Big Problem M650 Dead

Hi,
I have a big problem, i when i started my SPV M650 (Orange phone) 2 days ago it didn't want to start (blocked on orange splash screen) so i made a hard reset and it was working.as i didn't want to keep orange OS i tried to flash it.
As a newbie, i tried to flash it with a HTC Rom without unlocking the CID. and..... didn't work !
Retry : updater says no system at all was installed on the phone then, it had passed by and installed the rom (don't know why)
yap, installed but didn't work! still blocked on splash screen sometimes go on WM6 welcome screen and one time accessed the Windows Mobile.
And one hour later.... black screen !
So, i tried to reflash it in bootloader mode with the original orange ROM, it worked, but still blocked on the orange splash screen and the OS version written on this screen was 1.84.0.0 (it should be 1.84.73.2) and screen was brightening so reflash a second time with that original rom, error 276: update error. Now everytime i start the phone, it is in bootloader mode with RUU written on it (in update process i suppose) and everytime i retry to update, error 276: update error. then tried with SD card: card no recognized and still blocked on the bootloader mode update process.
So,
- is there a way to update or flash the bootloader ?
- has my phone his hardware totally crashed
(because i think orange won't never accept warranty, even in normal way they only accept it when you are dying front of their door, and its not sure if they could kill you just for pleasure they'll do)

i flashed me wizard with a new rom and it anit my first time and it worked great but just for one day after that day my wizard shut off i tryed to open it but it never prossed after the splash screen so i trid to reat the factory defolt but it says format error so i dicided to flash an new rom thro the bootloder screen coz i thought that i had a rom colabse so i flashed several roms but every time same thing habens the rom is flashed the wizard startas but nothing happen except the sblash screen and it dosn't prossed opning but the splash screen changed but stilll the same os , ipl and spl
plz some body help me plzzzzzzzzzzzz :'(

I tried to update my Shadow by the new wm6.1 rom.. the first time it went to 100% and restart with an error 270 : the image is corrupt . After, when I boot loader, it go to 2% and restart every time ( many) :
I'm stucked at bootloader mode and tried many roms but no one sucsess ... all of them reach 2% and then stopped.
even I tried the original one (Shadow_Software_Update_1.11.531.5.exe) from t-mobile official site but also same result.
so can any one help me and give me any solution to try?

I already tried to do this but...
* How can I upload sspl/uspl to my phone from bootloader because it's the only mode I can work my phone?
* when I tried to do USPL + RUU it go to 100% and then the phone restart and the RUU program says corrupted image...
then the phone stays in it's state (only can go to bootloader mode).
can I use MTTY program to flash sspl/uspl and USPL and then the new rom? if yes .. how I can do it?
Or what may I do my friend..

if you can only get to the bootloader then try flashing to the t mobile rom, then start over

the screen is freeze with the Windows 6.5 Logo, and thats it!!!!
what can i do for do a hard reset?????? (i already do that thing, power it on, and then push the 2 soft buttons, and didn't work!),

Power off the phone
Press and hold the camera and voice keys
Insert the USB cable, Keep holding the camera and voice keys until you get the bootloader screen
Then flash an original ROM.

[GUIDE]How did i Brick my Gene and How i restored ( it was much worse )

Well First i was Using OLD Gene P3400
My Gene came with windows 5.1 in it
I have Upgraded to Windows 6.1 1 year Back
Now when i saw 6.5 i thought to use it Downloaded 6.5 ROM Summit's PRO Users WM 6.5 ROM
And i have Installed it as Mine was already SPL'ed for Olip
And after downloading i have directly Started RomUpdate Untility.exe
and My phone was fine 100 % completed and now Restarting
after Restarting i dont know why But it stuck at the Windows 6.5 Splash Screen from 1 hour then i though i should Upgrade the SPL and i have UPGRADED to Oleref some thing
and thus i Bricked MY GENE OLD
it aint working from then
it Wont even Start
SO i have Pressed HOLD Camara Button and Entered INTO Tri Screen Boot Loader
and tried with GENEIMG.NBH strong into CARD Not Helped
Tried mytty not worked
In middle when i try to update the ROMS i used to get INVALID UPDATE TOOL
tried for 3 hours nothing helping
So i search in Forum and found same problem of 3 ppl
there every one wrote the phone was messed up with some ONL some thing u need to give it to Service centre
for and 1 hour i though i should give it to Service Centre
Then Remembered That "HOW LAZY I AM And will i go to Service center and give the phone lol ? "
NOPE i wont im very lazy so i wont
still searched and TRIED HARD SPL V.1.0 olip
and Tried with my phone now its Back to SPl olip
Now what i did was same used Summit's PRO 6.5 WM and tried Sucess 100 % Completed and it was fine
but again same problem It stuck at SPlash screen for 15 mins +
so again entred into boot screen downloaded Original Shipped Asia OLD GENE WM 6.1 and Installed it
And tada it worked like a CHARM
and now MY GENE is BACK to NORMAL

hi can you post the link to original shipped asia OLD gene wm 6.1 ?

after upgrade to 6.5 screen showing windows mobile 6.5 only
I used SumitsProUsersROM_WM6.5_build21815_OldGene_Fixed to upgrade its struck at windows mobile 6.5 screen only nothing happening.
not able to flash again. Aslo want to note that while I was ugrading it shows me something like "sudden loss of power"
Pls help my phone is not working now.

please read the thread before downloading a ROM. Krazy's this ROM has this problem. try any other ROM for OLD GENE, it will work, if your spl version is .olip

Trinity stuck in boot-loader mode after bad flashing , pls help

I have the msn account:[email protected] .Once again,just to make the resume of the whole story if I remember well:The trinity was with the initial sfr 300+ software(wm5);I installed the oli1.20 flashed it with some other ROM software,did not like it and returned to the original one.Then I tried to flash it with the ROM software where all went wrong...After 1 % the screen went blank and all I can do with the device is to put it into the boot-loader mode where it says:
TRIN100
IPL-0.50
TRIN100
SPL-1.07.0000
When I extracted the file,I discovered that it has 2 nbh-files.I think that is the reason of my defete.Afterwords I have tried all sorts of the first aid solutions : splxploit-windows cannot connect to the device;it says that there is no WCEUS-file and therefore it cannot continue.I have tried to re-flash it through the sd-card:I re-formatted the card on fat32,without any name,put the original ROM and tried to let it boot that way.No success,it marks:loading ... and after 3-4 secs it returns into the boot-loader mode with the same message mentioned above ...

sir me too have same probelems, but ma 2 htc trinity dnt stuck at bootloaders, its to to operator logo and stuck there, i have 2 phones with this probelem.
please help me to solve this probelem sir.

1: Boot into BL (camera + power + reset hole)
2: Download the GPS enabled ROM from HTC Support, NOT from a rapidshare/megaupload/4shared etc.. mirror.
3. Flash the ROM, but use the hardspl flasher.(For some reason, it doesn't go error 270 if I use this flasher).
4. Hard Reset again.

I have a HTC P3600 and after i make a hard reset the screen goes all black, i already try flash the phone but don't result.
If i try to make a hard reset again the screen shows "press ok to make hard reset" after that goes black again.and its completing %100 but when i want restart its still doesnt work just black screen. just working light =(
So i think not display problem.
Any solution? help me plss

Any chance of sharing the solution, guys, my SPV M700 has similar problems. I tried to flash it with the TRIN-SSPL rom, but it kept saying I need a newer version of the update software.
Now all I have is it gets stuck on the green Windows load up screen and when I reset (Camera-PWR Button-Reset) it goes onto the bootloader tri-color screen, similar to what Goranchen had on his. What do I do now, I would really like to use the phone on another network, and I have looked after it really well, I think, so would be a shame to throw it away. Please help!!
