I'm sure there is one out there. Search for a pocket pc app. The forums here are more for rom modding and dev. Windows pocket pc will get you there.
I use iContact Burt Edition for my contacts and now I need a better app for my calendar. Recommend some program name?

ThumbCal is what I use. Finger friendly and it replaces your current calendar
Just looked at thumbcal (screen shot page: http://www.thumbapps.com/pages/home/thumbcal/screenshots.php ) a little bit. A lot to like there, but it's missing two screens that, for me, are very important.
I'm using Pocket Informant right now. It's a quite complex program, and I know I'm only using maybe 20-40% of its functionality, but that's all I need. The two screen I referenced above are the week view, where the next seven days are displayed with appt names. And the month view, were I can see the fill month AND on the same screen see appts for the highlighted day. These are must have screens for me.
On the other hand, I do love how big and clear ThumbCal is and I do like the 'finger friendly' aspect of it. If they added those two views, I'd be very tempted to switch.
thx for both comments...trying thumbcal not...
Pocket Informant is what I use. I have used it ever since 2003 and it's great!
Hi there,
the calendar application on the HTC Touch Diamond is nice and I use it a lot. However, I really miss the "touch features" that this phone offers in the other TouchFlow3D apps like viewing/browsing media such as Pictures, Music and People.
I want to use my thumb to 'slide' to the next day, or the next week or whatever. Is it possible to achieve this in the standard Calender on the touch diamond (windows mobile 6.1), or is there another calendar application out there which I should install?
Cheers!
Yes, there is another application called thumbcal. You can even connect the calender-link on manila home to thumbcal using SSMapa.

Thumbcal is realy finger-friendly and it works perfect for me, but you only get a 14day trial for free on the legal way...
Cool
I'll try that, cheers!
Hi Guys..
(Writing this on my tp2.. daaaiamn fast!!)
Highschool's starting here in holland and i'm looking for an application that makes me write down my homework and **** easily..
The default Calendar doesn't work for me because input is too complex and don't need the notes too appear in the homescreen..
Default 'Tasks' is no option either due to lack of overview..
Anyone has come across some kind of school diary software..?

SPB Diary does not work on the Rhodium I like this prgrm used all the time but you can't see your appointments in the today screen anymore
Try Office One Note
One Note Mobile will hot sync with One Note Desktop software. So you can quickly capture thoughts on the go.
The desktop software is very good for organizing and searching your notes.
The mobile version is free on your phone. Microsoft has great deals for Student Editions, you may be able to get the desktop software for next to nothing.
Highly recommend it. I use it every day.
Try notes. You can hand write information in that.
OK, So my question is........I really like Dell's stage UI for the streak because I use the phone ONLY in landscape and it is the only launcher that is horizontal on the bottom of the screen. Unlike all the other that just stay to the right. So I was wondering if there was ANYWAY to change the Browser, Launcher, and Phone Icons on the launcher. I like the one from DJ_Steven's but the MAIL widget crashes, and has since 1.5. So I was really hoping to have different Icons. Anyone know if this is possible?
Hi, I dont know the direct answer to your question, but im pretty sure that at least with launcher Pro you can set it to go horizontal in landscape.
I think its in the preferences.
Hope this helps at least a little.

I can not understand that Dell did not implemented an agenda or calendar widget in the Stage UI. Do they think that all Streak user use their devices for multimedia and social network? What about the "business-user"?
HTC do their job well wit the Sense UI, why don´t Dell? When Dell seriously want a good position in the Smartphone or Tablet market, they have to improve the software...

Totally agree. Using smooth calendar widget now. Stage Home widget could have used a calendar / next appt entry.
Sent from my Dell Streak using XDA App
I think Dell Stage should be more transparent
I have some programing experience with a number of different languages. What would we need to do/learn to rebuild the Stage UI?
Really i'd like to learn more about android so I could start editing tweaking and developing stuff.
How no one has built a sync tool for tasks in outlook is strange.

Can not comment on StageUI, but tasks can be sync'd if they are hosted in Exchange. Use Touchdown
