HTC Dream Error

Someone please help, i'm a totally noob... after i installing a custom ROM, my HTC stuck in a G1 logo. I decided to flashing with DREAIMG.nbh (DREAIMG-RC29.zip)
after Update in Progress reach 100%:
BOOTLOADER - OK
RECOVERY - OK
BOOT - OK
SPLASH1 - OK
SYSTEM - OK
USERDATA - OK
RADIO_V2 - FAIL
Update Terminate
UPDATE FAIL
I do it over and over and still got the same message (UPDATE FAIL)
now even worse, without any ok..
Now everytime i turn my phone on it only show :
DREA100 PVT 32B RUUNBH
HBOOT-0.95.0000
CPLD-4
RADIO-1.22.12.29

Got Stuck in RUU Screen

Was applying an RUU update...what a bad move...
Now my HTC Magic got stuch in RUU screen showing the following:
SAPPHIRE UNKNOWN 32A SHIP S-OFF H
HBOOT-1.76.0010 (SAPP50000)
CPLD-11
RADIO-6.35.10.18

I tried many ways to get rid of this screen but didn't work.
My phone original has the rogers 2.17.631.2 build, and I did a bad move to upgrade to Android 1.5.=( The RUU process flashed my HBOOT and RADIO, but as soon as it starts the "system" steps, the screen shows unzipping for over an hour and eventually failed. Now my phone will start up with the above screen only!! i can't get myphone startup in recovery mode or fastboot mode.
I tried re-run the RUU porgram on my PC and the tool still shows i have the old anroid build. Hence i know that i now have NEW HBOOT and RADIO but still the old Android build.
Is there a way for me to get out of this RUU screen? Any help is appreciated.
Is the security off (S-OFF) allows me to downgrade the SPL? If so, how can i do that given i can only boot my HTC Magic in this screen only.
One more side note, fastboot can detect the phone.
Urgently need help! Appreciated.

Bricked?? Flashing Rogers 2.1 RUU over CyanogenMod

A bunch of people with rooted phones are reporting that when they attempted to flash the 2.1 RUU overtop of CM6 they would get a signature error during the update process.
It's looking like the SPL is getting changed to 1.76.0010 and the radio is getting changed to 6.35.16.19 after which the update hangs with the signature error. Either recovery is failing during flash or is not replaced with this RUU but either way recovery is dead. and the RUU won't complete.
My opinion is that Amon-Ra recovery for the Magic is still on there and won't work because it won't work with that SPL/Radio combination. I've had one person report to me that he received the signature error even when attempting to manually flash the Amon-Ra Hero version onto the phone.
Also from a couple of pics that I've seen, it looks like the phone is stuck in RUU USB mode.
So are they bricked or is there a way for them to breathe life back into their phones?

It seems I can also send files with flashboot, but everything comes back as Failed (remote: 12 signature verify fail).
Any suggestions to get out of this? Or am I firmly in the bricked category?

for others that r looking to flash the rogers stock rom.
Would it work if we flash rogers's old 1.5 911 RUU over CM6 first, then flash the new 2.1 RUU?
Obviously the 2nd step will be straight forward, but how about the first step?

do u guys heard sth called goldcard? make one and run the ruu again.

i have the issue, i am trying with a glodcard but i have a problem to get the cid of the sd card. because the phone is briked ! adb is not working
i will keep you inform if i found any solutions
edit :still not working any other idea !!! i cant find the way to get cid of sd card without adb...
finnaly i got the glodcard but the RUU is still not working ! error bad signature !

mytouch 3g getting stuck on green screen

i have an older model mt3g i rooted no problem i flashed cyanogen 6 no problem i tried to flash 6.1 and phone got stuck on green screen i tried to factoy reset but got stuck didnt reset i cant go into recovery just gets stuck please help

no nandroid backup too huh

u sure its stuck cause i waited like 5 mins on a rom with that green screen

I installed Android 1.6 to my HTC magic my touch 3g device. but now it not start... only welcome screen appeared (my touch 3g green background) so i try to installed ageain 2.3. but recovery said

ususally whenever i get stuck at the green screen its because of a kernel issue, flashing different kernel worked everytime for me.

Wildfire touch screen

Hi to all,
I know this has probably been covered but here goes;
My touch screen is not working, when I go into boot mode I get the error TOUCH PANEL FAILED.
My phone is UK registered and was on the Vodafone network until I unlocked it.

When I try to repair it using the PC49IMG.Zip I get the error showing in the boot screen like this;
CID incorrect!
Update Fail!
Press <POWER> to reboot.
Is there any way I can get this working again?

How did you root your wildfire?
And try unrooting your phone and re-rooting?

I heard some for some people the touch screen did not work but that could be solved by using a different RUU (i read this when i was looking for guides to root on android 2.2.1 with HBOOT .0002).
But it depends on the method with which you tried S-OFF
revolutionary does not support the HBOOT .80.xxxx and only the 1.01.0002 so check if you are using the specific one.
