restart and after white htc screen shows green win mobile, on this section the green signal LED works and the sound of keyboard open/close plays.
just let me know what is the problem and how can I use SD update methode.

I tried to update my Shadow by the new wm6.1 rom.. the first time it went to 100% and restart with an error 270 : the image is corrupt . After, when I boot loader, it go to 2% and restart every time ( many) :
I'm stucked at bootloader mode and tried many roms but no one sucsess ... all of them reach 2% and then stopped.
even I tried the original one (Shadow_Software_Update_1.11.531.5.exe) from t-mobile official site but also same result.
so can any one help me and give me any solution to try?

thanks a lot for attention to my problem and ur kind reply.
I already tried to do this but...
* How can I upload sspl/uspl to my phone from bootloader because it's the only mode I can work my phone?
* when I tried to do USPL + RUU it go to 100% and then the phone restart and the RUU program says corrupted image...
then the phone stays in it's state (only can go to bootloader mode).
can I use MTTY program to flash sspl/uspl and USPL and then the new rom? if yes .. how I can do it?
Or what may I do my friend..

if you can only get to the bootloader then try flashing to the t mobile rom, then start over

the screen is freeze with the Windows 6.5 Logo, and thats it!!!!
what can i do for do a hard reset?????? (i already do that thing, power it on, and then push the 2 soft buttons, and didn't work!),

Power off the phone
Press and hold the camera and voice keys
Insert the USB cable, Keep holding the camera and voice keys until you get the bootloader screen
Then flash an original ROM.

[Q] HTC HD2 Urgent Help. ROM deleted.

Hi All,
i was tring to install Android to my HTC HD2 Wm6.5 when it boot something happened it stop. Then it is not connect to computer and do not work Hard Reset ROM deleted Compleatly blank.
When i open device screen olnh HTC logo. No work.
How could i install any Rom?
Win65 or Android.
Please Help.

Can you get to the Bootloader....

Seems like this is cropping up on a daily basis lately.......
As mentioned by backlash, get to bootloader......
(turn on while holding vol down)
Check your HSPL is still installed.
Reflash a WM6.5 ROM..
Then follow this step by step guide.........

[Q] HD2 Lockup on install

Hi folks.
I've just tried to flash my HD2 to Gingerbread from WinMobile 6.5 using the following instructions:

The HSPL installation went fine, however, when used the ROMUpdateUtility.exe, I've been left with a phone that won't boot past the O2 Welcome screen?
Can someone please tell me what I'm doing/done wrong? I've now got a phone that's useless No amount of resetting, rebooting or hard resets will change it.

Further update
Where it tells me to boot the phone whilst holding the power key down, it doesn't appear to do anything. If I do a cold boot, the phone just will not boot (but then it didn't under Windows) and if I hold it down & do a soft reset, just still goes to the O2 Welcome screen. I can put it into the ROM update Utility again & attempt to reflash the ROM (which now shows no Version number) and I get the screen that tells me The ROM Update is complete, although it takes only about a minute, as opposed to the 10 it should take!
FYI, the Phone ROM Update Utility is version 3.27.4.3, if this helps?
