[Q] Syncing Phone book with Google/ G-Mail - XPERIA X10 General

I want to sync my phone book with gmail but when I do att it does is sync my contacts from gmail to my phone but not vice versa, is this even possible?

It is automatic both ways. You just set that under you address book's settings.

I know it can do it automatically but I dont see contacts I had on my phone on my gmail account, also there are duplicates on the phone from contacts that were on gmail and already on the phone

Problem with Gmail and Exchange contacts

Hello,
Yesterday I installed the new ROM to my Orange Magic - the original, from official web page.
I configured everything and it looks that it works well. However I have one problem with contacts. The phone synchronized my Gmail contacts, which are not used by me at all. So I turned them off in the menu to show me only contacts from my Exchange account. So as I'm trying to call to someone, it displays my contacts correctly. Unfortunately, receiveing calls is worse - I have a few contacts, which are simultaneously on Gmail and Exchange and my phone instead of displaying the data from the Exchange contact, it displays my contacts from Gmail. How to turn it off, improve? How can I delete these contacts from Gmail from my phone?
Thanks in Advance for any comments

Contacts Sync

Hi There!
I am trying to get my Galaxy S to sync to my Parrot MKI9200 Car kit, but it won't. It says you can send the contacts manually but the problem is when I go to do that, I have about 500 Contacts, 350 of which are email address contacts from my gmail account (Which has contacts syncing disabled). I want to just select the ones from my phone which are from my corporate account sync via activesync but I don't seem to be able to do that, and I can't work out how to get rid of the contacts from gmail without getting rid of them from my actual gmail?

[Q] Multiple Google Calendar Sync

I have 4 different google calendars... Birthdays, Class Schedule, Assignments, and my regular personal Calendar. I want to be able to sync all of the calendars with WP7 but everywhere i've looked says it can only be done by syncing the calendars to outlook, then syncing outlook to the phone.
Has anyone figured out a way to do this without syncing it to Outlook? I already have an Outlook calendar for work and merging the two and not being able to differentiate them would just be a big mess...
Setup a google mail account (for each account of course)
Go in those accounts to settings > sync settings > and tick the option "calendar" where you will also find the option for mail and contacts
All the calendar items will appear in the calendar of WP7. Or at least, this is how it works for me
Edit:
Somebody might put some additional notes to this, as i have no idea if the calendar that is used is automatically the outlook calendar?
depends on if u haave a google account for home and another for school like some colleges use the google apps domain to host their email and calendar ervvices you can set this up by going to settings email and accounts then add an account hit google and enter your full email and password even though it says username that threw me off the first time too so im just telling you now

[Q] Sync from google OK, from phone NOK

I found quite some usefull threads on how to set up and avoid problems with syncing my HD2 on WP7 (7403) with google. I can get it to sync mail and "my contacts". The latter means "importing" the contacts in that category. What it does however NOT do, is exporting the contacts from my phone (mainly just names with phone numbers) to my google account. How do i get this to work?
Hi there ...not sure with 7403 but with 8107 i found this.
set up a gmail account on your phone , then when you check your gmail it automatically syncs.
On the phone gmail account settings you can choose what it syncs ( mail / calender/ contacts) All working well.
