Looking for someone to JTAG a Roger Dream too, i have one rooted with 2.2 and want to give the other locked one to someone, but not with the shameful 1.5 version

You could always read the jtag thread.... everything you need is there.

I am pretty sure even if Geohot does enter the Android Scene (Which seems extremely unlikely IMO, else he would have already), he wont concentrate his efforts on a low end model like the Wildfire.
As has been the case so far, he has always set his sights for the 'top'

It was worth it for me. Really happy with it, I will NEVER go down from HDPI.

HTC Sense 3.5 on tattoo...finally!

What happens if i flash this file on my HTC TATTOO?? basically this one is for HTC HERO... Else can anyone please develop the same for our TATTOO??

The screen resolution on the hero is bigger than the Tattoo's.. So it would have to be rescaled.. Other than that i really doubt you would be able to get it to run smoothly..

Hello, I am new to this forum..
I own a HTC Desire Z with Android version 2.3.3 and HTC Sense Version 2.1
So i have seen a couple videos of Sense 3.0 and now i wanna have it.
Can someone please help with.
I have searched how to do it.
But i dont understand it.
Can someone please help me with it.

just flash custom roms...
first you must downgrade to froyo 2.2
then root the device
and finally flash a rom with sense 3.0 (or 3.5 if you want)

then root. search in the wiki
also there you can find directions to flash roms

It's very easy. just be sure to read through the whole downgrade/rooting process before you start doing it and always check you commands in adb twice before hitting [Enter]. When you follow the guide, posted above, most likely nothing will happen and you have a phone with Sense 3.0/3.5

The official sense 3.0 will be released in few weeks or months anyway, right?

still remains to be seen IF sense 3 will make an appearance, thats the desire hd in the uk just got it so,.... I would personally recommend rooting your phone, the wiki may seem complicated at first but plenty help to be found in the forums, remember you are not the first so have a read through the htc vision wiki
