Hey,
I'm getting my phone replace because my phone is unresponsive. I have a question to those who got a replace phone. Did you send broken phone with custom ROM on it or did you put it at stock ROM? Also does anyone know if I can install stock ROM via bootloader. My phone can load into bootloader and run fastboot commands etc... but can not boot into recovery so I was wondering if there is way to flash stock rom using bootloader and usb.
Thanks for everyone's help!
Even if you get the original rom back on there, your bootloader is unlocked, so your warranty is void. There's a chance they'll help you out anyway, but I don't think putting the stock rom back on will help.

i have open touch on my phone, but i am getting a new one from tmobile because my phone has been randomly shutting of and they are sending me a new one free of charge because my waranty is still valid, well thats what they think, as i've been told installing custom roms is voids the waranty so i am trying to reinstall the original tmobile ruu, stock rom, but i cant because when ever it goes into bootloader mode activesync no longers recognizes my USB connection. So i was wondering if there was an .nbh file i could get for the tmobile stock rom becuase the ruu is not working, Please all help is greatly appreciated, and time is of the esence. Thank you.

Hi Guys i need some help.
I wanted to try out the new Bell UI wich is pretty cool but no functional for my self. So i have tried numerous time to go back to the stock Telus ROM but my phone keeps freezing and go load the ROM. I am using the upgrade utility from juicy's page and the Telus stock ROM he has posted. It will go as far as showinf the status bar and then there is an error. The loader wants you to go through recovery mode but my phone is stuck and i need to pull the battery and it just boots like normal. This happened as well when i flashed to juicy's rom.Any help would be awesome.
There are questions... does your phone change to the 3 colour boot screen?
If yes then you get the error... maybe you flashed back to the telus locked pcl and are actually flashing a custom rom built off of the telus oem package?
If it is the original telus rom it should flash without issue using either original pcl or unlocked pcl. Maybe you should reflash the unlocked pcl then flash the telus rom... then flash the pcl back to stock.
I have check to make sure it it unlocked. I just ran the upgrade utility right now to make sure it was unlocked. I get the three color screen it says security unlocked. So when i go to upgrade it to the telus stock ROM which i downloaded from juicy's page it will load through the three color screen and show the status bar at 0% and the the upgrade utility goes into recovery mode. I take the battery out and it starts up like nothing has happen. I dont know what to do any more with this thing
If the rom you have is indeed the stock telus rom... then try flashing back the locked ipl then do the rom upgrade... what I was getting at before was maybe the ipl rom is corrupt.
Hi thanks for you help. I have just tried re locking the phone with the diamond re locker from juciy's page . It said everything was fine and then i tried to upgrade to the telus stock rom and it did the same thing. when you say "flashing back the locked ipl" what does that mean. Sorry ...... did what it said on pocket PC geeks to lock the phone again. thanks in advance
You covered the bases, and it doesn't sound too good... the fact that you were able to reflash the relocked ipl and it still failed is hard to understand why it won't flash the os itself, could be a comm error with the usb? Do you have another machine you can try the flash on... guys like juicy or other c4rbon members could probably help with some insturction on pushing the rom via a terminal session with the phone but I'm not sure.
use again Unsigned-Hard-SPL-Diamond-OliNex, and after try the stock rom, i had the same problem with htc stock rom, hope it will work for you to.
Hi
I have tried what you sudgest but when i run that one is will not even get to the loader three color screen ......just locks freezes the phone with the color wheel showing. dammmm i dont know what to do now arrrrgggg!!!!!
Whats up everyone, quick help here. I got a hd2 from someone and they tried to flash the phone to dual boot android on it. The guy was unsuccessful in doing so as a result the phone now freezes when it boots up and i would have to take out the battery to turn it off.
Do I have to flash the phone back to the original windows 6.5 rom to resolve this?
any help is appreciated
Depends on what you finally want to have on that device.
If you want to go back to WinMo 6.5 as major OS, it certainly is the easiest way just to flash a stock ROM.
If you still want to continue with a NAND Android build, maybe it´s enough to check the versions of SPL, Radio ROM, and MAGLDR - as well as the Android ROM that was flashed. Could have been a bad flash after all.
But since your data is extremely meager, no way to give a generic and easy hint.
thanks for the incite..first i want to get it bak to factory settings so i will want to flash it back to the original rom.then ill look into flashing it myself with the droid rom without windows..no dual boot.
do you have a link i can follow to flash it back to the original windows rom?

Hi, i have to send my HTC 10 EVO to repair, so i need to set it back to factory state as its actually unlocked and rooted.
I just searched, but had no success in finding the original firmware files for the european version of the HTC 10 EVO.
I need the stock recovery and also the boot imgs which will match 1.31.401.1
Thanks in advance if someone can link me to that files.
Push...
Btw. is there really none who has that necessary files or better a RUU of 1.31.401.1
I still need to return my HTC 10 Evo for repair, as i have the "Half screen black" issue. And at first i need to get rid of the TWRP and the red warning plus relock the bootloader.
