How to open the Programs folder like Windows Mobile does

I would like to create a couple of Ultimate Launch icons that will open the Programs and Settings folders, just like Windows Mobile does when you click on the items in the Start Menu. I'm assuming that it's just opening file explorer with a command line switch or something, but I can't figure it out. Basically I'm just looking to open the folder contents in the large icon view.
Anyone have a quick and dirty solution for these two folder options?
Heres 2 small apps that will open the program folder and settings folder.
http://rapidshare.com/files/164055791/Programs_Settings_Apps.rar.html
And what can I do if I want to open "games folder" or any other folder I have under "Programs folder"?
Does someone knows of any way to open that folders?
Is there a program to easily change path in the apps you allready upoad and make it to work in windows mobile?
Thanks in advance

In GSFinder, just press and hold your stylus on the folder you want a shortcut of, when the dialogue pops up choose 'Copy', then press and hold your stylus in an empty folder (like 'temp'), and when the dialogue pops up choose 'Create Shortcut'. I used this to create shortcuts to 'Root' and 'Games' in my start menu.

and STOP answering people who post their questions here. this causes people to keep doing what they do.
please just tell them where to post..
Could I request a mod to move this to the Q&A forum where this might actually get answered?
send Tweakman and private message.
Hi,
You can use folderview.exe
But you can also create a little script with MORTSCRIPT
*Sendspecial ("Win")
*Sleep 100
*Sendspecial ("up")
*Sendspecial ("up")
*Sleep 100
*Sendspecial ("cr")

Hello I just bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 GI9505 used locked to EE.
I wanted to unlock it and found on ebay unlocking for £5...
from
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271624591845
So I thought I'd try that.
Then it required the phone to be rooted so I rooted it with towelroot and everything was fine...
Then I selected gi9505 to unlock my phone it came up with a error...

Now when I put a sim card in I get a white no entry signal icon instead of the option to put the sim card unlock code in box?
Please can someone help

Exactly My PM! @AntaresOne
His baseband is I9505XXUFNC4
Sent from my GT-I9500 using XDA Free mobile app
@DeepankarS
As I wrote in PM:
Sounds like a bad efs, a backup should ALWAYS be made before touching the simlock things.
In S4 EFS contains IMEI, simlock infos, some radio calibration data, gyroscope sensor calibration data, bluetooth & wifi MAC addresses, some carrier things, DRM stuff and some other things..
