Hello Everyone,
I´m checking this Forum since a couple of days and must say, that it is quite interesting here
Maybee there is anybody who can help me with my problem.
I´m using a handsfree kit from Parrot in my car, the CK 3000 evolution and have since a couple of days a HTC Touch2 with ROM 1.33.111.2.
Paring the device on the CK 3000 is no problem. To hear someone is also no problem, but nobody can here me. I called my parrot dealer and he decided to update the software of the parrot. After he did, I still have the same problem.
Is there anybode here, who has maybee the same problem than me and maybee a solution for it?? The actual software of the parrot was checked with ROM 1.28.406.4, as mentioned at the parrot homepage.
Hope to receive replies, Im realy confused....
Just to let you know, with my old nokia the ck 3000 evo. is working fine. So, there is nothing damaged on the parrot

Hi,
Does the wizard work with the nokia ck7w Bluetooth car kit?
Without any echo. :?:
On my old Blueangel device the echo was terrible, however on my new Vario only a couple of callers have reported a slight feedback.
I would be interested to hear of a fix.
I'm about to get a Nokia CK-7W installed in my car and I've just seen all the threads about the echo problem.
Most of the posts are pretty old and on the Blue Angel forum (and other forums). Can't find many threads about the wizard and Nokia CK-7W.
I'd really appreciate it if you could let me know if you've had problems with the wizard/CK-7W combo or whether it's been hassle free.
I've got a XDA minis with a 2.21.4.1 ROM.
Hope I haven't wasted my money on something that doesn't work very well.
Cheers,
Gavin
I have a Qtek 9100 and nokia ck-7w installed in my car and have no problems with it if i only use these with BT.
If i navigate with tomtom and my BT Adapt GPS is connected to my Qtek and the same time with the CK-7W and i receive a call then the sound is horrible.
Think it's some kind of bandwith problem.
I've just got a Orange SPV M3100 and paired it with my BMW OEM bluetooth carkit, all goes fine and paired no problems.
It manages to connect to the phone and display contact details on the radio display and make calls.
But leaving it a couple of hours and coming back, the phone will not reconnect back to the car. I've tried resetting the phone without success.
The only way to get the connection back is to re-pair the devices.
I had a Imate Jamin before and it worked without a problem, connects every time.
Is anyone else experiencing problems with their carkits?
Do you think the problem is specific to the Orange ROM, would flashing it to a Imate or TyTN ROM help or resolve the problem?
Any advice would be greatly appricated.
Hi, I got a problem similar like yours...
I´m from Spain and I have an ´06 Opel Astra(Vauxhall in UK) with the BT handsfree carkit from factory.
If I make a hard reset to my Vodafone S200 (Orange SPV M600) and leave the machine with the factory settings it works fine with the carkit, but it recognice the carkit like a headset handsfree. But if i restore a back up with the TomTom 6 installed... wow, then start the problems... the handsfree conect with the S200 but after a few seconds the connection is over...
I don´t know if have you got some kind of navigation system, but in my case the problems starts when I install the TomTom... I´m sure it changes some drivers of the BT and this makes the don´t works propertly.
I don´t know what to do...
PArrot Car Kit
I have the same problem with Parrot Car Kit and I have the latest TYTYN ROM
2006 BMW 3-Series Bluetooth
My car doesn't have bluetooth, but I had a loaner car while my car was under the knife. The loaner car was a 2006 3-series w/ Bluetooth. The first pair was perfect, but after a few hours.. What a POS.
I have the latest ROM on my phone, and that didn't make a difference.
No issues on my 5 series, but I have one of the first ULF modules in mine.
From reading TyTN Bluetooth issues around the net and on this forum, it seems to be an issue with the TyTN having some kind of power save mode which turns the bluetooth off after some time.
Kinda stupid, anyone know some registry crack to turn any power saving off?
I have a Parrot CK3100 in a BMW and a brand new SPV M3100. All was working well with my M600 but as soon as I swapped the phone for the M3100 last week I've had problems as described by the OP. Bluetooth keeps switching itself off on the SPV. It works well enough to start with and then suddenly it disconnects. Re-pairing works and it's worth going to bluetooth settings and turning it back on again before you try re-pairing.
Surely there must be an easy fix for this problem - I'm just really pleased I'm not the only one with this fault.

Your all quite lucky it works at all..mine doesn't do anything
My Ford Fiesta has been waiting for an 'software upgrade' since October !!
Promised it would be available before Xmas but nothing happened.

Try and replicate the problem with a different phone if possible. One that BMW supports. If can replicate it, then they'll update the firmware on the BT unit in the car. This happened to me. But I had to prove my case using my girlfriend's RAZR before they'd listen and stop blaming my phone as the cause.

I dont think it is a problem with the BMW carkit as it worked fine with my SPV M600 (Prophet)
Hi folks,
It's my first post here, and yes I have searched for an answer but couldn't find one (no doubt someone will now point me in the direction of an old thread! )
I've got a Vodafone 1605 (UK) Hermes type handset and have a Nokia CK7W car kit in my car.
The car kit works flawlessly with a nokia handset I have, but with the Hermes the outgoing call quality is (apparently) very poor. Apparently every 4 or 5 words are skipped and clipped. The inbound audio (the call I hear) is perfect.
Can someone suggest some possible fixes for this?
Thanks for your help....
Regards,
mistuk

I'm reasonably confident this same change will work for your device as it appears to be a WM6 issue and not a device issue
Hi, im new to the forum, and its a great forum, its helped me alot with upgrading my O2 XDA2, and i am using the latest O2 Rom with it, which is fine, but i really need some help with my problem.
I recently Bought a TomTom Go 510, and its got Bluetooth Handsfree Builtin, and i thought it would be fine, and i get it home and connect my XDA2 to it, and it ses the only available features are Wireless Data Connection, not Handsfree, so i was well annoyed, because im using a different phone now just because its handsfree compatible.
I read on another web page that Pocket Bluetooth Tools sometimes fixes these problems by diverting incoming calls to your bluetooth device, but it still doesnt work, and its really bugging me.
So basically as theres so many clever developers and members on this forum, is there a piece of software that will fix it, or is there an update, or ANYTHING!!!! as im pretty desperate, ive read that these devices do have many bluetooth problems.
Any help is much appreciated
Thanks
Matthew
