hii
I have htc tytn herm300, with schap's wm6 ver.3.30c on it.So the problem is my screen. When i turn on the phone it's work fine for 1hr, and than my touch is not responding, all other keys work fine.I try with align screen and it start to work, and after few minutes same problem.I try to change rom ver. but the problem is still present, soft and hard reset too didn't give any resolt.I think that the screen is not a problem because i use this screen on my old herm300, but motherboard get bricked so i chang. it with one i use now.
i don't know what to do, so i ask all of you, the reall experts to help me.

I recently got Imate Jam/Magician but after 4/5 days its screen alignment got out, after soft restart when it came to screen alignment it doesnt let me move on next step, it still ask me to align the screen again and again
plz help me, any one know whats the problem

Try doing a hard reset and see if you can align the screen. Then do a soft reset and see if the alignment problem has gone away..thy the soft reset again just to make sure.
If that fixes the problem then it 's likely something got corrupted or some software caused the problem.
If the problem is not fixed, ou need to get it serviced

I had that problem with my Jam until I upgraded the ROM to 1.12. Before the upgrade, I was able to fix the problem by doing a soft reset when it got stuck in the loop.
Hello. my htc HD is with custom rom ( laurentius 26 ) . yesterday suddenly my touch screen stop responding. The lcd screen looks as new , just no touch response. I tried to hard reset it but when the hard reset start I can't tap the screen to continue the set up. only the volume and start buttons working. Any Advice, please..
any drops or trauma happened??
No my friend, the phone was in my pocket I didn't use it for an hour and when I take it was like that. I don't know as the touch screen don't respond if I can flash back stock rom on it , and after that to call htc europe? Thank you to trying to help me
I has this issue once with a beta rom of dutty, the way I fixed it, was flashing a new rom with micro sd.

I own an HTC Touch 3G.The Touch Screen suddenly stoped working.I tried Hard Reset,then it went into the Known loop of Align Screen.I somehow managed by skipping the Align Screen using the Remote Screen Alignment Tool.
But to make my Touch Screen to work, I need the Calibration Data File which by using Remote Screen Alignment Tool i can put the alignment for my Phone (Hopefully,Not Sure)
Any Tips & Suggestions are always welcome !!!

i cannot enter to my phone because i cannot enter my password!
i have tried many times to calibrate the screen but every time the problem remains!please help i have the phone 2 days!

It will make my Touch screen to work...

I got problems with the touch screen also, when i press something on the screen it highlights above or below my selection, writing SMS was nightmare.So i went to htc service and they replace the "touch digitizer" and now my problems are history, everything works like charm.I think you should try that.

First soft reset, than try hard reset.....and if both not work than bring it to service....
Hello everyone..i have a strange problem with my HTC blackstone phone and i need your lights plz..my phone after a restart(i had restart it with a application) opend normal but i couldnt see anything on its screen..it seems to work normal but the screen was dead..i try some reset ...take out the battery..charge it again...made hard reset sometimes but nothing happened..after 2 days i try a hard reset again and suddenly the phone started normal..finnally it opened..till it come the time to make a restart again..i run that restart application again and the results was the same as before i have a living dead HTC and dont know what to do..please help me..thanx in advance and sorry for my bad english..

Energy rom and after an error in the screen (firmware error) only appears black.
since saturday only black but the phone works.
i puted the original rom but the problem don't desappear
You need to change motherboard on phone!!!
can you explain what's happen with the phone and why this happen?
