Well, the title says it all really.
I keep trying to make calls to other mobiles, but just after i click on to dial, it beeps as if its just hung up before it even tries to dial out.
I've tested several times with different numbers, landlines and mobiles. All landlines work fine. But mobiles don't go through. I've tested the mobiles and they've all had 80-100% signal, as well as my phone having the same.
I can receive all calls, but just cant make them to mobiles.
Any advice?? Update the radio perhaps???
Heres my current software info if you need it (don't know what you'll need, so heres all of the basic stuff):

If they really told you this, they are definately lying!
This is my wifes' MDA Pro ROM details:
MDA PRO
ROM version: 1.12.42 WWE
ROM date: 08/23/05
Radio version: 1.00.02
Protocol version: 42.33.P8
ExtROM version: 1.12.126 WWE
As you can see, it's identical to yours. 3G Video calls works perfectly for her and she video-calls me on my jasjar (o2 3G Sim card) with absolutely no problems at all. If you bought it in a shop, take it back and if they won't try a video call with another 3G compatible phone for you, ask for an exchange, else threaten them with squashing your contract. The ROM is fine!!
I have a current trouble ticket open with tmo for this issue. every morning between 12am and 159am all the messages i receive are dated "yesterday" while all the ones i send out are the current day. the timestamp is correct and tmo hasnt heard of this issue yet. I do have a very helpful aldy actually helping me continually on this so im not jumping through multiple people to get answers.
On the htc community forum there is someone saying they are being notified of messages but are not getting any and i think this might be the same thing i have going on.

Hi,
I have the following problem with my HD2.
It looks like the phone can only store one WiFi network at a time.
Whenever i connect to a different WiFi network i need to re-enter the pass-phrase (WPA2-PSK) and since i use a 12-character randomly generated pass-phrases this is a pain in the **.
The phone connects instantly if it connects to the same network.
This is sometimes a problem for me because i connect to 6 different WiFi-networks on a regular basis and can't remember all passwords.
I have enabled the WiFi-N using BsB-Tweaks.
The phone details are as followed:
OS Version: 5.2.21869 (21869.5.0.82)
Manila Version: 2.5.19211619.0
ROM Version: 1.66.404.1 (76641) NLD (Stock)
Radio Version: 2.06.51.07
Is this a known issue and is there a fix or a work-around?
Regards,
mrprozac

It could be your SIM card, it could be your phone. I had the same problem with my HTC Diamond a couple of years ago. My network provider sent me a new SIM first, which didn't fix the problem, then the just replaced my handset.

It's a stock ROM, the radio doesn't just fail. I should think it's hardware related.

As others have mentioned, i have seen a bad SIM do this before. A new one may be needed or just remove it to give it a clean (easy to do this anyway).
Im sure flashing to a new RADIO probably would fix it but i suggest take it back to the place of purchase in the event it may be hardware related / failure. It will just save you the hassle of removing HSPL in the event of a warranty related claim if the new RADIO doesnt fix it.
I have TMOUSA HTC HD2:
OS VERSION: 5.2.24623
Manila Version: 2.5.20161332.0
ROM Version: Omega v5.0 WWE
ROM Date: 07/08/2010
Radio version:
2.10.50.26 (it is stock i never installed a different one)
Protocol version: 15.39.50.07U
When I receive MMS the messages are so small usually 2K to 5K. Does anybody know how to fix this problem. It happened to me on my stock ROM too, so I don't think it is the ROM's fault. Any ideas?
To clarify here is a picture of what I am talking about. I send the message FROM my phone TO my phone to actually check and this is the result.
