Hi , maybe this is not the first time that some one have the same problem but i have try alot to found a solution and i didnt found
i have a HTC p6500 and it was working perfect untill i download a rom from this forum and i install it in the htc , after that when the device restart i get the boot load screen with 4 colors and in it its writen

and im stuck in that bootloader , each time i start the device i only get that 4 colors
when i try to connect the drvice to the computer the word serial at the butt of the device change to USB , so i downloaded another room and i try to install it but when it reach to 1% it say **error 294 invalid vender id** and the device restart and go bac to bootloader mood
so any one could help me plz cus i dont know wat to do

i installed that new Rom for my htc p3600, and it worked fine.. some minutes after that the screen went black.. i made a softrestart from that small button with the styles.. the trinity started, but stopped on the screen with : smart mobility... that black screen after the moving HTC logo... and nothing happend...
it is just stuck there..
after many restarts i thought i would re install the rom, but the pc can't see the device any more... the redlighted led is on when i plug the device to the pc, but still nothing happening..
the device is just stuck... doesn't go in to the system,, doesn't accept new instalation from the pc...
and all my work is stopped...
i have backup for my data, but i need to use my device.. please please.. help help help.. very fast..........

Boot loader
i think may be it will help you if you get in BootLoader Mode ( by pressing the Camera Button and the Off Button )
then during the device in the boot loader mode try to connect it to your PC and try to flash another rom

What's your bootloader details?
I up my shadow to 6.1 . The first time it went to 100% and restart with an error 270 : the image is corrupt . After, when I boot loader, it go to 2% and restart every time ( many)
When it restart, I can't enter the homescreen, it came to the green screen and hang.
Help me please. (

I have the same problem:
I'm stucked at bootloader mode and tried many roms but no one sucsess ... all of them reach 2% and then stopped.
even I tried the original one (Shadow_Software_Update_1.11.531.5.exe) from t-mobile official site but also same result.
so can any one help me and give me any solution to try?
have you guys both ran the CID unlocker?
dear t mobile shadow rom developpers,I've the same problems as the other,and I think that the phone should be cid unlocked via bootloader,as in my case,I've recently flashed my shadow with wm6.0 but their was an electricity faillure,and now it just hang on the splash screen,and when I use mtty and set 32,I saw that my device is cid locked but mine has no os for now,and I can do hard reset,enter bootloader,but I'm not able to flash any over os,as well as the original t mobile rom,so please,help us to revive our loved phone,please,I love this phone so much but I have not enough money to buy a new one

I have the msn account:[email protected] .Once again,just to make the resume of the whole story if I remember well:The trinity was with the initial sfr 300+ software(wm5);I installed the oli1.20 flashed it with some other ROM software,did not like it and returned to the original one.Then I tried to flash it with the ROM software where all went wrong...After 1 % the screen went blank and all I can do with the device is to put it into the boot-loader mode where it says:

TRIN100
SPL-1.07.0000
When I extracted the file,I discovered that it has 2 nbh-files.I think that is the reason of my defete.Afterwords I have tried all sorts of the first aid solutions : splxploit-windows cannot connect to the device;it says that there is no WCEUS-file and therefore it cannot continue.I have tried to re-flash it through the sd-card:I re-formatted the card on fat32,without any name,put the original ROM and tried to let it boot that way.No success,it marks:loading ... and after 3-4 secs it returns into the boot-loader mode with the same message mentioned above ...

sir me too have same probelems, but ma 2 htc trinity dnt stuck at bootloaders, its to to operator logo and stuck there, i have 2 phones with this probelem.

1: Boot into BL (camera + power + reset hole)
2: Download the GPS enabled ROM from HTC Support, NOT from a rapidshare/megaupload/4shared etc.. mirror.
3. Flash the ROM, but use the hardspl flasher.(For some reason, it doesn't go error 270 if I use this flasher).
4. Hard Reset again.

I have a HTC P3600 and after i make a hard reset the screen goes all black, i already try flash the phone but don't result.
If i try to make a hard reset again the screen shows "press ok to make hard reset" after that goes black again.and its completing %100 but when i want restart its still doesnt work just black screen. just working light =(
So i think not display problem.

Any chance of sharing the solution, guys, my SPV M700 has similar problems. I tried to flash it with the TRIN-SSPL rom, but it kept saying I need a newer version of the update software.
Now all I have is it gets stuck on the green Windows load up screen and when I reset (Camera-PWR Button-Reset) it goes onto the bootloader tri-color screen, similar to what Goranchen had on his. What do I do now, I would really like to use the phone on another network, and I have looked after it really well, I think, so would be a shame to throw it away. Please help!!

I was flashing my jasjam using sspl-herm and a 6.1 rom ,
While upgrading the progress bar reached the end but it stayed saying upgrade in progress , it took too longer than normal and i knew it wouldnt continue so i soft resetted the phone ,
now it's stuck in the splash screen before even the windows loading.
Plz plz plz help....
if you can access bootloader
a) if you dont have hardspl installed already, install it or you're going to be screwed soon.
if you can access bootloader, pop the nbf file onto your microsd <2gb as HERMIMG.NBH insert it into the phone and follow onscreen instructions.
flashing via SD is always a safer bet anyway.

1st I tried hard resetting and it didnt work
2nd I DONT have hard spl
3rd I get into bootloader , i plug the usb cable but i cant flash , the ruuwrapper program says error during upgrade , i think it cant access the phone first coz the mobile device icon in my computer is emtpy , second activesync says not connected(although it tries to) and device manager reads an " htc usb sync " drive but no letter or something

hey guys im new here so bare with me...
i have a problem with defy , the story start with miui that i try to install and the cable went off during the install, since than i cant flash .
the battery is dead and i couldn't go to boot loader, somehow i mange to turn the defy on with the McGravier method , and the only screen i can see is the boot loader , the rsd lite revile the phone but any flash that i try to install finish with error code like this, error verifing code group 33/39 and ect' .
i try any sbf rom from virsion 2.1 to 2.21, 2.2.2, 2.3.3, 2.3.4 and i try to install and flash the phone on any windows xp vista and win7 ,and on a diffrent pc ,why its always finish with fail in the rsd program its mange to go to 100% and than its fail all the time.

Can you get into recovery menu?
Remove Battery, Press VOLUME DOWN and POWER and then plug in the battery. ( HOLD THE BUTTONS!) after a while , an android with a warning triangle shoud appear.. maybe try wiping ? ( if you can )
