Swift key has been suggesting funny stuff to me too. I was placing an office supply order today and typed box of and got chocolates when I wanted pens, and then bottle of got me vodka, which probably would have been more helpful than the white out I was looking for.

The phone bases its suggestions on letters that are close to the word typed. Look at that anal is pretty much the same keys just off by one letter for A and L. Not be an as$ just informing you. The system is actually pretty smart working like this.

I have upgrade my HTC Magic Android 1.5 version to Android 2.2 .
I have seen new features like Live Wallpapers, it's not working in my phone.
i have tired the Market themes it's not there,
is there any place???

If you're using cyanogenmod 6, live wallpapers are not supported for the magic because the phone doesn't have enough graphic processing power. I have tried using live wallpapers on the mytouch in the past and frankly, it's just too choppy and not worth the effort. Give up the notion of using LWPs on the magic. It will never work. If you can't live without LWPs, buy a new phone.

I did a live wallpaper of me skull ****ing your mom...when i double tap the screen it switches to your sister. I wish there was a way to add sound cuz it shows them gagging...but i need sound.
Point is if your gonna waste space in here atleast make it somewhat fun to read.

LWPs work fine on my rogers magic(32A) running cyan 6 stable
not sure how the MT3Gs (32B) handle LWP's, i would imagine they would be slow due to lack or ram....

Yeah, but you agree with anything anti-cm, so no surprises there. I can understand not liking CM, but I don't understand being anti-cm. I have used some version of nearly every rom posted on this board, and before I got my Evo, all the roms that dropped on the Hero. I liked vaelpak, and LOVED mikfroyo, but when it comes down to it, I don't use HTC's ui. Even on sense roms, I used awd or launcher pro or go launcher...so why bother with sense at all? But, if you use sense ui and like those widgets, then why use CM? There is no need for aol the thread-crapping going on lately.

How do you know "nobody wanted to see" it? There are chicks and gay dudes on this site, too. Besides, this is my actual point, conveniently illustrated (thanks for that). There is NOTHING different about seeing a penis or breasts and seeing an arm or a face. They are different parts of the same body. And don't give me that "sexual organs" crap, unless you are making people wear mittens and cover their mouths, too. Do you make your significant other wear a face mask in public? Mouths can be pretty....stimulating.

Save the self righteous blah blah talk. I have kids in the room when I browse XDA, I can explain bathing suit or underboob shots.. I can't explain a d*ck shot to my 9 year old daughter. Do you walk around a public pool with your johnson hanging out? Nope, you don't. BUt you can walk around anywhere with the outfit the CM wall girl had on.

I walk around the pool in my bathing suit with my "diggler" hanging out but that's not by choice lmfao. If kids are present how do I hide my anatomy; do I have a secret compartment in my a$$ or something? Do I unscrew it and leave it in the car. I love boobies myself, but that boobies pic is the same as the guy in the thong. That guy was considered half naked and so were the women. There's no exception. If those chicks were around your kids you'd feel the same way about the guy; you'd want to protect your kids from ALL forms of nudity.

I get your point. I also have a baby girl(2) rather it be tits or dudes junk in a bathing suit I protect her from all if it. Even if I had a son he would be to young to see the same ish. Half tits in bikins are no worse than a see through guy thong. So when you buy underwear/boxers they always have a guy in pretty much the same **** on the cover. Do you not buy because there's a guy w/ rock hard abs in tightly whities LOL. I don't see what the big deal was. That image was the typical image that's used to market all sorts of things. Yes, there are lots of places where you can swim totally nude, AND THERE ARE ALSO PLACES WHERE YOU ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT WEAR WHAT THOSE GIRLS WERE WEARING WITHOUT BEING ARRESTED FOR INDECENCY. So which is right? And why? (with reasons based in logic, please) For the record, I have a four-year-old girl, so it isn't like I don't know what its like to have kids...and btw, you trying to force your ideas about decency on everyone else is the very definition of "self-righteous" just as much as mine is. Places where you can swim totally nude aren't places you stumble onto while browsing an internet forum about android. You wouldn't walk unknowingly with your kids to a nude beach..
I do agree that everyone's morals are different, and nobody is forcing mine on you, so I should have the same right. When I open a thread on a site like this that is not at all an x-rated site and see a johnson.. then my choice is being taken from me.

We had underboob all over the place, not naked boobies. The only issue I take with that picture is it was completely see through... his johnson was right in my freakin face (thank god it was only on the internet!)
If that thread was full of nude chicks, I would be equally upset because I also have a young son. If the half naked guy was in underwear or anything that wasn't see through, I wouldn't say a word.
Europe society don't find nudity an issue...

I try to do my best while also letting them grow up without being overly strict.
I will concede the point tho, if people feel as strongly about the CM wall as they do about full nudity, then none of it should be allowed. I'm not willing to say it's ok for nude pictures to be posted here... so if that comes at the cost of pictures like the Cm wall... then so be it.

No it isn't. You can't give a single reason seeing partial boob is different than setting a penis in a see-through thong. Not one. In fact, you still haven't explained why setting a boob is different than seeing an arm. Reasons or there is no difference. This is the US, as was pointed out above, which means that people of all different nationalities and religions live here. There are plenty of religions which would frown heavily on the half-naked images, just as much as actual nudity...so, why is it ok to have images that aren't morally unacceptable in their households, but not images that are verboten in yours?

I will say that if this was only the US (it isn't) then we have some ground to stand on. Just because people from different nationalities come here doesn't mean we change what is socially acceptable for them.
I wouldn't move to North Korea and demand they change their ways to that of the US simply because I moved there.
BUt like I said, I concede the point and don't wish to argue. If it's all or nothing, then I choose nothing... at least when browsing XDA anyway.
I came across this thread (below), and I'm trying to see if its at all possible for one of our devs to translate and port this to our Evos. That would be awesome.

Miui is basically that plus some from what I remember. Give it a shot. Someone some time ago actually made an iOS ish Rom. Think it was on HTC hero. It wasn't that popular.

As it turns out, I'm Running MIUI right now. I just came across it an hour ago. What I like is that it has the "search" feature if you go to the leftmost screen. Try out the launcher on the thread and tell me what you think.

I just don't understand the want for this. I have used every single iPhone and haven't seen any progress with the crappyness of the OS. I can't imagine why anyone would even want to use this. Even completey stock,unthemed android looks so much better than this. It's whatever though, everybody has their own preferences as completely mind blowing as they are. I'm also a little biased because I can't stand anything that is made by Apple. I would rather have no technology at all than to use any product made by Apple.

Deep breath in and out there Fangoria. Wow I have seen some ignorance in here but remember, NOT ALL OF US LIKE THE SAME THINGS. Iphone has its good points and android has better points(In my opinion). Why you so quick to bash someone today? You need some Midol. We all are different and like different stuff click the back arrow and go on to something else if you don't like this thread.
Someone should definitely do this. I'm willing to bet a lot of people would use it (someone in that thread even said they would donate to get it on the evo), and there's nothing like it in the forums. (no, MIUI is not like this)

Can you not read? I wasn't trolling anybody. I clearly stated that EVERYONE HAS THEIR OWN OPINION. I did not insult his intelligence for having such opinions nor did I call him any name for any reason. Use your brain before your fingers touch the keyboard.
