Weird bluetooth issue - HTC Aria General

Today I started having a weird issue with my bluetooth. I turned it on by mistake so I tried to turn it off again using the power control widget but noticed that the green bar didn't go out entirely. I went into wireless settings and saw it said "turning off" under bluetooth but it never says off. If I reboot the phone bluetooth is on again and if I try to turn it off I get the same issue.
Any ideas?

Bluetooth icon..

I never see an icon anywhere on screen when Bluetooth is turned on. My only indicator is the top left led flashes blue. Is this normal on an O2 XDA Mini S?
Also is it normal that anytime an app starts Bluetooth because it's needed yet you have it Off, do you find that when you close that app, Bluetooth stays on? Very annoying

Wifi not connecting on 'wake up' after some time

I have my home wifi connected, and set to 'turn off when screen off'. The problem is that my phone doesn't seem to connect back to wifi if the wake the phone up after some time. This never was an issue with Captivate. But with this, even using a widget to turn on wifi doesn't seem to work. I need to go through all the way to wifi settings through the settings app manually turn it off and on.
Anyone else facing this issue?
I'm not because I have it set to always stay on. When I know I'm not going to he using the wifi heavily or I simply don't need it, I turn it off.
Rooted/ROM Captivate (For Sale)
Rooted Atrix

Hibernation

Well, I tried almost everything.
I'm using a rom which have Hibernation active by default, but there is no option to turn it off. I searched in a lot of forums, but I found nothing. And I didn't get the answer from the developer.
The problem is: when the screen turns off, my wi-fi gets disconnected: because of that i cannot leave instant messaging programs in the background, like Nimbuzz or Skype.
Is there a way to fix that?
Thanks.
I'm on cm7 If I go to menu-wireless & networks then press the menu softkey and select advanced there's a setting for wifi sleep policy to turn it off.

Have you tried taking the battery out and putting it back in? That would turn your phone off.

[Q] NFC turning off randomly

NFC is turning off randomly on my S5. At first I thought I had turned it off by mistake but it is repeatedly turning off and I am now positive I am not turning it off by mistake. I don't use Power Saving Mode and my phone is always has 50% of more battery. Is anyone else facing this problem?

I just tested this, it is from TURNING YOUR PHONE ON AND OFF. If you turn on s beam, then turn the device off, when you turn it back on the s beam will in fact be OFF. Try this, may be helpful.

By turning off, did you mean a full power down? I did not power down the phone. And I don't use S Beam. The native NFC itself is turning off once in a while, without any user intervention. This is breaking some of my automated NFC taksks .. I keep hitting my programmed tags and nothing happens, and that is when I realize NFC had turned off.

Any one else facing this issue? NFC is turning off randomly on my Galaxy S5. I don't use any power saving features. I have not restarted my phone.

The issue for me, at least, is not tied to turning the phone off and on. I do notice the NFC turning off whenever I use the camera from the lock screen. Perhaps as a security feature, the phone turns off NFC if you wake the phone only in the lock screen camera (normally NFC turns on when the phone wakes), but never reactivates it.

My NFC turns off randomly as well, with no consistent cause and effect.

I tested on a friend's s5, has the same pattern. Turn NFC on, as soon as I activate camera from the lock screen, the NFC will turn off and stay off.

Did anyone ever resolve this issue?
I see the same behaviour, NFC switches itself off when i use the lock screen camera for definite.
It may also switch off occasionally after a reboot

Screen keeps turning on during a call

As of late when I'm on a call using a headset wired or Bluetooth the phone screen will go dark then keep coming back on. I'm on the stock OS as of 4/19 and not rooted. I'm not sure if it's a rouge app that is causing this or maybe a bad proximity sensor. Any suggestions?
Mine does this too, but when using speakerphone.

Same here..... I get during call and during meeting notification via calendar.
I've been having this problem too, but while connected to Bluetooth in my car. What I found is that if you exit the call app by pressing the home button and lock the phone, the screen will stay off. Hoping there's a better fix.
