lost all data settings, - XPERIA X10 General

Hi all
I'm currently running 2.1 and everything is fine apart from the fact I get no data (internet) when I first turned on the phone I got a H symbol, after doing a back up and restore I've now lost all data,
I've reinstated data settings and restarted the device a few times with no Luck. Any ideas?

Had to manually re-enter the settings off the o2 website. The automatic ones refused to work. Just in case someone else has this issue and there on o2 just copy the settings and enter in manually from here

6955 GPRS problem, can't connect

I have an 6955 with Rogers and every time I try and connect through Edge or Gprs, it says "cannot connect for an unknown reason. etc."
It does wifi fine, gps, etc. I can send txt messages, call people. Everything is great, but GPRS never works. I even see the big "E" saying there's an Edge network.
All my settings are correct. I even went to Rogers and they went through my settings and they're stumped. I even hard reset the phone to see if this would fix it.
Just annoyed cause I got a data plan and I can't even use it.
Anyone see anything like this? Thanks.
try the phone data manager tool thats on the phone to automatically detect your settings, the quickstart cd also has an update tool to upload the settings applet if they have changed, I can't remember where this applet is on the phone since mine is currently out for repairs, but its a blue icon within settings
I tried that, I'm stumped. I even brought it into Rogers and got them to mess with the settings and they couldn't get it working.
The "E" for edge is on, but it can't connect.
Everything else works great, gps, calling, txt, etc.
Stumped

Problems with MMS and Wifi after Wing Randomly Reset

My Wing randomly reset yesterday, deleting all my contacts, texts, custom settings, etc.
After re-syncing it to my Outlook and personalizing my settings, i tried to set up emails. I usually connect to the internet using the wifi because i dont have a plan. I successfully connected to my network at my house however the phone doesnt recognize the internet.
I can't set up an email or use IE. Webpages pretend to load but it just stays at the tmobile default homepage.
I somehow managed to receive a picture text last night but since then I have not been able to send or receive any.
Before the random reset, if wifi was not on and i tried use IE, the edge would try to connect. This doesnt happen anymore.
In the Comm Manager I can not enable or disable the data connection. Tapping it is unresponsive
Ive been messing with all my Connection settings, but nothing seems to work, even when i soft reset in between changes.
Another problem i ran into was when i tried to follow steps to set up the MMS, under MMS options>Servers I had T-Mobile MMS there however under the "Connect via" drop down in the settings there is nothing selected and nothing to choose from.
Anyone know what i can do?

3G Data connection issue...

Hi There...
I've owned this phone for two days and i am having some issues with the use of my 3G data connection.
I can only get 3G connection when restarting the phone, when i get to an area where i lose the connection, it does not reconnect.
Not even areas where i never had problems with my HTC Hero having 3G connection (my apartment).
As soon as i restart the phone i reestablish connection to the 3G network and it works flawless, right until the connection is lost again.
I live in the central of Copenhagen where i always should be connected.
I've tried several APN managers to activate it, but without luck.
I've entered the testing area by pressing *#*#4636#*#* and taken some photos to give more info in the phone.
Hope someone can help me.
Just some basic questions:
Did you install any apps recently? Or made some changes in the settings?
If yes go to:
Applications > Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset

Hmm... it seems to work, thanks!.
The app i installed right before this occurred was "JuiceDefender", i'm just gonna avoid this app for now.
Thanks again!.

HELP! wifi broken???

So i bought a droid X off of craigslist, and everything works fine, i can turn on wifi, i can browse available networks. but once i try to connect to a network (open or private) the phone sits on obtaining ip address and the networks settings page crashes and then the system force closes, and the phone starts resetting. But if i whipe the phone and dont try connecting to any networks it seems to work 100% fine.
i havent tryed using verizons 3g (i just bought this phone to test apps) yet.
i did try clearing data and cache, i also tryed flashing a new sbf (2.3.340 Official SBF file), neither fixed this issue, anyone have any other suggestions for me to try?
It might have broken data. I would recommend trying 3G to see if any data works at all

Wifi

I have searched and searched. I can't find anything that can help me to find what is going on. I have a rooted/xposed moto x pure edition on Lollipop. My wifi won't work at my house. This is a problem only for the network at my house. I keep getting a "obtaining ip address" loop until it finally says "ip configuration failure"
Again this is only for my home network. It works everywhere else. I tried changing my ip to static (It then connects but doesn't have internet access), resetting all network settings, forgetting and reconnecting to the network.
I downloaded CatLog and have attached a screenshot of that.
I guess I could just wipe it and restore my apps from Titanium Backup but I'd like to avoid that if possible
If it only happens at your house, try playing with your router... factory default that first.
I did a factory reset on the router. All the other devices are still working normally except my phone. It seems to have come after my apps updated (I don't get OTA updates for my OS)

Go to Settings - Backup & Reset and select Network Settings reset and confirm, reboot, and try to add your home network again.
Be aware that ALL saved network settings and passwords will be lost performing this operation, but all other data will be intact.

Thank you acejavelin! That did the trick. I was looking for that network reset. Worked like a charm.
