I cant find a solution how can i falsh my Blackstone. I found out i have to use Hard SPL. But when i downloaded it i get RUU Error [294] : INVALID VENDOR ID. I unlocked this phone alreay with buying code online and it seems to work fine with T-Mobile CZ sim card.
this is my boot loader:

Im totaly new to flashing and ROMS. Can any kind person give me some advices?

Hi guys,
my Orbit failed in the middle of a flash (in Windows with RomUpdateUtility).
Now I can only get to the bootloader, nothing else.
I think the CID unlock must have failed somehow, because using the SDcard method I cannot flash any cooked ROM. In fact I cannot flash ANY ROM now! I have tried the default shipped 02 ROM's but they all fail at 5% in RomUpdateUtility.exe thru windows, and also fail via the SDcard method (it sits there forever saying reading SD card).
Any ideas? Any other O2 ROM's I should try? Or can I send it for repair to any one off this forum? Should I bin it, maybe the flash chip is faulty?

I have the exact same problem only mine is stuck with IPL 3.04.0001 and SPL 3.04.0000
When i try the original rom (o2 factory) it goes at 4% into Error 226 (something with the Extrom), any other rom wont work since no USPL... damn it.
Any Ideas on this?
Last night i tried to update rom on my HTC touch HD and since then it is only on boot screen... i says

You need to use either USPL or HSPL to flash a rom, follow this guide and you'll be fine, and post further flashing queries within that thread.

Hi,
I have tried to flash a wiza200 that was already flashed with a manila rom, I checked that it is a G4. I used TNT.20273 Professional Wizard HTC Home FREE ROM, it seems to work , romupdate utility indicated that the device was flashed successfully but it reboots on bootloader screen. I tried to reflash it it gave the same result, I tried another rom but impossible to flash it with other roms. So I downloaded the official one from the operator O2 but I got "invalid vendor" message. I searched all the possible solutions but none of them worked( wizard love also). Is there a savior here ? someone who can give me the right procedure to follow.
initially the IPL was 2.21.0001 and spl 2.21 Olipr
now the IPL is 2.21.0001 and spl 2.21

You must replace the Update.exe with a MaUpgradeUT_NoID.exe . Found here in Forum . Look in "Blue Angel" for it. Be sure that you flash the right ROM with it . It will no ask...
My Gene (older Gene) had this configuration:
ONBL 1.11.0000
SPL 1.10.Olip
It worked very well with WM6.5
But when I downloaded the orefkov spl to unlock it will not turn over and just enter bootloader mode
Now this:
ONBL: 1.11.0000
SPL: 1.07.Oref

I tried several roms, but when it comes time to write the rom on the device, is at 0% and the RUU gives error 300
I do not know what else to do.

First you need to start RSPL, chose your SPL, reboot to RSPL and then start flashing HSPL. Thats all...

this is how to unbrand your phone... after that flash(RUU_Spark_HTC_Europe_1.10.401.04_Spark_5.52.09_RELEASE) you can flash HSPL

I'm not giving up that easy ... you should install Windows Phone 7 Support Tools and follow what program asks from you... It suppose to have options to restore your OS... should try that too before quiting
or you should try HTC Asia rom... not over 1.20 SPL
