Alright, so i got this phone from a friend to try to fix, as i've done some work with android phones before, mostly just following directions from various forums on this website.
the phone is stuck at its bootloader scree. this is what it says

i can't do anything. buttons don't seem to do anything, and windows doesn't recognize the phone when i plug it in.
there's no SD or SIM card in it, but i can get one if i need to load a file.
please help me. i have no idea what to do

I have an Og Droid so I'm familiar with rooting and romming but not on this
phone. I get this once the phone is turned on and won't go past this.. Is it bricked..or can this be saved. ?

This comes up immediately after you try to power on the device?
have you tried to downgrade to 1.5 or 1.6. that fixed mine
I looked through all the forums for bricked phones and its kinda not helping much
I have a Mytouch 3G 1.2 W/3.5 mm jack. Basically what happened was i messed up my instructions and tried downloading a european version of Radio and SPL. from there i installed Recovery-Ra-v1.6.2.img from the Fastboot area. everything seemed fine till i rebooted and couldnt get into recovery. i cannot get into recovery now and its all messed up. Stays on Splash screen and thats it. I tried to HBoot into SAPPIMG but it stops at Radio_v2 when it is updating and at 95 percent of the bar is completed. Cant do anything to Fastboot USB and download any Recoveries, radios or SPLs.

Thats my stats on this, any help is appreciated. I just screwed up a little on that and it went to poo. Can Anyone Help Though? or is it a lost cause?

i rooted my phone a couple of weeks ago using the one click method. ive been flashing different roms until i found the ginger yoshi rom it was all working great until i turned it off last night. this morning i turned it on and it would not come off of the green screen. it will not boot into recovery but it will boot into fastboot. ive tried taking my sd card out and sim card nothing worked. i havent changed anything about my radio i only rooted it then flashed the roms.mcant use adb .
please help this is urgent
ps, ive made gold cards but they dont work on my phone

Gold Card
You have S-ON, thus you will not be able to access your device through Fastboot or ADB. You have no choice but to make a gold-card.

That's not the only choice. I had this exact same problem a couple weeks ago and I was using GingerYoshi too. The only thing that worked for me was to flash the official T-mobile Froyo rom. Then I had to root it again. Then I installed another custom rom. I lost all my data but hey, my phone worked again lol.
my MT3G does the same but slightly diff it will boot normaly but not to recovery and its also s-on

But i didn't make a gold card when i have access to the phone, now i can only get access to fastboot (even recovery after a few mins get the triangle with the grey phone).
how can i get or make a gold card for bring back my phone? any sugestion or help?

hi Shano56, the screen looks like this
I used to rooted and unlocked this phone. And installed a rom. Then I think I installed a wrong HBOOT or a radio and it bricked. I tried to debrick but it didn't work. Then I put the phone aside for a while. Now I want to make it work again. I did a lot stuff on it that I don't remember. Now phone starts in RUU mode.
I'm a noob so I don't know every commands or how these things work so I followed some guides but I've got errors every time. Is my phone bricked totally? Is JTAG necessary? or is there a way to get out from RUU mode and install correct HBOOT and RADIO? or if those correct than what am I doing wrong? This is a My Touch 3G T-mobile. And it says Sapp310 under the battery and there's an A next to barcodes. I don't know if it means 32A or not.
