Copy your data image and then replace the files in the Android folder again and then copy your data image into the folder, let me know what happens

File explore crash

File explore dies whenever i try to delete a file, it does delete it (or the first one if im deleting many) but then it freezes, i get the spinning circle thing and thats it.. even if i leave it for aages. Ive tried ending it in task manager but it refuses to shutdown.. only way to fix it is to soft reset.. so when ive got a few files to remove its very irritating  anybody got any ideas how to fix it?
Running the latest o2 rom
try installing resco file explorer. Its much better.

I do know what is your problem. You have an SD card inserted! When softresetting WITH SD Card, the problem is as you described, but WITHOUT, you have no problems and it works smooth!
Don't know the exact fix for the SD Card, but what I described works and just helps you!
Yep thats fixed it.. thanks
I thought even basic testing would have shown up this bug..boo @ m$

Sprint TV -- Does Anyone know what's going on ???

Okay I installed the first .cab file and it worked fine up until last week. It said Thank you for beta testing, we are now releasing the final version.
Okay today it prompted me to Upgrade to the final version and gave me a new .cab. But now when I run it I get this message:
"The file 'Sprint TV' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. If the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file."
Does anyone know what's going on? Does anyone have the .cab file that will work?
Please Advise.
Thanks!
will this work on the 8125

1005 works for me. I got the same error when I tried to install it onto the storage card. Make sure you are installing it onto the device.
will sprint try to get money for this
Okay I installed it on the phone and yes it does work, but after a few mins I get a message saying Invalid User and it closes.
Oh well. Took it off the phone. Maybe next time.
SPRINT TV works with vouge version (cache attached)
You need the cache files to make it work. They contain all the channels and links to the icons, blah blah. Attached.
I know all the solutions. I did them all. It doesnt hurt anything to use this procedure. IT WORKS.
Do this:
Install the Sprint Tv Vouge version. SOFT RESET.
Once restarted-Go to start>settings>phone>options>"services" tab>Internet-->then press get settings. Run the IOTA
Open file explorer then extract the entire folder named "cache" (found inside the attached .zip file) to both:
\windows
and
\program files\sprint tv
Soft reset. If you get the error message. close it and restart. It usually only happens once if at all. DONE. Enjoy.
(for reference: the folder has 200+ files)
Thanks for all your effort. Did exactly what you said. It seemed like it was going to work but then comes up Unauthorized User message again. somehow it knows on T-Mobile network.
No, I'm getting the same unauthorized user error on my Sprint Mogul after it had been working great for a month or so. Maybe Sprint got wise to us and somehow turned it off.

Yeah it doesn't work anymore. They figured out a way to stop it.
I seemed to have installed the program correctly, but no channels show up in the guide. Any use of the d-pad on the 6800 kicks it to the home screen.
Guessing that it is blocked out now?
Sprint in deleting the cache folder
I extracted the cache folder to the sprint tv folder and every time I run sprint tv it kicks me out and replaces it with the old cache folder.
It doesnt work anymore they found out somehow that we got the .cab so yeah it hasnt been working for a month or two now.
Could I copy the program files from a 6900 and then put them over into the 6800. I'm not concerned about the free part as I'm on an employee plan and already don't pay for the services. I just want the ABILITY to watch TV and would like to do radio. I like doing stuff and being able to show it to customers. I just gave my girlfriend the TOUCH (the phone, people, the phone) and she can do SprintTV. Since they both have basically the same programming, I was hoping that transferring the files would work.

Services.exe Error on Device Restart

Hi,
On 1st Jan i had to do a hard-reset of the device. Since then, regardless of the applications i've installed... my Xperia has been working with remarkable performance! But Alas! today after i was testing out new software, i ran into a new problem.
Though the performance of the device hasn't lagged, but whenever i do a soft reset, i get an error saying 'a problem has occurred with services.exe'.
Any ideas? It seems to me that it is starting something that doesn't exist anymore? Is there a startup manager app that i could use or something like that?
Best Regards.
Salman Khalid.
Oh never mind... i found that SKTools has a startup app manager, but that didn't help. I also checked missing links in registry and stuff, but still no luck... so i ended up hard resetting the phone. (true that the error came only once when you soft-reset the phone and that the phone's performance was not at all degraded, but it was annoying me crazy! )
What is the piece of software you have intalled that prior to the error ?
I think Services.exe is a system file, if that is missing or damaged you may have to do another hard reset, aslong as youve saved everything to your Pc or memory card, its ok.
One thing you have to watch with a hard reset is the system files left on the memory card from your prev install, using file explorer, click menu, show all files, and look for any folder on the memory card called things like cache, programs, MSMETADATA, WMDRM, etc, basicall anything you have not specifically copied there manually.
If you dont delete these files windows will boot up and get confused and try to follow settings you had for your last install.

I installed over 10 different apps in under 10 minutes and it coule have been any one of them. Services.exe was neither corrupted nor missing, as that would have resulted in continuous errors, but like i said; the error came up only once once i rebooted.
Anyhow... i've already hard-reset the device after being unable to figure out what caused the error. As for the MicroSD card... i did a full format of the card as i can easily copy all the stuff back in from my laptop again as needed...
Thanks!

Welcome to the forums!
The most logical thing I would do is to delete all of the Android files you have (including HaRET), soft-reset, then put back all of those files on your SD-card.
Or, if you have Total Commander, try launching HaRET with that. I remember when I used to use Android on my TP2, I sometimes had to go through Total Commander to launch HaRET.
Alright thanks! Sumflipnol! =D i'll try that and also thanks! this forums is amazing ive always been looking through and i decided to join!
